    Doosron ki tehreer ko apne naam se share karna

    Tehreer: Umar Asari Ibn e Ashiq Ali Asari

    Doosron ki posts aur tehreeron ko apne naam se share karna aaj kal fashion ban chuka hai. Is bemaari mein khaas taur se Social Media ke naam nihaad (so called) muballigheen mubtala hain. Woh tehreer likhne waale ka naam hata kar apne naam se share karte hain aur logon ko yeh ta’assur dene ki koshish karte hain ki tehreer unhon ne likhi hai. Aur in sab ke peeche unka maqsad logon ki waah waahi aur tareef haasil karna hota hai.
    Halanki Allah Ta’ala ne aise logon ki sakht mazammat bayan ki hai aur azaab se daraya hai jo yeh chaahte hain ki jis kaam ko unhon ne nahi kiya us par unki tareef ki jaaye. Farmaan e Baari Ta’ala hai:
    لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَا أَتَوا وَّيُحِبُّونَ أَن يُحْمَدُوا بِمَا لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّهُم بِمَفَازَةٍ مِّنَ الْعَذَابِ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ​
    Tarjumah: Woh log jo apne kartooton par khush hain aur chaahte hain ki jo unhon ne nahi kiya us par bhi un ki tareef ki jaaye Aap unhein azab se chutkaare mein na samajhye un ke liye to dardnaak azab hai.
    (Surah Aal e Imran, surah No: 3 Ayat No: 188)

    Iske alawah Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ka farmaan bhi hai jise isi Ayat ki tafseer mein Hafiz Ibn e Katheer Rahimahullah ne naqal kiya hai:
    الْمُتَشَبِّعُ بِمَا لَمْ يُعْطَ كَلَابِسِ ثَوْبَيْ زُورٍ​
    Tarjumah: Jo cheez haasil na ho us par fakhr karne waala us shakhs jaisa hai jo fareb ka joda yani (doosron ke kapde) maang kar pehne.
    (Sahih Bukhari: 5219, Sahih Muslim: 2130)

    Mazeed Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ka yeh farmaan bhi hai:
    مَنِ ادَّعَى دَعْوَى كَاذِبَةً لِيَتَكَثَّرَ بِهَا لَمْ يَزِدْهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا قِلَّةً​
    Tarjumah: Aur jis ne (maal mein) izaafe ke liye jhoota da’wa kiya, Allah Ta’ala us (ke maal) ki qillat hi mein izafah karega.
    (Sahih Muslim: 110)

    Qazi Ayaaz Rahimahullah is ki tashreeh mein likhte hain:
    Yeh aam hai har us da’we ke baare mein jis ke zariye koi shakhs aisi cheez ka haamil hone ka da’wa kare jo use nahi di gayi hai chaahe woh maal ho jise woh banawti zeenat bana kar takabbur karta phire, ya woh koi nasab ho jis ki taraf woh mansoob ho halaanki us nasal se us ka talluq hi nahi, ya ilm ke zariye jis se woh apne aap ko aarasta zahir kare halaanki woh us ka haamil nahi, ya deendaari zahir kare halaanki woh us ke laaiq hi nahi, in ke baare mein Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya ke un ke is da’we mein barkat nahi di jaayegi aur yeh us ki kamaayi ko paak nahi karegi. Aur isi jaisi ek aur Hadees hai:
    الْيَمِينُ الْفَاجِرَةُ مَنْفَقَة لِلسِّلْعَةِ مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلْكَسْبِ​
    Tarjumah: Jhooti Qasam maal to bikwa deti hai lekin kamaai ko khatm kar deti hai
    (Ikmaal ul Mu’allim: 1/391)


    Kuch log aise hain jo tehreer likhne waale ki niyyat par shak karte hain aur kehte hain ki kya aap ne apne naam ke liye tehreer likhi hai? Aap ka kaam tha logon tak Quran o Hadees ko pahunchaana is liye aap ko naam se matlab nahi hona chaahiye. Maqsad bus share karna hai lehaaza aap share karen naam ki fikr na karen.

    Aise log darhaqeeqat posts chori karne waalon ki hausla afzaayi karte hain. Hona to yeh chaahiye tha ki woh posts (tehreer) chori karne waalon ko samjhaate aur unhein bataate ki kisi ki amanat mein khayanat nahi ki jaati hai lekin woh aisa na kar ke ulta tehreer likhne waalon ki niyyat par hi shak karne lagte hain. Halaanki unhein shak to un logon ki niyyat par karna chaahiye jo kisi ki tehreer ko apne naam se ya tehreer likhne waale ka naam hata kar share karte hain kiunki agar maqsad logon ko deen pahunchaana hi hai to jis halat mein tehreer (post) mile usi halat mein use share kiya jaana chaahiye.

    Mujhe bahut afsos hota hai jab apne Salafi aur Ahl e Hadees bhaiyon ko bhi is bemaari mein mubtala dekhta hun. Woh apne aapko Salaf e Saliheen ki ittiba’ karne waala bataate hain lekin haqeeqat mein woh Salaf ki taleemaat se door nazar aate hain. Agar woh haqeeqi Salafi aur Ahl e Hadees hain aur Salaf e Saliheen ki sachchi ittiba’ karne waale hain to unko tehreer likhne waale ka naam nahi hatana chaahiye kiunki hamare Aslaaf ne hamein yahi taleem di hai. Chunanche Allama Ibn e Abdul Barr Rahimahullah likhte hain (ki Abu Umar ne kaha):
    يقال: إن من بركة العلم أن تضيف الشيء إلى قائله​
    Tarjumah: Kaha jaata hai ki ilm ki barkat mein se hai ki cheez ko uske qaail ki taraf mansoob kiya jaaye.
    (Jami’ Bayan ul Ilm Wa Fazlihi: 2/922)

    Imam Qurtubi Rahimahullah apni tafseer ke muqaddime mein likhte hain:
    وشرطي في هذا الكتاب: إضافة الأقوال الى قائليها، والأحاديث الى مصنفيها، فإنه يقال: من بركة العلم أن يضاف القول الى قائله​
    Tarjumah: Is kitaab mein meri shart yeh hai ki: Main aqwaal ko unke qaileen (kehne waalon) ki taraf mansoob karunga aur Ahadees ki unke musannifeen ki taraf. Kiunki kaha jaata hai ki qaul (baat) ko uske qaail (kehne waale) ki taraf mansoob karna ilm ki barkat mein se hai.

    Allama Nawawi Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
    (Deen naseehat aur khairkhwaahi ka naam hai) Aur naseehat mein yeh baat bhi shamil hai ki naye faide ko uske qaail ki taraf mansoob kiya jaaye, jis ne bhi aisa kiya uske ilm aur haal mein barkat hogi, aur jis ne is ko aur doosre ke kalaam ko gadmad kar ke pesh kiya taaki doosre ke kalaam mein shuba paida ho aur doosre ka kalaam bhi uska kalaam maloom ho to aise shakhs ke ilm o amal mein barkat nahi hogi. Aur ulama e kiraam ka hamesha se yeh dustoor raha hai ki woh faide ko uske qaail ki taraf hi mansoob karte rahe hain.

    Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
    ومن أراد أن ينقل مقالةً عن طائفة فليُسمِّ القائل و الناقل وإلا فكل أحد يقدر على الكذب​
    Tarjumah: Aur jo shakhs kisi jama’at ke hawaale se koi baat naqal karna chaahta hai to use qaail aur naaqil ka naam lena chaahiye warna jhoot bolne par to har ek qaadir hai.
    (Minhaj us Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah: 2/518)

    Imam Suyuti Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
    ولهذا لا تراني أذكر في شيء من تصانيفي حرفا إلا معزوا إلى قائله من العلماء، مبينا كتابه الذي ذكر فيه​
    Tarjumah: Isi liye tum mujhe dekhoge ki main apni kisi bhi tasneef mein ek harf (word) bhi likhta hun to ulama mein se jo uska qaail (kehne waala) hota hai uski taraf mansoob kar deta hun, saath saath us kitaab ki wazahat bhi kar deta hun jis mein woh qaul mazkoor hota hai.

    Maqrizi Rahimahullah farmate hain:
    Ulama ki mukhtalif uloom mein tasneef ki gayi (likhi gayi) kitaabon se agar main kuch naqal karta hun to main us kitaab ka hawala de deta hun jis se main ne naqal kiya hai taaki main bari uz zimma ho jaaun.

    Is ke alawah mu’aasireen ulama ka feham bhi yahi hai. Chunancha Zahbi e Asr Allama Mu’allimi Al-Yamani Rahimahullah farmate hain:
    Kaha jaata hai ke har woh faida jise uske kehne waale ki taraf mansoob na kiya jaaye, ghatiya hai. Aur yeh us gire huwe bachche ki tarah hai jis ka baap na-maloom ho.
    (Aasaar-ush-Shaikh Al-Allama Abdur Rehman bin Yahya Al-Mu’allimi Al-Yamani: 1/49)

    Allama Albani Rahimahullah se sawal kiya gaya ke agar koi ulama ke kalaam ko unki taraf mansoob kiye baghair naqal karta hai to kya yeh chori hai?

    Allama Rahimahullah ne jawab diya: Haan yeh chori hai aur yeh Shar’an jaaiz nahi kiunki yeh aisi baat par fakhr karna hai jo usko nahi mili. Is mein Tadlees aur dhoka hai. Aur logon ko yeh dikhaana hai ke yeh uska ilm hai.

    Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah farmate hain:
    Agar aap kisi katib ko dekhte hain ke woh kisi doosri kitaab se koi mukammal ibaarat naqal karta hai aur woh yeh zikr nahi karta ke main ne falan ki kitaab se yeh ibaarat naqal ki hai to yeh ilmi sariqa (ilmi chori) hai aur aisa karne waala shakhs hamari nazar mein chor hai.

    Shaikh Zaid Madkhali Rahimahullah se sawal kiya gaya:
    Aise shakhs ke mutalliq kya hukm hai jo doosron ki buhoos aur tehqeeqaat ko haasil kar ke us mein mamooli tabdeeli ke saath apne naam se phailaata (share karta) hai aur yeh zahir karta hai ke woh uski zaati kawish (koshish) hai saath saath yeh gumaan karta hai ke yeh ilmi sariqa (ilmi chori) nahi hai? Hum uska radd kaise karen?

    Shaikh Rahimahullah ne jawab diya:
    Haqeeqat yeh hai ke aisa karna jaaiz nahi hai. Yeh khayanat hai. Agar woh ilm phailaana chaahta hai ya us mein usko koi faida nazar aata hai to woh uske likhne waale se khat o kitabat kare (yani us se contact kare) aur us se us behas aur tehqeeq ko phailane ki ijazat talab kare. Aur usko uske likhne waale ke naam se phailaaye, apne naam se nahi. (Agar apne naam se phailaata hai) to yeh jaaiz nahi hai.

    Shaikh Mohammad bin Umar Bazmul Hafizahullah farmate hain:
    Ilm ko uske naqal karne waale ki taraf mansoob na karne se ek talib e ilm ilm ki barkat se mahroom ho jaata hai aur yeh kibr aur hasad ka baa’is hai.
    (At-Taseel Fi Talab-Ilm: 36)

    Shaikh Abdur Rehman Muhiuddin Hafizahullah se aise shakhs ke mutalliq sawal kiya gaya jo ahl e ilm ki baaton ko unki taraf mansoob kiye baghair bahut ziyadah naqal karta hai?

    To Shaikh Hafizahullah ne jawab diya ke yeh ghalati hai (aap ne yeh lafz teen baar kaha. Uske baad farmaya ke) Yeh munasib nahi hai. Balki yeh khayanat shumaar hogi. Uske liye har kalaam ko uske qaail (kehne waale) ki taraf mansoob karna zaroori hai.

    Upar zikr ki gayi tafseel ki roshni mein khulasa e kalaam yeh hai ke kisi ki tehreer, mazmoon ya tehqeeq se uska naam hata kar share karna ya usey apne naam se phailaana ya isi tarah kisi ki tehreer mein baghair uski ijazat ke kuch bhi tabdeeli karna (jaise uski website, blog ya page waghera ka link hatana) sahih nahi hai. Balki yeh logon ke huqooq ki pamaali, huqooq ul ibaad ki haqq talfi, chori, khayanat, jhoot aur dhoka hai. Lehaaza jis halat mein post aur tehreer mile usi halat mein bina kami ya izafa kiye share karna chaahiye.
