ALLAAH NE KOI AISA AMAL JAARI HI NAHIN KIYA JIS MEIN FAAYEDAH NA HO

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم​

Sawaal: ILm ki taalibaat Deen seekhti hain aur ta'daad e azwaaj (ek se zaayed nikaah karne waali sunnat) ko phenk deti hain aur baaqi saara Deen qubool karleti hain. Unka kya hukm hai?

Jawaab: Ta'daad e Azwaaj koi soch samajh waala mu'aamlah nahin balke Deen ki alaamaat mein se ek alaamat hai, uske baare mein Allaah (تعالى) ki Kitaab mein nass maujood hai, aur us par Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ka amal hai aur us par Salaf wa Khalaf ke 'Ulamaa' ka Ijmaa' hai, Musalmaan toh Allaah (تعالى) ka Ghulaam hai Aazaad nahin hai ke jo chaahe qubool karey jisey chaahe phenk dey.

• Farmaan e ILaahi hai:
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنࣲ وَلَا مُؤۡمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللهَ وَرَسُولُهُۥۤ أَمۡرًا أَن یَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِیَرَةُ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِمۡۗ وَمَن یَعۡصِ ٱللهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَـٰلࣰا مُّبِینࣰا۔
"Aur kisi Mu'min mard aur kisi Mu'min aurat ko ye haqq nahin ke jab Allaah aur Uska Rasool kisi mu'aamle ka faislah kardein toh unke liye apne mu'aamle mein (khud) unka koi ikhtiyaar (baaqi) rahey, aur jo Allaah aur Uske Rasool ki naafarmaani karey toh woh yaqeenan khullam khulla gumraah hogaya." [1]

• Faraayez ko Farz karne aur Sharee'at ko mashroo' karne (Ya'ni Sharee'at banaane) mein Allaah (تعالى) ki Hikmat hai jin mein se kuch chote hain aur kuch badey, kuch aasaan hain aur kuch mushkil aur sab ke sab Ibn e Aadam ki wus'at (capacity, gunjaayish) aur pohanch mein hai, kuch Mardon ke saath khaas hain jaisa ke Q!taal jis mein mashaqqat aur kulfat (takleef) hai.

• (Farmaan e ILaahi hai)
كُتِبَ عَلَیۡكُمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرۡهࣱ لَّكُمۡ
"Tum par Q!taal (J!haad) farz kiya gaya hai aur woh tumein naa gawaar hai." [2]

• Aur kuch auraton ke saath khaas hain maslan Hijaab aur isi tarah Ta'daad e Azwaaj ka mashroo' (jaayez) hona aur ye Sharee'at ka Qaanoon is liye hain taake Allaah apne bandon ka imtehaan ley aur Eemaan laane waalon, Yaqeen rakhne waalon aur Sar e Tasleem kham (Allaah aur Uske Rasool ke Hukmon par amal) karne waalon ko un logon se alag karde jo inkaar karte hain, mana' karte hain aur jhagda karte hain aur Raah e Raast se bhatke hue hain.

• Kuch toh Mu'minon ki tarah kehte hain ke "Humne sunliya aur Hum ne Itaa'at kee, Aye Hamaare Rabb! Hamein bakhsh dey aur hamein Teri hi taraf laut kar aana hai."

• Aur kuch Yahood ki tarah kehte hain ke "Humne sunliya aur humne naafarmaani kee aur ye auratein jinke baare mein sawaal kiya gaya hai ILm ki taalibaat nahin, na hi ye uski Ahl hai (Ya'ni na hi ilm ke laayeq hain) aur agar unhein ILm ka shauq hota aur woh ILm se aaraastah hoti toh unko ma'loom hota ke ILm ke mutalaashi (talaash karne waale) Talabah wa Taalibaat ki pehli seedhi Allaah (تعالى) ki Khashiyat (Khauf) aur ILm par amal hai, Allaah (تعالى) ka farmaan hai:
إِنَّمَا یَخۡشَى ٱللَّهَ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِ ٱلۡعُلَمَـٰۤؤُا۟
"Bilaa shubah Allaah ke bandon mein se Us se darte wohi hain jo ILm rakhne waale hain." [3]

• Mirqaatul-Mafaateeh aur Fataawaa mein ye baat hai ke ek aadmi ki chaar beewiyaan thi aur 1000 laundiyaan thi aur usne iraadah kiya ke mazeed ek laundi khareed ley, usey ek shakhs ne malaamat kee jiske baare mein andeshah hai ke woh Kaafir hogaya.
