Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah (Died 458 Hijj) farmate hai

أخبرنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان، أنبأ أحمد بن عبيد، ثنا الحارث بن أبي أسامة، ثنا روح بن عبادة، عـن ابـن جـريـج، أخبرني عمرو بن دينار، أن نافع بن جبير بن مطعم رضي الله عنه أخبرة، عن رجل من أصحاب النبی ﷺ قد سماه نافع قدسيته ، أن النبی ﷺ قال لرجل من غفار : "قم فأذن أنه لا يدخل الجنة إلا مؤمن ،وأنها أيام أكل وشرب أيام منى ، زاد سليمان بن موسى: وذبح، يقول: أيام ذبح ابن جريج يقوله.

Ek Sahabi Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Allah ke Nabi ﷺ ne ek Gifari Sahabi se kaha , Tum khade ho aur elaan kar do Jannat me sirf momin hi jayega aur Ayyam E Mina (Ayyam E Tashreeq) ye khane peene ke din hai , Ibne Jurez kahte hai ki unke ustad Suleman bin Moosa ne is Hadees ko bayan karte huye Jabah ka lafz ijafa kiya hai yani wo ye bhi riwayat karte the ki ye jabah ke din hai

Hafiz Ibne Hajar Rahimahullah (Died 854 Hijj) ne inke bare me muhaddiseen ke aqwaal ka khulasha karte huye unne kaha

Arz hai ki bala sutoor me Harish Bin Abi Osama ki tausheeq pesh ki ja chuki hai isse ya maloom hua ki Harish bin Abi Osama maroof Siqa'a rawi hai wahin par ye bhi pata chala ki firqa e masoodiya ke Isteyaq sahab ne apni Jahalat ko daleel ki haisiyat de di hai. agar mausoof ko Harish Bin Abi Osama ka haal nahi maloom tha to Aap Janab apni Jahalat ke izhaar par iktefa karte lekin usse aage badh kar mahaj apni Jahalat ki buniyad par ye faisla kar dena ki falan rawi ka hal maloom hi nahi Jahalat dar Jahalat hai

Arz hai ki ye safed jhooth ya Mohammad Isteyaq Sahab ki nari Jahalat hai kyunki iska rawi Tazkirah Tahzeeb me hai hi nahi , Isteyaq Sahab ne ya to jhooth bola hai ya Jahalat ki wajah se yahan kisi aur rawi ko samajh liya hai, bahar hal ye rawi Siqa'a hai aur duniya ke kisi bhi Muhaddis ne in par sire se koyi jarah ki hi nahi hai.

Isteyaq Masoodi ko kaun samjhaye ki jis rawi se mausoof apni jahalat ka itraaf kar rhe hai wo Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah ke ustaad hai aur Imam Baihaqi samet bahut se muhaddiseen ki nazar me ye Siqa'a hai nez duniya ke kisi bhi Muhaddis ne inpar mamooli si bhi jarah nahi ki hai

Allama Albani Rahimahullah Farmate hai

وهـذا إسناد صـحـيـح رجـالـه كلهم ثقات، لكن ليس فيه قول:’وذبح الذي هو موضع الشاهد وإنما فيه أن ابن جريج رواه عن سليمان بن موسى. یعنی مرسلا لأنه لم يذكر إسناده، فهو شاهد قوى مرسل للطرق الموصولة السابقة.

Iski Sanad Sahih Hai Iske sare rizal Siqa'a hai lekin isme jabah ka lafz nahi hai jo ki mahal e shahid hai , balki uske hai ki ibne Jurez ne use Suleman bin Moosa Se riwayat kiya hai yani mursalan.

Kyunki inhone se uski sanad jikr nahi ki hai to ye mursal guzista mausool turq ke liye rawi sahid hai .

Yani Allama Albani Rahimahullah suleman bin moosa ke Ijafa wali bat ko mahaz e mursal sahih mana hai aur ise deegar mausool riwayat ki shahid tasleem karke sahih baawar kiya hai

Lekin Hamare nazdeek Suleman bin Moosa Ki jyadati ko mursal karar dena galat hai. , Allama Albani Rahimahullah farmate hai ki suleman bin moosa ne iski sanad jikr nahi ki hai lekin ye durust nahi hai balki sahih bat ye hai ki suleman bin moosa ne iski sahih sanad jikr kar di hai aur ye wahi sanad hai jis se poori asal riwayat manqool hai

Darasal jer e bahas riwayat me ibne Jurez ke do ustad me ek "Amr Bin Dinaar" aur doosre "Suleman bin Moosa" aur ibne Jurez ki in dono ustado ne jer e bahas riwayat ko Nafey bin Zubair se nakal kiya hai. agar iski koyi alag sanad hoti to Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah use alag se jikr karte jaisa ki is kitab me inka mamool hai lekin yahan par Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah ne suleman bin Moosa se upar koyi alag sanad jikr nahi ki hai balki sirf kahne par iktefa kiya hai ki "Suleman bin Moosa ne Ayyam e Jabah ke alfaaz ka ijafa kiya hai" . Ye tarz e amal is baat ki daleel hai ki dono ki sanad ek hai , isko misal se youn samjhe ki Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Rahimaullah ne kaha

حدثنا سفيان ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن أبي الأوبر ، عن أبي هريرة ، كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي قائما وقاعدا ، وحافيا ومنتعلا.

Ab kya koyi shaksh ye kah sakta hai ki Imam Ahmad Rahimaullah me doosre tareeq me Husain bin Muhammad se mursal bayan kiya hai? hargiz nahi balki har shaksh yahan par bhi yahi kahega ki is doosre tareeq me bhi Husain bin Muhammad se aage wahi sanad hai jo pahle tareeq me hai ham kahte hai ki theek isi tarah Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah ne Ibne Jurez ka jo doosra tareeq Suleman Bin Moosa se aage wahi sanad hai jise Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah pahle jikr kar chuke hai , Muhaddis kabeer Muhammad Raees Nadwi Rahimaullah farmate hai . Mazkoorah bala riwayat ka hashil matlab hamari samajh ke mutabik ye hai ki Ibne Jurez ne ye bayan kiya hai ki Suleman Bin Moosa ne Nafey Bin Zubair Se nakal kiya ki ek Sahabi ka ye Bayan hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne logon ne logon me ek admi ke jariyah Elan karwa diya ki Ayyam E Tashreeq Qurbani ke Ayyam hai

Iski Tayeed Is bat se bhi hoti hai ki Baaz Turq me poori Sharahat me sath milta hai ki Ibne Jurez Ke ustad Suleman bin Moosa ne is Hadees ko nafey bin Zubair se Mausoolan riwayat ki hai Chunancha

Imam Daraqutni Rahimahullah (Died 385 Hijj) ne kaha

حدثنا يحيى بن محمد بن صاعد نا أحمد بن منصور بن سیار نا محمد بن بكير الـحـضـرمـی نا سويد بن عبد العزيز عن سعيد بن عبد العزيز التنوخي عن سليمان بن موسى عن نافع بن جبير بن مطعم عـن أبـيـه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : أيام التشريق كلها ذبح.

Iski sanad me gaur kare yaha par wajeh taur par Suleman bin Moosa , Nafey Bin Zubair Se yahi hadees Masoolan riwayat kar rhe hai. Isse jahan ek taraf ye sabit hua ki Baihaqi Ki Jer e Bahas Hadees me Ibne Jurez se aage ki sanad Mausool hai wahin par ye bhi maloom hua ki Sunan Daraqutni wagairah me Suleman Bin Moosa se suwed ki riwayat sahih hai agarche wo mutakallim fih hai , kyunki Baihaqi ki jer e bahas riwayat me Ibne Jurez jaise Buland paya siqah imam ne bhi Suleman Ye baat Mausoolan banya ki hai .

Is Haqiqat ki wajahat karte huye Allama Muhammad Raees Ahmad Nadwi Rahimaullah aage farmata hai : jiska wajeh mafad ye hai ki Nafey Bin Zubair se Hadees Mazkoorah ko Suleman se nakal karne me Imam Saeed Bin Abdul Azeez Ki Mutabiyat Ibne Jurez ne kar rakhi hai

Aur ek doosre maqam par farmate hai

Is riwayat ki nakal me Saeed ka Ma'anwi Mutabiyat wa muafiqat Imam Abdul Malik Abdul Azeez Qeshri ne kar rakhi hai. Ye Maloom hai ki Mutabiyat Kafeef الضعف mazrooh rawi ki bhi moatabar hai aur ye sabit ho gya ki Saeed Bin Abdul Azeez Aur Abdul Malik Bin Abdul Azeez donon ke donon hazrat is hadees ko mutsal sanad ke sath bayan karne me ek doosre ke Mutabey hai , lihaza ye hadees sahih karar pati hai

Khulasha Bahash :- Imam Baihaqi Rahimaullah ki riwayat kardah ye Hadees bilkul sahih mutsal hai , is مسیح وتصل sanad ke samne ane ke bad ab Ayyam e Tashreeq ke Ayyam E Jabah hone wali hadees ki tasaheeh ke liye kisi bhi aur sanad ki sire se jarurat hi nahi hai .

Allama Muhammad Raees Ahmad Nadwi Rahimaullah ne bhi kaha : Suleman Bin Moosa se Ibne Jurez Ki Riwayat kardah jer e bahash hadees ne hadees Mazkoorah ko mazed sawahid wa Mutabiyat se mustagna kar diya hai
