Choodidaar shalwaar pahenne ka hukm

Choodidaar shalwaar woh chust pajamah kehlaati hai jis ki mohdiyan lambi hone ke sabab takhnon par kapde mein silwatein paden ya khud daali jaayen. Aisi choodidaar shalwaar jahan mard hazraat iste’maal karte hain wahien Muslim khawateen bhi iste’maal karti hain yani mard-o-aurat dono mein musta’mal hai albatta aurton mein yeh ziyadah maqbool hai. Islam ne musalmanon (mard-o-aurat) ko koi makhsoos libaas ka hukm nahi diya hai magar libaas ke shar’ee hudood-o-quyood bayan kiye hain.
Islami libaas ki ek qaid yeh hai ke woh satar ko poori tarah chupaane waala ho. Mard ka satar naaf ke neeche se ghutne tak hai aur aurat ka satar baalon samet mukammal jism hai.
Doosri qaid yeh hai ke libaas itna bareek na ho ki aazaa-e-satar (chhupaane waale hisse) jhalakte (dikhte) hon.
Isi tarah teesri qaid yeh hai ke libaas itna tang na ho jis se chupaane waale hisson ke khadd-o-khaal zaahir hon.
In ke alawah aurat ko mard ka libaas, mard ko aurat ka libaas pahenna mana’ hai, libaason mein kuffaar ki mushaabihat aur shohrat ka libaas bhi mana’ hai. In ke alawah bhi libaas ke mazeed aadaab-o-ahkaam hain lekin yahan hamaara maqsood choodidaar shalwaar pahenne ka hukm jaanna hai, is liye mazeed tafseel se bacha jaa raha hai:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا، قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ، وَنِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ مُمِيلاَتٌ مَائِلاَتٌ، رُؤُوسُهُنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ الْمَائِلَةِ لاَ يَدْخُلْنَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَلاَ يَجِدْنَ رِيحَهَا، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا​
Tarjumah: Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ ne farmaya: Dozakh waalon ki do qismein aisi hain ki jinhein main ne nahi dekha, ek qism to un logon ki hai ke jinke paas gayon ki dumon (tails) ki tarah kode (whips) hain jis se woh logon ko maarte hain. Aur doosri qism un aurton ki hai jo libaas pahenne ke bawjood nangi hain woh seedhe raaste se bahkaane waali aur khud bhi bhatki hui hain unke sar (head) oont (camel) ke kohaan (humps) ki tarah ek taraf jhuke huwe honge woh aurtein Jannat mein dakhil nahi hongi or na hi Jannat ki khushbu paa sakengi (halanki) Jannat ki khushbu itni itni masaafat (doori) se mahsoos ki jaa sakti hai.

Is Hadees mein «كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ» ka lafz kayi ma’ani ko shaamil hai:
Ek ma’na to yeh hai ke aurat libaas to pahenti hai magar chhota, jis se us ka satar poori tarah nahi chhup paata hai.
Doosra ma’na yeh hai ke aurat ka libaas itna bareek hota hai ke nazar us libaas ke andar jism ke rang aur us ki chamdi ko dekh leti hai.
Teesra ma’na jo yahan hamaara maqsood hai woh yeh hai ke aurat is qadar tang aur chust libaas pahenti hai ke fitne ki jagahein yani maqamaat-e-satar-o-hijaab (chhupaane waale hisse) zaahir aur numaayan hote hain.
Goya aisa koi libaas jo agharche aurat ke jism ko dhaak (chhupa) de magar chust ho us ka pahenna jaaiz nahi hai chaahe shalwaar ho ya qamees. Aurton ki tarah mardon ke liye bhi chust pajamah jis se aage aur peeche ka satar apne khadd-o-khaal ke saath zaahir karta ho jaaiz nahi hai.
Choodidaar shalwaar ki tarah chust jins ya chust pajamah ya koi bhi chust kapda jo aurat aur mard ke satar ko wazeh/numaayan kare jaaiz nahi hai. Haan aurat ke liye apne ghar mein tanhaayi mein ya apne shauhar ke saamne pahenne mein koi harj nahi hai aur isi tarah agar choodidaar shalwaar, dheela dhaala qamees ya upar ke libaas se bilkul dhaka huwa ho is taur par ke shalwaar ke saath mukammal taur par satar dhaka huwa ho to phir fitne ka sabab khatm hone ki wajah se us ke pahenne mein bhi koi harj nahi hai. Is soorat mein shalwaar upar waale bade saatir (chhupaane waale) libaas ke andar dhak jaayega. Magar aaj kal soorat-e-haal bahut kharaab hai, khaas taur se aurton ki, ke un ka libaas bareek, tang, jaazib-e-nazar (dekhen mein attractive), chhota, uryaan (nanga), mardon ke mushabeh, kuffaar waghera ki tarah hain. Yeh sab western culture, films dekhne, fashion parasti, deen se doori, kuffaar se mail jol aur un ki naqqali ke bure asraat-o-nataaij hain. Musalman aurton ko Allah ka khauf khaana chahiye aur us ke deen mein hijaab ka jo shar’ee usool maujood hai us ki roshni mein apna libaas muntakhab karna chahiye.
