📝 Tarikh ne esa waqt kabhi nahi dekha hoga ke aalami paimane per musalmano ki ibadatgaah musalsal kayi maah tak band rahi ho, Aur masajid me namaz padhne ke liye namazi taras rahe hon khaas taur se ramzanul mubarak ki ibadate aur namaz e taraveeh ke liye is qadar bechen hui ho.
Shayad isi liye duniya wale khaas taur se musalman is haadise ko kabhi na bhula paye. Ramzanul mubarak ke masail me namaz e taraveeh aur aitekaf ke jaise namaz e eid ki adaygi bhi ek bechain karne wala masala bana hua hai. Hukumat ki taraf se khair khwahi ki bajaye is mauqe se musalmano ko mazid dukh, khauf aur dehshat hai. Na jaane kahan kahan bheed aur korona ke naam per musalmano ko zulm o sitam ka nishana banaya jaye? Is liye hame pehle se hi aagaah rehna chahiye aur dushman taqat ko koi mauqa na ho esa koi thos mansooba har ilaaqe ke ahle ilm ko banana chahiye.

📝 Lockdown ki surat me sawal apni jagah behad aham hai ki musalman eid ki namaz kahan aur kese ada karen? Is liye is masale ko behtar tarike se janne ke liye pehle kuch buniyadi masalon ko janna zaruri hai:

📂 PEHLA MASALA
📋Eid ki namaz ka hukm:
Namaz e eid ke hukm me chaaron imaamon ke darmiyan ikhtilaf paya jata hai,
🖋 Ahnaf ke nazdik Farz e A'in
🖋 Hanabilah ke nazdik Farz e Kifaya
🖋 Shafai Aur Maliki ke Nazdik Sunnat e Muakkadah
✒ Shaikh Saleh Fauzan Hafizahullah ne Eid ki subah takhir se uthne wale ke hukm me fatwa diya hai ke Eid ki namaz Farz e Kifaya hai. Basti ke kuch log ada kar den to baqi logon se gunah khatam ho jata hai. Lekin dalail ki roshni me Ahnaf ka mauqif mazboot nazar aata hai is liye mera bhi yahi manna hai ki Namaz e Eid har musalman Mard per wajib hai. Albatta aurton ke haq me mustahab hai. Baghair koi uzr ke namaz e Eid se piche reh jane wala mard gunehgar hoga.
✒ Namaz e Eid ke wujub ka mauqif Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taymiyah, Shaikh Albani, Shaikh Ibn e Baaz Aur Shaikh ul Hadees Abdullah Mubarakpuri ka hai.

📂Dusra masala
📋Namaz e Eid ka afzal aur awwal waqt:
🖋Namaz e Eid ka afzal aur Awwal waqt uska ibtidai waqt hai, jo ki suraj ka ek neza buland hona hai.
✒ Janab Yazeed bin khumair ar-raji bayan karte hain:
خرجَ عبدُ اللَّهِ بنُ بُسْرٍ صاحبُ رسولِ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ معَ النَّاسِ في يومِ عيدِ فطرٍ أو أضحَى فأنكرَ إبطاءَ الإمامِ فقالَ إنَّا كنَّا قد فرغنا ساعتَنا هذِه وذلِك حينَ التَّسبيحِ
(صحيح أبي داو: 1135)
Tarjumah:
Hazrat Abdullah bin Busr raziallahu taala anhu sahabi e Rasool ﷺ logon ke sath Eid Ul Fitr ya Eid Ul Azha ke liye tashrif laye to imam ke takhir kar dene ko unhon ne na pasand kiya aur kaha ke hum to is waqt farig ho chuke hote the aur woh ishraq ka waqt tha.

🖋 Is hadees se malum hua ki Eidain ki namaz ko awwal waqt me ada karna chahiye Aur Takhir se bachna chahiye taham zuhr se pehle tak Ada kar lena chahiye.

📂 Tesra mas'ala
📝 Namaz e Eid ki kaifiyat Aur shaa'ir e Islam ka Izhar:
🖋Namaz e Eid ki kaifiyat shaa'ir e Islam ka izhar hai is liye paidal gharo se nikalne Raste me Allah ka zikr karte hue jane, eidgah pahunchne aur sehra me majmuei taur per aur makhsoos kaifiyat ke sath bandagi karke dusre raste se paidal lautne ka hukm diya gaya hai. Jis tarah hajj ke farize me islami shaa'ir ka izhar hame nazar ata hai. Nabi e Akram ﷺ Ke mutalliq Abu Saeed khudri razi-allahu-anhu bayan karte hain:
كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يخرج يوم الفطر والاضحى إلى المصلى
(صحیح البخاری: 956)
Tarjuma-Nabi e Akram ﷺ Eid Ul Fitr aur Eid Ul Azha ke din (madina ke bahar) Eidgah tashreef le jate.

Is liye Eid ki namaz basti se nikal kar bahar sehra me ada karna mustahab hai taki shaa'ir e islam ka izhar ho sake. Aap (ﷺ) ne Haiz wali aurton aur bachchon ko bhi Eid ke din apne gharon se nikalne ka hukm diya.

📂 Chotha mas'ala
📋 Namaz E Eid se mutalik uzr wale masail:
🖋Eid ki Namaz ke liye Eidgah jate waqt barish ya koi dusri rukawat paida ho jaye to Masjid me namaz ada ki ja sakti he jaisa ki barish ki wajah se Nabi ﷺ Ne Masjid me Eid ki namaz padhi hai.

✒Mareez aur uzr wale Eidgah na ja saken to un per koi gunah nahi aur Nabi ﷺ Ne unhe apne gharo me namaz e Eid Ada karne ka hukm nahi diya hai lekin haiz wali Aurton ko Eidgah pahunchne ka hukm diya hai taki wo khair Aur Musalmano ki dua me sharik ho saken. Is hukm se Aurton per Eid ki namaz ki farziyyat sabit nahi hoti balki istehbab ka pata chalta hai aur wese bhi aurton ko gharo me rukne ka wajibi hukm hai.

✒Allah tala ne Hajj karne walo se bhi Eid ki namaz muaaf kardi hai kyunki wo ek taraf shaa'ir e islam ka izhar kar hi rahe hain, dusri taraf hajj ke bade din yaum un nahar ko bade bade aamal ke anjam dene ki wajah se Eid ki namaz ki adaygi me un ke liye mashaqqat hai.

✒ Agar kisi ko Namaz E Eid ki ek rakat mil jaye to usne Eid ki Namaz pa li aur jo aakhri rakat ke sajdah ya tashahhud me imam ke sath mile to wo Eid ki namaz ki tarah namaz Ada kar le.

✒ Agar kisi ki Eid ki namaz chut jaye to eid ki namaz ki tarah ada kare. Kuch log hon to jama'at kar le. Jinho ne kaha hai ki namaz eid ki qaza nahi hai unki baat sahi nahi hai. Qaza ka bhi aasaar se sabut milta hai.
Mazeed jis asar se qaza ki surat me char rakat padhne ka zikr milta hai use shaikh Albani ne IRWA UL GALEEL me munqate' qarar diya hai.
Qaza karte hue DO RAKAT hi ada kare aur khutba e Eid Chod de.


📋 Lockdown ki surat me Eid ki namaz ka tariqa

✒Jaisa ke uper bataya gaya ke Namaz Eid shaa'ir e Islam ka izhar hai. Isliye asalan Eid ki Namaz ke liye basti walon ka apne gharon se nikalna Aur kisi sahra me Namaz e Eid ki adaygi ke liye jama hona zaruri hai taki basti wale ek sath ek jagah Eid ki Namaz padh saken.

✒Maujuda surat e hal me musalmano ka Eidgah me jama hona mumkin nazar nahi aata. Fir bhi main Allah se dua karta hun wo apne bandon per rahem farmaye aur hamare liye gharon se nikal kar Eidgah me Namaz ada karne ka rasta Paida farmaye, Aameen.

✒ Jab lockdown ki surat e hal bani rahe aur musalman Eidgah me jama na ho saken to hame is baat per pehle yakeeni ilm hasil kar lena hai ke kya musalman apni jama masjid me jama ho sakte hain? Agar ye surat mumkin ho sake to Eidgah ki bajaye masjid me jama ho kar awwal waqt me halki (choti) namaz e Eid khutbe ke sath ada kar le. Us waqt dushman ka khatra kam hoga albatta ehtiyaat ke taur per bachchon aur aurton ko is surat me ghar me hi rehne de to behtar hai kyunki un per namaz e eid farz nahi hai.

✒ Agar basti ke tamam logon ko jama masjid me bhi jama hona qanooni taur per mana ho to apne apne ilaqe me mukhtalif jagaho per giroh (toliyon) ki shakal me jama ho kar bhi namaz e Eid ada ki ja sakti he lekin is kaam ke liye pehle hame ijtimai shakal me mansuba banana hoga ki jamat kaha kaha qayem ki jayegi aur kaha per kaun zimmedaar hoga, is mansube me ilaqe ki choti badi masjid, park, khali jagah aur maidano ko bhi shamil kiya ja sakta hai.


📋 Uzr ke waqt gharo me Namaz e Eid Ada karne ka hukm
✒ Logon ko is baat ka khauf hai ke Eid ke din bhi musalman kahien per jama nahi ho sakte hain. Yahan tak ke Masjid me bhi sirf panch logon ko hi jama hone ki ijazat hai, ese me kya logon ke liye apne apne gharon me Eid ki Namaz Ada karne ka jawaz hai??
Gharon me namaz ki adaygi ke mutaliq ulama ke darmiyan ikhtilaf paya jata hai, kuch ulama ka kehna hai ke Eid ki namaz ghar me ada nahi ki ja sakti kyunki ye khas tareeqe ke sath mashru'a ki gai hai jo gharon me adaigi se hasil nahi ho sakti hai.
🖋 Ye mauqif Imam Abu Hanifah Rehmatullah alayh, Shaikh Ul Islam Ibne Taymiyah, Aur Shaikh Ibne Usaimin Rehmatullah alayh ka hai.

🖋 Is se Ulta aksar Ulama kehte hain ke gharo me bhi Eid ki Namaz padhna Jaiz hai inki dalil Anas bin Malik raziallahu taala anhu ka amal hai jise imam bukhari ne apni sahih me taleeqan zikr kiya hai. Anas bin Malik raziallahu taala anhu ne apne gulam Ibn e Abi Utba ko hukm diya tha ke wo apne ghar walon aur bachchon ko jama kar ke shahar walo ki tarah Namaz e Eid padhaye aur takbir kahe.

Is asar per imam bukhari ke baab se malum hota hai ke kisi ki Namaz e Eid faut ho jaye to wo do rakat ada kar sakte hai.

✒ Mazkura dono mauqif me Imam Abu Hanifah Aur Shaikhul Islam Ibn e Taymiyah waghera ki baat jyada mazbut hai ki Eid ki Namaz gharom me ada nahi ki jayegi balki is me Islami shaa'ir ka izhar kiya jayega jis ke liye gharo se nikalna aur kisi jagah per musalmano ka jama hona zaruri he albatta meri nazar me is masale me halaat o zuruf ke talluq se mamuli wus'at ye hai ki agar musalman Eidgah me ya apne ilaqe ki jama masjid me ikaththa na ho saken aur na hi giroh (toli) ki shakal me namaz e Eid ada karne ki imkani surat ho to jo log jumhoor ke mauqif per amal karte hue apne apne gharo me Namaz e Eid ada karen unko us amal se roka nahi jayega na hi unko malamat ki jayegi aur na unhe bidati kaha jayega kyunki ye masla ijtihadi hai aur is silsile me qatai dalil nahi hai.

📂 Eid ki Namaz ka Tarika
📋 Eid ki Do rakat ada ki jayegi. Imam pehli rakat ke liye takbir e tehrima kahega aur ahista se dua e istiftah padhega fir buland awaz se mazeed che (6) takbirat kahega. Uske baad tez awaz se sureh fatiha padhega uske baad sureh Qaaf ya sureh Al-A'la ya quran se jo yaad ho wo padhega fir ruku aur sajdeh ke bad dusri rakat ke liye khada hoga fir buland awaz se panch (5) takbirat kahega. Jahran sureh fatiha ki qirat ke baad sureh Qamar ya sureh Al-Ghashiya ya quran se jo yaad ho padhega aur ruku aur sajdah ke baad salam fer kar logon ko mukhtasar khutba dega.

✒ Qaza karte waqt isi tarah do rakat ada karen, khutba chod den yahi masnoon he.
