Sawal :- Makkhi ko barki jhatko ( electric shocked ) se qatl karne ka kya huqm hai ?

barqi jhatkay de kar hashrat maarney walay mashhoor o Maroof alaat jo aaj kal raaiz hain un ko istemaal karne mein koi harj nahi hai ؛ is ki kayi aik wajuhaat hain 👇

1- Shariat mein aag se kisi cheez ko maarna mana hai, jaisay ke Abu Huraira razi Allah anho ki riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ka farmaan hai

isi tarhan Rasoolullah ﷺ ne chintiyon ki aik abadi dekhi jise kuch Sahaba RZ ne aag se jala diya tha to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya 👇

beshak yeh baat bilkul bhi munasib nahi hai ke aag ke parwardigar ke ilawa koyi aur bhi aag ka azaab de .

Abu dawd ( 2675 ) ise Nawawi Rahimahullah ne Riyaz us saleheen ( 519 ) mein sahih kaha hai aur isi terhan albani ne silsila as Saheeh mein ( 487 ) mein isay sahih qarar diya hai .

1- jabki barqi jhatkay aag nahi hotay ؛ kyunki bijli ke jhatkon ke zariye kisi bhi cheez ke khale intehayee buri tarhan toot phoot ka shikaar ho jate hain aur fori taur par khoon ki ragein phatt jati hain, aur agar current ziyada quwat ( high ) mein ho to is ki wajah se maqtool ke jism ka rang tabdeel ho jata hai aur basa awqaat koyla ban jata hai aur aisa lagta hai ke jaisay usay aag se jalaya gaya ho lekin haqeeqat mein woh current se jala hota hai aag se nahi .

2- mozi hashrat ko khatam karne ke liye is alay ki ifadiyat ki bana par is ki zaroorat hai .

chunancha is baray mein muasar ahal ilm ki janib se is alay ko istemaal karne ki ijazat ka fatwa mojood hai. jaisay ki 👇

" hashrat ko bijli ke jhatkon se qatal karne ka kya hukum hai ? wazeh rahe ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne achay andaaz se qatal karne aur achay andaaz se zibah karne ka hukum diya hai. "to unhon ne jawab diya ki 👇

agar is alay se maare jane walay hashrat waqai mozi ho aur inhen khatam karne ke liye bijli ke jhatkon ya isi terhan ke deegar zaraye istemaal karne pade to aisa karna jaaiz hai neez is soorat ko zaroorat ki bana par Rasoolullah ﷺ ke is farmaan se istasna haasil ho ga jis mein kisi cheez ko maarny ke liye qabil raahat zariya istemaal karne ka hukum hai ؛ kyunki Rasoolullah ﷺ ka yeh farman aam hai 👇

( paanch janwaron ko hudood e haram ke andar aur bahar har jagah qatal kar diya jaye ga 👇


kawwa ( crock ) , gidh ( kite ) , bichhoo ( scorpions ) , chooha ( Rabbit ) aur katne wala kutta ( dogs )

" kayi aitbaar se inhen istemaal karne mein koi harj nahi hai :

pahli wajah :- bijli ke jhatkay aag nahi hotay, Albatta bijli ke jhatkon se jaan chali jati hai ؛ is ki Daleel yeh hai ke agar aap is alay par kaghaz rakhen to usay aag nahi lagti .

doosri wajah :- jis shakhs ne bhi yeh aala tayyar kiya hai is ka maqsad yeh nahi hai ke macharoon ( mosquito ) aur hashrat ko aag se azaab de, balkai is ka maqsad yeh hai ke un ki aziat se insaan mehfooz ho jaye, jabki hadees mein hai ke aag ka azaab dene se mumaniyat hai, aur is shakhs ne un ki takleef se bachney ke liye inhen mara hai .

teesri wajah :- aam taur par un hashrat ko sirf isi alay se hi khatam kiya ja sakta hai ya is ka mutabadil aisi adwiyaat hain jin ki bad bo hoti hai balkai basa-awqaat un se insani jism ko bhi nuqsaan pahunchta hai, jab ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne bani Nuzair ki khajooren jala di theen, aur yeh baat sab ko maloom hai ke khajoor ka darakht aam taur par parindon, ya hashrat ya keede makadon se khaali nahi hotae ." khatam shud

mein kehna hai ki " hum yeh samajte hain ke is mein koi harj nahi hai aur yeh aag ke zariye azaab dene ke zamre mein shaamil nahi hota ؛ kyunki hamein yeh baat maloom hui hai ke is ke zariye hashrat current lagne se mrta hai, is ki Daleel yeh hai ke agar aap kaghaz laa kar is alay par rakh den to yeh aala kaghaz ko nahi jalataa, jis se maloom hota hai ke yeh aag nahi hai, balkay current hai, jaisay ki agar koi insaan nangi taar ko haath laga de to jalay baghair mar jata hai." khatam shud
