قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لا ينكح المحرم، ولا ينكح، ولا يخطب»

Ki RASOOL ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya MAHRAM insan na NIKAH kare , na NIKAH karwaye aur na hi NIKAH ka PAIGHAM bheje .

IS HADEES se maloom hota hai ki MAHRAM INSAN ko HAALAT E EHRAAM me NIKAH karne ki IJAZAT nahi . Hamara RUJHAAN bhi yahi hai ki MAHRAM AADMI NIKAH nahi kar sakta , is MAUQIF ki TA'EED SAYYADAH MAIMOONA RAZIALLAHU ANHA ke apne BAYAN se bhi hoti hai .

Is SARAHAT ke PESH E NAZAR SAYYADNA ABDULLAH BIN ABBAS RAZIALLAHU ANHU se MARWI HADEES ki 2 TAAWEELE'N ki ja sakti hain .

1- SAYYADNA ABDULLAH BIN ABBAS RAZIALLAHU ANHU ka BAYAN WAHEM par MABNI hai jaisa ki SAYYADNA SA'EED BIN MUSAYYAB ( سعید بن مسیب) RAHIMAULLAH farmate hain

Baher haal hamare nazdeek MAHRAM AADMI ke liye NIKAH karna ya NIKAH karwana JAYEZ nahi . Jaisa ki AHADEES me is AMR ki SARAHAT MAUJOOD hai . Is Bina par SAYYADNA ABDULLAH BIN ABBAS RAZIALLAHU ANHU ki MAZKOORAH RIWAYAT MARJOOH ya QABIL E TAAWEEL hai . WALLAHU A'ALAM
