Aurton Ke Liye Azaan Aur Iqaamat Ka Hukm

Namaaz Me Azaan Aur Aqaamat Sirf Mardon Ke Haq Me Mashroo' Hai Kiyunki Mardon Par Jama'at Ke Sath Namaaz Padhna Waajib Hai Jab Ke Aurton Ki Namaaz Apne Ghar Me Ada Karna Behtar Hai. Yah Alag Mas'ala Hai Ke Aurat Agar Mardon Ke Saath Jama'at Se Namaaz Padhna Chaahe To Padh Sakti Hai Shari'at Ne Ijaazat Di Hai.
Jab Aurat Ko Akele Ghar Me Namaaz Padhna Hai To Azaan Ki Zaroorat Hi Nahi Aur Na Hi Iqaamat Ki, Jaise Hi Kisi Namaaz Ka Waqt Ho Jaaye Bagair Azaan Ka Intizaar Kiye Apni Namaaz Infiraadi Taur Par Padh Sakti Hai. Ba-Khilaaf Mardon Ke, Unke Liye Azaan Mashroo' Hai, Pehle Azaan De Fir Iqaamat Keh Kar Jama'at Se Namaaz Ada Kare, Aage Is Baat Ki Daleel Bhi Zikr Ki Jaayegi. Azaan Dusron Ko Namaaz Ki Khabar Dene Aur Masjid Me Haazir Hone Ke Liye Di Jaati Hai Aur Iqaamat Bhi Namaaz Ki Jama'at Khadi Hone Ki Khabar Dene Ke Liye Hai. Yahan Yah Masala Bhi Waazeh Rahe Ke Mardon Ke Haq Me Bhi Azaan Aur Iqaamat Sirf Mashroo' Hai Yani Agar Kisi Ne Bagair Azaan Ke Namaaz Ada Kar Li Ya Kisi Ne Baghair Iqaamat Ke Namaaz Padh Li To Namaaz Apni Jagah Sahih Hai Use Dohraane Ki Zaroorat Nahi Hai Albatta Jaan Boojh Kar Azaan Ya Iqaamat Chhod Kar Namaaz Nahi Ada Karni Hai.
Haan Ek Mas'ala Yah Bhi Hai Ke Agar Kai Aurtein Mil Kar Jama'at Se Farz Namaaz Ada Karen To Us Soorat Me Unke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Ka Kya Hukm Hai? Misaal Ke Taur Par Aurton Ka Idarah Hai Wahan Paanch Waqt Aurton Ki Jama'at Hoti Hai Us Jagah Aurton Ko Har Namaaz Ke Liye Azaan Dena Chaahiye Aur Jama'at Khadi Hone Se Pehle Iqaamat Kehni Chaahiye Ke Nahi?
Namaaz Ka Mu'aamla Tauqeefi Hai Hamein, Is Silsile Me Apne Man Se Kuch Nahi Kehna Hai Aur Na Hi Logon Ke Aqawaal Ya Za'eef o Mauzoo' Ahaadees Se Istidlaal Kiya Jaayega. Jab Ham Aurton Ki Namaaz Aur Unki Jama'at Ke Silsile Me Sahih Ahaadis Talash Karte Hain To Yah Saboot Zaroor Milta Hai Ke Ek Aurat Dusri Aurton Ki Jama'at Kara Sakti Hai Chaahe Farz Ho Ya Nafl Namaaz. Lekin Aurton Ke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Ki Koi Sahih Marfoo' Hadees Nahi Milti Hai Albatta Sahih Dalaail Se Is Baat Ka Ishaarah Zaroor Milta Hai Ke Aurton Ke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Nahi Hai Umm e Warqah Bint e Abdullaah Bin Haaris Se Rivayat Hai:
كانَ رسولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ علَيهِ وسلَّمَ يَزورُها في بَيتِها ، وجعلَ لَها مؤذِّنًا يؤذِّنُ لَها ، وأمرَها أن تؤمَّ أهلَ دارِها​
Tarjumah: Rasoolullaah ﷺ Unke Ghar Me Milne Ke Liye Aaya Karte The Aur Unke Liye Ek Muazzin Muqarrar Kiya Tha Jo Unke Liye Azaan Deta Tha Aur Aap Ne Unhein (Umm e Warqah Ko) Hukm Diya Tha Ke Apne Ghar Walon Ki Imaamat Karen.

Is Hadees Se Pata Chalta Hai Ki Agar Aurton Ka Azaan Dena Mashroo' Hota To Aap ﷺ Umm e Warqah Aur Unke Ghar Ki Aurton Ke Liye Mard Muazzin Ka Intikhaab Nahi Karte Balke Unhien Me Se Kisi Ek Aurat Ko Ya Umm e Warqah Ko Azaan Dene Par Laga Dete Magar Aap ﷺ Ne Aysa Nahi Kiya.
Isi Tarah Maalik Bin Huwairis Radhiallahu Anhu Se Rivayat Hai, Unhone Farmaya:
أتيتُ النَّبيَّ صلَّى اللَّهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ أنا وصاحِبٌ لي فلمَّا أردنا الانصرافَ قالَ لنا إذا حضرَتِ الصَّلاةُ فأذِّنا وأقيما وليؤمَّكما أَكبرُكُم​
Tarjumah: Me Aur Mera Ek Sathi Nabi ﷺ Ki Khidmat Me Haazir Huwe Jab Ham Ne Waapis (Watan) Jaane Ka Iradah Kiya To Aap Ne Ham Se Farmaya: Jab Namaaz Ka Waqt Ho Jaaye To Tum Log Azaan Aur Iqaamat Kehna Aur Tumhara Imaam Woh Bane Jo Tum Dono Me Se Ziyadah Bada Hai.

Is Hadees Me Jis Tarah Nabi ﷺ Ne Mardon Ko Mukhatib Ho Kar Azaan Aur Iqaamat Aur Jama'at Ka Hukm Diya Hai Usi Tarah Kisi Marfoo' Hadees Se Aurton Ke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Ka Saboot Nahi Milta Hai Albatta Yah Asar
ليس على النِّساءِ أذانٌ ولا إقامةٌ​
Tarjumah: Aurton Par Azaan Aur Iqaamat Nahi Hai.
Saabit Nahi Hai.
Is Mas'ale Me Kuch Ulama Ne Aurton Ke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Dono Aur Baaz Ne Sirf Iqaamat Ko Mubaah Kaha Hai Aur Istidlaal Ke Taur Par Nabi ﷺ Ka Yah Farmaan Pesh Kiya Hai:
إنَّما النِّساءُ شقائقُ الرِّجالِ​
Tarjumah: Haan, Aurtein (Bhi) Bilashuba Mardon Hi Ki Maanind Hai.
(Sunan Abi Dawood: 236)

Bilashuba Aurtein Bhi Mardon Ki Tarah Hain Magar Tamam Chizon Me Nahi Jaisa Ke Ham Unki Fitrat, Jins Aur Khilqat Mardon Se Alag Paate Hain, Jis Hadees Me Aurton Ko Mardon Ki Tarah Qaraar Diya Gaya Hai Wahan Mas'ala Ehtilaam Ka Hai Ke Ehtilaam Ho Jaane Par Mardon Ki Tarah Aurton Par Bhi Ghusl Hai.
Khulasa e Kalaam Yah Huwa Ke Aurton Ke Haq Me Azaan Aur Iqaamat Mashroo' Nahi Hai.
