Daadhi kaatne se mutalliq Abdullah bin Umar aur Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhum ka amal

Logon mein daadhi se mutalliq ek muththi se ziyadah katwaane waala Abdullah bin Umar aur Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhum ka amal ikhtilaaf ka baa’is bana huwa hai, kayi logon ne is se mutalliq poocha. Is liye neeche mukhtasran is ki wazahat ki jaati hai:
❶ Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ka amal:
وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا حَجَّ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ، قَبَضَ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ، فَمَا فَضَلَ أَخَذَهُ​
Tarjumah: Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma jab Hajj ya Umrah karte to apni daadhi (haath se) pakad lete aur (muththi) se jo baal ziyadah hote unhein katarwa dete.
(Sahih Bukhari: 5892)

❷ Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ka amal:
عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يَقْبِضُ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ، ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ مَا فَضَلَ عَنِ الْقُبْضَة​
(Al-Musannaf: 13/112)
❗ Is ki sanad Sahih hai.

Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se ek riwayat is tarah marwi hai:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ لِحْيَتِهِ، مِنْ عَرْضِهَا وَطُولِهَا​
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni daadhi ke tool o irz (lambaayi aur chaudaayi) se kaat liya karte the.
(Tirmizi: 2762)
❗ Ise Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Mauzoo’ qarar diya hai.

Is liye is Hadees se Hujjat hi nahi pakad sakte hain.
Goya Sahih Ahadees ki roshni mein do Jaleel ul Qadr Sahabi ka amal milta hai ke woh apni daadhi ko muththi se zaayed kaat lete the.
Islam mein is amal ki haisiyat jaanne ke liye sab se pehle yeh jaanna zaroori hai ke daadhi ke mutalliq Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka amal kya tha? Chunancha inhien do Sahaba Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar aur Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhum se Sahihain (Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim) mein marwi hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne daadhi badhaane aur apne haal par chor dene ka hukm diya hai:
Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya:
خَالِفُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ، وَفِّرُوا اللِّحَى، وَأَحْفُوا الشَّوَارِبَ​
Tarjumah: Tum mushrikeen ke khilaaf karo, daadhi chor do aur moonchen katarwaao.
(Sahih Bukhari: 5892, Sahih Muslim: 259)

Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya:
خَالِفُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ، أَحْفُوا الشَّوَارِبَ، وَأَوْفُوا اللِّحَى​
Tarjumah: Mushrikeen ki mukhalifat karo, moonchen kaato aur daadhiyaan badhaao.
(Sahih Muslim: 259)

Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya:
انْهَكُوا الشَّوَارِبَ، وَأَعْفُوا اللِّحَى​
Tarjumah: Moonchon ko khatm karo aur daadhiyon ko badhaao.
(Sahih Bukhari: 5893)

Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke:
أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ بِإِحْفَاءِ الشَّوَارِبِ، وَإِعْفَاءِ اللِّحْيَةِ​
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne moonchen kaatne aur daadhiyaan badhaane ka hukm diya.
(Sahih Muslim: 259)

Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya:
جُزُّوا الشَّوَارِبَ، وَأَرْخُوا اللِّحَى، خَالِفُوا الْمَجُوسَ​
Tarjumah: Moonchen kaato aur daadhiyaan latkaao, Majoosiyon ki mukhalifat karo.
(Sahih Muslim: 260)

In Ahadees ke alawah be-shumaar Ahadees hain jin se pata chalta hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni daadhi mubarak badhaate the, yahi wajah hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki daadhi ghani thi aur kisi bhi Sahih Hadees se yeh saabit nahi ke Aap ne daadhi kataayi ho chunaanche “Mishkaat” mein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki daadhi ki kaifiyat ke mutalliq alfaaz hain:
ضخمُ الرأسِ واللحيةِ​
Tarjumah: Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka sir aur Aap ki daadhi dono badi thein.
(Takhreej Mishkaat ul Masabeeh Lil-Albani: 5727)

Sahih Muslim ke alfaaz hain:
وَكَانَ كَثِيرَ شَعْرِ اللِّحْيَةِ​
Tarjumah: Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki daadhi bahut ghani thi.
(Sahih Muslim: 2344)

Hakim ne in alfaaz se bayan kya hai:
وفي لحيته كثاثة​
Tarjumah: Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki daadhi mein kasafat ghanapan tha.
(Mustadrak Hakim: 3/543)

Upar zikr kiye gaye tamam dalaail se yeh wazeh hota hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka amal daadhi ko chorna aur moonchon ko kutarna tha.

Daadhi se mutalliq Ahadees mein yeh sab kalime warid hain:
أَعْفُوا وَأَوْفُوا وَأَرْخُوا وَأَرْجُوا وَوَفِّرُوا​
Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah Muslim ki sharah mein likhte hain:
وَمَعْنَاهَا كُلُّهَا : تَرْكُهَا عَلَى حَالِهَا . هَذَا هُوَ الظَّاهِرُ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي تَقْتَضِيهِ أَلْفَاظُهُ​
Tarjumah: In tamam alfaaz ka mafhoom yeh hai ke daadhi ko apni haalat par chor do Hadees ke zahir e alfaaz ka taqaza yahi hai.
(Sharah-un-Nawawi: 3/151)

Is liye ek Muslim ko Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki zindagi ko apna namoona maante huwe Aap ki iqtidaa mein daadhi apne haal par chor dena chahiye.

Yahan hamein janna yeh hai ke jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka amal daadhi na kataana tha to phir Abdullah bin Umar aur Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhuma ke mutalliq amal ka kya jawab hai?
Sahabi e Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke amal ke mutalliq mundarja zail (following) chand jawabaat diye jatay hain;
✯Pehle jawaab✯
Allah Ta’ala ne hamein Quran o Hadees mein Wahi (jo Allah ki taraf se nazil kardah hai) ki pairwi ka hukm diya hai. Allah ka farmaan hai:
اتَّبِعُواْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء قَلِيلاً مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ​
Tarjumah: Tum log us ki ittibaa’ karo jo tumhaare Rabb ki taraf se aayi hai aur Allah Ta’ala ko chor kar mannghadat sarparaston ki ittibaa’ mat karo tum log bahut hi kum naseehat pakadte ho.
(Surah Al-A’raaf, Surah No:7 Ayat No: 3)

Is ma’ne ki bahut saari Aayaat o Ahadees hain jo hamein yeh batlaati hain ke hamein Wahi ki pairwi karni hai aur kisi Sahabi ka amal wahi e ilaahi nahi hai.

✯Doosra jawaab✯ Quran ne hamein hukm diya hai ke agar tumhaare darmiyaan ikhtilaaf ho jaaye to ikhtilaaf ko Allah aur us ke Rasool ki taraf lauta do.
Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً​
Tarjumah: Aye imaan walo! Farmanbardari karo Allah Ta’ala ki aur farmanbardari karo Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki aur tum mein se ikhtiyaar walon ki. Phir agar kisi cheez mein ikhtilaaf karo to use lautaao, Allah Ta’ala ki taraf aur Rasool ki taraf, agar tumhein Allah Ta’ala par aur qiyamat ke din par imaan hai. Yeh bahut behtar hai aur anjaam ke aitebaar se bahut achcha hai.
(Surah An-Nisa, Surah No: 4 Ayat No: 59)

Yahi wajah hai ke Sahaba e Kiraam mein jab bhi ikhtilaaf ho jaata to Allah aur us ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki taraf laut jaate the. Is ke kai dalaail hain. Un mein se ek yeh bhi hai ke jab Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat ke mutalliq Sahaba e Kiraam mein ikhtilaaf ho gaya to Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq Radhiallahu Anhu ne us mauqe’ se mimbar e Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par Quran ki Aayat tilaawat ki:
إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ وَإِنَّهُم مَّيِّتُونَ​
Tarjumah: Yaqeenan khud Aap ko bhi maut aayegi aur yeh sab bhi marne waale hain.
(Surah Az-Zumar, Surah No: 39 Ayat No: 30)

وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلاَّ رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ أَفَإِن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ انقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَى أَعْقَابِكُمْ​
Tarjumah: (Hazrat) Muhammed (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) sirf Rasool hi hain, in se pehle bahut se Rasool ho chuke hain, kya agar in ka intiqaal ho jaaye ya yeh shaheed ho jaayen, to tum Islam se apni aydiyon ke bal phir jaaoge?
(Surah Aal e Imraan, Surah No: 3 Ayat No: 144)

Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu bhi Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat ke qaail na the lekin Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu se upar zikr ki gayi Aayaat sunien to apni baat se rujoo’ kar liya aur kehne lage yeh Ayaat mere zehan mein thien hi nahi, lagta hai yeh abhi abhi nazil hue hain.
Is liye hamein bhi daadhi se mutalliq is ikhtilaaf ko Allah aur us ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki taraf lautaana chaahiye, is tarah Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka amal hi hamaare liye qaabil e ittibaa’ nazar aata hai.

✯Teesra jawaab✯ Muhaddiseen aur ulama e kiraam ne yahan usool e Hadees ka qaida zikr kar ke ek jawaab diya hai.
Chunancha Tirmizi ke Shaareh Abdur Rahman Mubaarakpoori Rahimahullah likhte hain:
وَأَمَّا قَوْلُ مَنْ قَالَ: إِنَّهُ إِذَا زَادَ عَلَى الْقَبْضَةِ يُؤْخَذُ الزَّائِدُ ، وَاسْتَدَلَّ بِآثَارِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعُمَرَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ; لِأَنَّ أَحَادِيثَ الْإِعْفَاءِ الْمَرْفُوعَةِ الصَّحِيحَةِ تَنْفِي هَذِهِ الْآثَارَ
فَهَذِهِ الْآثَارُ لَا تَصْلُحُ لِلِاسْتِدْلَالِ بِهَا مَعَ وُجُودِ هَذِهِ الْأَحَادِيثِ الْمَرْفُوعَةِ الصَّحِيحَةِ ، فَأَسْلَمُ الْأَقْوَالِ هُوَ قَوْلُ مِنْ قَالَ بِظَاهِرِ أَحَادِيثِ الْإِعْفَاءِ وَكَرِهَ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ شَيْءٌ مِنْ طُولِ اللِّحْيَةِ وَعَرْضِهَا ، واللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ​
Tarjumah: Raha un logon ka qaul jo qabze se zaayed ko kaatne ke qaail hain to woh Ibn e Umar, Umar aur Abu Hurairah (Radhiallahu Anhum) ke aasaar se istedlaal karte hain. To yeh istedlaal za’eef hai kiunki Marfoo’ aur Sahih Ahadees jo ke daadhi ko mu'aaf karne par dalalat karti hain in maqoof aasaar ki nafi karti hain.
Chunancha in aasaar ko Marfoo’ aur Sahih Ahadees ke hote huwe Hujjat banana sahih nahi. Pas sab se durust qaul usi ka hai jis ne zahir e Hadees (Hadees ke zaahir) ko dekh kar daadhi badhaane (mu’aaf karne) ko kaha aur tool o irz (lambaayi aur chaudaayi) se kuch bhi kaatna Makrooh jaana. واللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ
(Tohfat ul Ahwazi: 8/39)

Goya is ka matlab yeh huwa ke Sareeh aur Sahih Ahadees ke hote huwe aasaar se daleel nahi pakdi jaayegi.

✯Chautha jawaab✯ Upar dono Sahabi ka amal bhi pesh kiya gaya aur in dono Sahaba se yeh bhi marwi hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam daadhi nahi kaat-te the. Is liye in Sahaba se woh riwayat qabool ki jaayegi jo Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki daadhi ke mutalliq hai aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke amal ko Rawi ke zaati amal par tarjeeh di jaayegi. Is se mutalliq Shaikh Ibn e Baaz Rahimahullah ne badi achchi baat kahi hai jo qabil e zikr hai.
Shaikh Rahimahullah kehte hain:

Jis ne Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ke fe’l se daleel pakdi hai ki woh Hajj mein muththi se ziyadah daadhi kaat diya karte the, to is mein us ke liye koi hujjat aur daleel nahi, kiunki yeh Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ka ijtehaad tha, jabki daleel aur hujjat to unki riwayat mein hai na ke ijtehaad mein.
Ulama e Kiraam ne Saraahat se bayan kiya hai ke Sahaba e Kiram aur un ke baad mein se Rawi ki riwayat jo Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se saabit ho wohi hujjat hai, aur jab raaye us ke mukhaalif ho to riwayat raaye par muqaddam hogi.

Aakhri baat main yeh kehna chaahta hun ke jin ulama ne daadhi kaatne ke jawaaz ka fatwa diya hai unki aksariyyat bhi tark e lihya (yani daadhi ko chor dene aur na kaatne) ko hi afzal qarar diya hai. Is bina par sahih aur durust mauqif yahi hai ke daadhi ko apne haal par chor dena hai, us ki taraash kharaash nahi karni hai jo ke Allah ke mehboob ka amal hai aur muta’addid (kai) Sahaba e Kiraam se Sahih Sanad ke saath manqool hai.
