Sawal :- Makkhi ko barqi jhatkon (electric shock) se maarne ka kya hukm hai?

Jawab :-
Alhamdulillaah
Barqi jhatke de kar hashrat (keedey) maarney waale mashhoor o maroof aalaat jo aaj kal chal rahe hain un ko istemaal karne mein koi harj nahi hai; is ki kayi wajuhaat hain:
1- Shariat mein aag se kisi cheez ko maarna mana hai, jaisa ke Abu Huraira razi Allah anho ki riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ka farmaan hai:

(Beshak aag ka azaab sirf Allah TA'ALA hi de sakta hai)

Isi tarha Rasoolullah ﷺ ne cheentiyon ki aik aabadi dekhi jise kuch Sahaba ne aag se jala diya tha to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:
Beshak yeh baat bilkul bhi munasib nahi hai ke aag ke parwardigar ke ilawa koyi aur bhi aag ka azaab de.
Abu Dawood (2675). Ise Nawawi Rahimahullah ne Riyaz us saleheen (519) mein sahih kaha hai aur isi tarha Albani ne Silsila as Saheeha mein (487) mein ise sahih qarar diya hai.

Jab ki barqi jhatke aag nahi hote; kiunki bijli ke jhatkon ke zariye kisi bhi cheez ke khalye (cells) intehaayi buri tarha toot phoot ka shikaar ho jaate hain aur fauri taur par khoon ki ragein phatt jaati hain, aur agar current ziyada quwwat mein ho to us ki wajah se marne waale ke jism ka rang tabdeel ho jaata hai aur kayi baar koyla ban jaata hai aur aisa lagta hai ke jaise usay aag se jalaya gaya ho lekin haqeeqat mein woh current se jala hota hai aag se nahi.

2- Mozi (takleef dene waale) hashrat (keedey) ko khatam karne ke liye is aale (instrument) ke faide ki wajah se is ki zaroorat hai.

Chunancha is baare mein maujoodah zamaane ke ahl e ilm ki janib se is aale ko istemaal karne ki ijazat ka fatwa maujood hai. Jaisa ki:
Daimi fatwa committee ke ulama e kiraam se poocha gaya:
“Hashrat ko bijli ke jhatkon se maarne ka kya hukm hai? Wazeh rahe ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne achche andaaz se qatal karne aur achche andaaz se zibah karne ka hukm diya hai.”
To unhon ne jawab diya ki:
Agar is aale se maare jaane waale hashrat waqai mozi hon aur unhein khatam karne ke liye bijli ke jhatkon ya isi tarha ke deegar zaraaye aur wasaail istemaal karne pade to aisa karna jaaiz hai neez is soorat ko zaroorat ki bina par Rasoolullah ﷺ ke us farmaan se alag kiya jaayega jis mein kisi cheez ko maarne ke liye qabil e raahat zariya istemaal karne ka hukum hai; kiunki Rasoolullah ﷺ ka yeh farman aam hai:
Paanch janwaron ko hudood e haram ke andar aur bahar har jagah qatal kar diya jaaayega:

Kawwa (crow), gidh (vulture), bichhoo (scorpion), chooha rat aur kaatne waala kutta (dog)

Neez Rasoolullah ﷺ makhkhi ko dubo kar nikaalne ka hukm diya hai aur yeh mumkin hai ke makhi dubone se mar jaaye.
“Fatawa Al-Lajnah Ad-Daimah” (26/192)

Isi tarha Sheikh Ibn e Uthaymeen Rahimahullah ka in aalaat ke mutaliq “Fatawa Noor Ala Ad-Darb: Haiwanaat: Page 2 mein kehna hai ki:
“Kayi aitebaar se inhein istemaal karne mein koi harj nahi hai:
Pehli wajah :- Bijli ke jhatke aag nahi hote, albatta bijli ke jhatkon se jaan chali jaati hai; is ki Daleel yeh hai ke agar aap is aale par kaghaz rakhen to usay aag nahi lagti.

Doosri wajah :- Jis shakhs ne bhi yeh aala tayyar kiya hai us ka maqsad yeh nahi hai ke machharon (mosquitoes) aur hashrat (insects) ko aag se azaab de, balki us ka maqsad yeh hai ke un ki takleef se insaan mehfooz ho jaaye, jabki hadees mein hai ke aag ka azaab dene se mana kiya gaya hai, aur is shakhs ne un ki takleef se bachne ke liye inhein maara hai.

Teesri wajah :- Aam taur par un keedon ko sirf usi aale se hi khatam kiya ja sakta hai ya us ka mutabadil aisi dawaayen (medicines) hain jin ko badbo hoti hai balki kayi baar un se insani jism ko bhi nuqsaan pahunchta hai, jab ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Bani Nazeer ki khujooren jala di thien, aur yeh baat sab ko maloom hai ke khujoor ka darakht aam taur par parindon, ya hashrat ya keede makodon se khaali nahi hote.” Baat khatam.

Neez Ibn e Uthaymeen Rahimahullah ka “
Liqa'aat Al-Baab Al-Maftooh” (No: 59/ Sawal No: 12) mein kehna hai ki “hum yeh samajhte hain ke is mein koi harj nahi hai aur yeh aag ke zariye azaab dene ke zumre (category) mein shaamil nahi hota; kiunki hamein yeh baat maloom hui hai ke is ke zariye hashrat current lagne se marte hain, is ki Daleel yeh hai ke agar aap kaghaz laa kar is aale (badminton) par rakh den to yeh aala kaghaz ko nahi jalata, jis se maloom hota hai ke yeh aag nahi hai, balki current hai, jaise ki agar koi insaan nangi taar ko haath laga de to jalay baghair mar jaata hai.” Baat khatam.
