Aurton ka naak kaan chidwaana

Islam mein aurton ko apne shauhar ke liye zeenat ikhtiyar karne ki ijazat hai. Naak aur kaan chidwaana bhi zeenat ke taur par hai. Is liye is ki ijazat hai. Nabi ﷺ ke zamaane mein aurtain zeenat ke taur par kaan mein baaliyan pahenti thein:
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَدِيٌّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدًا، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهَا وَلَا بَعْدَهَا، ثُمَّ أَتَى النِّسَاءَ وَمَعَهُ بِلَالٌ فَأَمَرَهُنَّ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، فَجَعَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ تُلْقِي قُرْطَهَا​
Tarjumah: Hum se Hajjaaj bin Minhaal ne bayan kiya, kaha hum se Sho’bah ne bayan kiya, kaha ke mujhe ’Adi bin Saabit ne khabar di, kaha ke main ne Sa’eed bin Jubair se suna aur unhon ne Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se ke Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne Eid ke din do rak’atein padhaayien na us ke pehle koi Namaz padhi aur na us ke baad phir Aap aurton ki taraf tashreef laaye, Aap ke saath Bilal Radhiallahu Anhu the. Aap ne aurton ko sadqa ka hukm farmaaya to woh apni baaliyan Bilal Radhiallahu Anhu ki jholi mein daalne lagien.

Is Hadees ki buniyaad par aurton ka kaan chidwaana aur us mein baaliyan pahenna jaaiz thehra. Go ke is Hadees mein naak mein pahanne ka zikr nahi hai magar mumkin hai ke naak mein bhi pahenti hongi aur phir naak mein pahenne ki mumani’at nahi hai is wajah se yeh kaha jaayega ke kaan ki tarah naak mein bhi zeenat ke taur par nathuni ka istemaal jaaiz hai.
Kuch logon ne chehre par maarne, jism par harj karne, takleef mein na waqe’ hone aur Allah ki khilqat na badalne waale dalaail se istedlaal karte huwe naak mein suraakh karne se mana kiya hai halaanki naak chidwaane se mamooli takleef hoti hai aur mamooli sa surakh hota hai usey urf e aam mein na to harj kaha jaayega aur na hi yeh Allah ki takhleeq mein tabdeeli shumaar ki jaayegi.
Zeenat ke taur par yeh mamooli sa zakhm koi ma’ani nahi rakhta jaisa ki dekhte hain zaroorat ke tehat jism ka cheer phaad kiya jaata hai aur yeh jaaiz hai.
Bahut saare ulama ne is ke jawaz ka fatwa diya hai jin mein Shaikh Ibn e Baz, Shaikh Abdullah bin Ghadyan, Shaikh Saleh Fauzan, Shaikh Abdul Aziz Aal e Shaikh, Shaikh Abu Bakr Zaid aur Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahumullah waghera shaamil hain.
Chand baatein dhiyan mein rahen:
Naak kaan chidwaana zeenat ke taur par sirf aurat ke liye jaaiz hai, mardon ke liye nahi.

Aaj kal aisi bhi nathuni aur kaan ki baaliyan bazaar mein milti hain jin ke pahanne mein naak kaan chidwaane ki zaroorat nahi padti, agar koi is qism ka samaan istemaal kare to bahut achcha hai. Jab chaahe pahne aur jab chaahe utaar kar rakh de. Is se dono halat mein khoobsoorti milegi, jab kaan naak chidwa liya ho aur un mein zeenat ka samaan na ho to achcha nahi lagta.

Baaz aurtein naak aur kaan mein kayi surakh karti hain jis se zeenat ki bajaye mashaqqat zahir hoti hai. Is se bacha jaaye.

Naak mein nathuni pahente waqt dhiyan rahe ke wuzu ya ghusl karte waqt paani mukammal jagah par pahunche, agar kuch hisse par pani na pahunchne ka imkaan ho to nathuni utaar kar wuzu aur ghusl kare.

Agar naak kaan chidwaana ho to bachpan mein hai yeh kaam kar liya jaaye kiunki us waqt ehsaas kam hota hai jaise bachchon ka khatna hai.
