Walaikum Assalam Wa Rehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Ahl-e-Bait se muraad kaun hain?

Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke Ahl-e-Bait ke baare mein sahih baat yeh hai ke is se muraad Aap (ﷺ) ke woh rishtedaar hain jin par sadqa haraam hai. Yani Aap (ﷺ) ki azwaaj-e-mutahharaat, aulaad aur Abdul Muttalib ki nasl mein se har musalmaan mard-o-aurat jinhein Banu Hashim kaha jaata hai. Allamah Ibn-e-Hazm Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
ولد هاشم بن عبد مناف: شيبة، وهو عبد المطلب، وفيه العمود والشرف، ولم يبق لهاشم عقب إلا من عبد المطلب فقط​
“Hashim bin Abd-e-Manaaf ke ghar Shaibah paida huwe jinhein Abdul Muttalib kaha jaane laga. Hashim ke sharaf-o-martabe ke wahi waaris huwe aur un ke alawah kisi aur bete se Hashim ki nasl nahi chali.”
(Jamharat-o-Ansaab-il-Arab: 14)

Aur Abdul Muttalib ki nasl ke baare mein Allamah Ibn-e-Hazm Rahimahullah ki kitaab Jamharat-o-Ansaab-il-Arab: 14-15, Ibn-e-Qudamah Rahimahullah ki kitaab At-Tab’een Fi Ansaab Al-Qurashiyyeen: 76, Allamah Ibn-e-Taymiyah Rahimahullah ki Minhaaj-us-Sunnah: 7/304-305 aur Hafiz Ibn-e-Hajar Rahimahullah ki Fatah-ul-Baari: 7/78-79 ka mutala'a kiya jaaye.

Is baat ki daleel ke “Aap (ﷺ) ke chachaaon ki nasl bhi Ahl-e-Bait mein daakhil hai” Sahih Muslim ki woh Hadees hai jo Abdul Muttalib bin Rabee’ah bin Haarith bin Abdul Muttalib Radhiallahu Anhu se manqool hai ke “Main aur fazl bin Abbas (Radhiallahu Anhuma) Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ki khidmat mein yeh darkhwaast le kar haazir huwe ke Aap hamein sadqa ki wusooli par muqarrar farmaa den taake hum us kaam ki tankhwaah (salary) se apni shaadi ka samaan kar saken. Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya:
إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَنْبَغِي لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ أَوْسَاخُ النَّاسِ​
“Aal-e-Muhammed (ﷺ) ke liye sadqa halaal nahi, yeh to logon ki mail kuchail hai.”
(Sahih Muslim: 1072)

Phir Aap (ﷺ) ne khumus ke maal se un ki shaadi karne ka hukm diya. Imam Shafa’ee aur Imam Ahmad Rahimahumallah jaise ba’z ahl-e-ilm ne sadqa ki hurmat ke masle mein Banu Hashim ke saath Banu Muttalib bin Abd-e-Manaaf ko bhi shaamil kiya hai. Kiunki Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ ne khumus ke khumus se un ko bhi hissah diya tha jaisa ke Sahih Bukhari ki Hadees se ma’loom hota hai, Jubair bin Muti’m Radhiallahu Anhu ne bayan kiya hai ke “Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne Banu Hashim aur Banu Muttalib ko khumus se hissah diya lekin Abd-e-Shams aur Naufal ki aulaad ko kuch na diya. (Halaanki Hashim, Muttalib, Abd-e-Shams aur Naufal aapas mein bhai hain) aur wajah yeh Bataayi ke Banu Hashim aur Banu Muttalib ek hain.”
(Sahih Bukhari: 3140)

Aap (ﷺ) ki azwaaj-e-mutahharaat ke Ahl-e-Bait mein se hone ki daleel Allah ﷻ ka yeh farmaan hai:
وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتِينَ الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا[33] وَاذْكُرْنَ مَا يُتْلَى فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا​
“Aur apne gharon mein qaraar se raho aur qadeem jaahiliyyat ke zamaane ki tarah apne banaao ka izhaar na karo aur Namaz ada karti raho aur Zakat deti raho aur Allah aur us ke Rasool ki ita’at guzaari karo. Allah ﷻ yahi chaahta hai ke aye Nabi ki ghar waaliyo! Tum se woh (har tarah ki) gandagi ko door kar de aur tumhein khoob paak kar de. [33] Aur tumhaare gharon mein Allah ki jo aayatein aur Rasool ki Ahadees padhi jaati hain un ka zikr karti raho, yaqeenan Allah ﷻ lutf karne waala khabardaar hai. [34]”
(Surah Al-Ahzaab: 33-34)

Yeh Aayat Qat’ee taur par dalaalat karti hai ke azwaaj-e-mutahharaat Ahl-e-Bait mein daakhil hain kiunki is se pehle aur baad ki Aayaat mein unhien se khitaab hai. Sahih Muslim ki Hadees ko is ke mukhaalif khayaal na kiya jaaye jo Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se marwi hai:
خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَدَاةً، وَعَلَيْهِ مِرْطٌ مُرَحَّلٌ مِنْ شَعْرٍ أَسْوَدَ، فَجَاءَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، فَأَدْخَلَهُ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْحُسَيْنُ فَدَخَلَ مَعَهُ، ثُمَّ جَاءَتْ فَاطِمَةُ فَأَدْخَلَهَا، ثُمَّ جَاءَ عَلِيٌّ فَأَدْخَلَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا​
“Rasoolullah ﷺ subah ko nikle aur Aap (ﷺ) ek chaadar oodhe huwe the jis par kajaawon ki suratein ya haandiyon ki suratein bani hue thien. Itne mein Hasan Radhiallahu Anhu aaye to Aap (ﷺ) ne un ko us chaadar ke andar kar liya. Phir Husain Radhiallahu Anhu aaye to un ko bhi us mein daakhil kar liya. Phir Fatimah Radhiallahu Anha aayien to un ko bhi unhien ke saath shaamil kar liya phir ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu aaye to un ko bhi shaamil kar ke farmaaya ke “Allah ﷻ chaahta hai ke tum se na-paaki ko door kare aur tum ko paak kare aye ghar waalo.” (Al-Ahzaab: 33).”

Kiunki is Aayat mein wazeh taur par khitaab azwaaj-e-mutahharaat se hai lehaza woh to qat’an daakhil hain, albattah is Hadees se ma’loom huwa ke ’Ali, Fatimah, Hasan aur Husain Radhiallahu Anhum bhi un ke saath Ahl-e-Bait mein daakhil hain, is Hadees mein in chaar hazraat ke zikr ka yeh matlab nahi ke doosre rishtedaar Ahl-e-Bait mein daakhil nahi balke is se to yeh ma’loom hota hai ke yeh chaaron Aap (ﷺ) ke gehre rishtedaar hain. Is ki ek aur misaal aap mulahza karna chaahein to woh yun hai:
لَمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ​
“Woh Masjid jis ki bunyaad ibtidaa hi se taqwah par rakhi gayi.”
(Surah At-Taubah: 108)

Yeh farmaan-e-ilaahi Masjid-e-Quba ke baare mein hai. Jabki Sahih Muslim ki Hadees se ma’loom hota hai ke is Masjid se muraad Masjid-e-Nabwi hai. (Sahih Muslim: 1398) Goya dono Masjidein is farmaan mein shaamil hain. Kiunki dono ki bunyaad Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ ne apne haath se rakhi. Allamah Ibn-e-Taymiyah Rahimahullah ne yeh misaal apne Risaale (chhoti si kitaab) mein zikr farmaayi hai. (Dekhen: Fazl-o-Ahl Al-Bait Wa Huqooquhum: 20-21) Aap ki azwaaj-e-mutahharaat lafz-e-“Aal” ke tahet daakhil hain kiunki Aap (ﷺ) ka farmaan hai:
أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ​
“Sadqa (aur Zakat) Aal-e-Muhammed (ﷺ) ke liye halaal nahi.”
(Musnad Ahmed: 7758)

Is liye un ko khumus se hissah diya jaata tha. Neez Musannaf Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah mein Ibn-e-Abi Mulaikah se sahih sanad ke saath marwi hai:
أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ بَعَثَ إلَى عَائِشَةَ بِبَقَرَةٍ مِنْ الصَّدَقَةِ فَرَدَّتْهَا وَقَالَتْ إنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ​
“Khalid bin Sa’eed ne Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ke ghar sadqa ki ek gaaye bhej di. Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ne use waapas lautaaya aur farmaaya: Hum Aal-e-Muhammed ke liye sadqa halaal nahi.”
(Al-Musannaf Li-Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah: 10708)

Allamah Ibn-e-Qayyim Rahimahullah is maslak ko ikhtiyaar karne waalon ka zikr karte huwe likhte hain:
“Yeh log kehte hain ke biwiyaan bhi “Aal” mein daakhil hoti hain khaas taur se azwaaj-e-mutahharaat Aal-e-Muhammed (ﷺ) mein daakhil hain, kiunki shaadi waala rishta bhi to nasab jaisa hai. Azwaaj-e-mutahharaat ka rishta Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ se khatam nahi huwa tabhi to woh Aap ki zindagi mein aur Aap ki wafaat ke baad bhi doosre mardon par haraam hain. Woh duniya mein bhi Aap (ﷺ) ki biwiyaan hain aur Aakhirat mein bhi Aap (ﷺ) ki biwiyaan hongi. Lehaza un ka Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke saath rishta nasab ki tarah qaayim-o-daayim hai. Aap (ﷺ) ne durood mein un ko wazeh taur par shaamil farmaaya hai, is liye sahih baat yahi hai ke sadqa azwaaj-e-mutahharaat par bhi haraam hai kiunki yeh logon ki mail kuchail hai aur Allah ﷻ ne Aap (ﷺ) ki zaat aur Aap (ﷺ) ki Aal ko insaanon ke is mail kuchail se bacha kar rakha hai. Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah ka bhi yahi maslak hai. Phir ta’jjub ki baat hai ke agar azwaaj-e-mutahharaat Aap (ﷺ) ke mundarja zail (following) farameen mein daakhil hain:
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ رِزْقَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ قُوتًا​
“Aye Allah Aal-e-Muhammed (ﷺ) ko sirf zaroorat ki hadd tak rizq de.”
(Sahih Muslim: 1055)

Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ne farmaaya:
مَا شَبِعَ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ خُبْزِ بُرٍّ مَأْدُومٍ، ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ حَتَّى لَحِقَ بِالله​
“Aal-e-Rasool (ﷺ) kabhi pe-dar-pe teen din tak saalan ke saath gehun ki roti nahi khaa sake yahan tak ke Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ Allah se jaa mile.”
(Sahih Bukhari: 6687, Sahih Muslim: 2970)

Isi tarah azwaaj-e-mutahharaat durood mein bhi daakhil hain, to kya wajah hai ke woh Aap (ﷺ) ke is farmaan mein daakhil nahi?
أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ​
“Sadqa (aur Zakat) Aal-e-Muhammed (ﷺ) ke liye halaal nahi.”
(Musnad Ahmed: 7758)

Halaanki sadqa logon ki mail kuchail hai. Azwaaj-e-mutahharaat ko to is se bachaane aur door rakhne ki bahut zaroorat thi.

Shubha: Agar kaha jaaye ke agar sadqa azwaaj-e-mutahharaat par haraam hota to un ke ghulamon aur laundiyon par bhi haraam hona chahiye tha jis tarah Banu Hashim ke ghulamon aur laundiyon par tha, halaanki Sahih Bukhari mein riwayat hai ke Hazrat Bareerah Radhiallahu Anha ko sadqa ka gosht bheja gaya aur unhon ne khaaya. Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne unhein mana nahi kiya, jabki Bareerah Radhiallahu Anha Aisha Radhiallahu Anha ki aazad kardah laundi thien.
Jawaab: Dar-haqeeqat isi baat se un logon ko ishtibaah (doubt) huwa jinhon ne azwaaj-e-mutahharaat ke liye sadqe ka iste’maal jaaiz kaha hai. Is ishtibaah (doubt) ka jawaab yeh hai ke azwaaj-e-mutahharaat par sadqe ki hurmat zaati nahi, balke Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ki wajah se hai warna Aap (ﷺ) ke saath nikah se pehle un par sadqa haraam nahi tha, is liye yeh hurmat un ke ghulamon par laagu na hogi. Jabki Banu Hashim par sadqe ki hurmat zaati hai is liye yeh un ke ghulamon par bhi laagu hogi.
Is behas se yeh baat wazeh ho gayi ke azwaaj-e-mutahharaat Ahl-e-Bait mein daakhil hain, kiunki Ahl-e-Bait waali Aayat se pehle chand Aayaat aur baad waali Aayat mein khitaab azwaaj-e-mutahharaat se hai lehaza un ko Ahl-e-Bait se nikaalna mumkin nahi.

Banu Hashim ke ghulamon par sadqe ki hurmat ki daleel yeh Hadees hai:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ رَجُلًا عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ، فَقَالَ لِأَبِي رَافِعٍ: اصْحَبْنِي؛ فَإِنَّكَ تُصِيبُ مِنْهَا. قَالَ: حَتَّى آتِيَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْأَلَهُ. فَأَتَاهُ فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، وَإِنَّا لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ​
“Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ ne Bani Makhzoom ke ek shakhs ko sadqa wusool karne ke liye bheja, us ne Abu Rafe’ se kaha: Mere saath chalo us mein se kuch tumhein bhi mil jaayega, unhon ne kaha: Main Rasoolullah ﷺ ke paas jaa kar poochh lun, chunanche woh Aap (ﷺ) ke paas aaye aur sawaal kiya to Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaaya: Qaum ka ghulam unhien mein se hota hai aur hamaare liye sadqa lena halaal nahi.”
