❐RISHWAT LENA AUR DENA:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم​

Logon ke darmiyaan sach ko jhoot mein badalne, kisi ka haq ghasb karney (yane kisi ka haq maarna) yaa baatil ko naafiz wa rayej karney ke liye qaazi yaa haakim ko rishwat dena bahut bada jurm hai, kyunke iss ka anjaam faisley mein zulm, haqdaar par ziyadaati, doosron ko nuqsaan aur fasaad wa bigaad phaylaaney ki shakal mein saamne aata hai, Allahﷻ ka irshaad hai:
◈وَلاَ تَأْكُلُواْ أَمْوَالَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُواْ بِهَا إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُواْ فَرِيقاً مِّنْ أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالإِثْمِ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ۝​
"Aur ek doosrey ka maal naa haq naa khaao aur na uss ko (rishwatan) haakimon ke pass pohonchaao taa ke logon ke maal ka kuch hissa naajayez taur par khaa jaao aur (isey) tum jaante bhi ho".

Hazrat Abu Hurairah(Razi Allahu ta'ala 'anhu) se marwi ek marfoo' hadees mein irshaad Nabawi hai:
◄لعنة الله على الراشي والمرتشي في الحكم​
"Apney haq mein faisla karwaaney ke liye rishwat dene aur rishwat lene waaley par Allahﷻ ne la'nat farmaayi hai."

Lekin agar yeh apney jayez haq tak pohonchney ke liye yaa koi zulm wa pareshaani door karney ke liye ho jis mein rishwat ke ilaawah koi raasta wa chaara hi naa raha ho toh woh majboori hai aur aisa shakhs wa'eed wa dhamki mein shaamil nahin hai.

Hamaarey daur mein rishwat khule 'aam phail gayi hai hatta ke ba'z mulaazmeen ki rishwat se haasil hone waali aamdani unki asal tankhwah se badh kar hai, balke rishwat bahut si companies mein mukhtalif naamon se unkey budget ka band(mad,daf'aa article) ban chuki hai, aur bahut se mu'amley aisey ho gaye hain ke iss ke baghair naa shuru hotey hai aur naa hi khatam. Aur issey ghareebon ko bahut badaa nuqsaan hota hai, aur iss ki wajah se bahut si zimmedariyan aur 'ehed kharaab ho chukey hain, aur yeh mulaazmeen wa kaarkanon ke liye fasaad wa bigaad ka sabab bangayi hai. Acchi service (mulaazimat) sirf usey di jaati hai jo rishwat de, aur jo shakhs rishwat naa dey toh uss ke liye kaarwaahi buri yaa kharaab hoti hai warna laaparwaahi kar ke uss ka kaam late kardiya jaata hai, aur rishwat dene waale jo uss ke ba'd aaye they woh uss se 'arsa qabl faarigh ho chukey hote hain, aur rishwat ki wajah se bahut se paisey jo munafe' ki shakal mein maalikon ke hotey hain magar khareed o farookht ke masooleen (sawaal karney waaley) ki jeybon mein jama' ho jaate hain, iss liye aur iss ke 'ilaawah aisey hi deegar asbaab ke pesh e nazar iss baat par ta'jub nahin karna chahiye ke Nabiﷺ ne iss jurm ka irtekaab karne aur iss mein shareek hone waalon ke liye Allahﷻki rehmat se door hone ki bad du'a farmaayi hai ke woh la'nat e ilaahi ke mustahiq teherein, Hazrath Abdullah bin 'Amr(Razi Allahu 'anhuma) kehtey hain ke Nabi ﷺ ka irshaad hai:
◄لعنة الله على الراشي والمرتشي.​
"Rishwat dene waaley aur rishwat lene waaley par Allahﷻ ki la'nat hai." ❲Sunan Ibne Majah 2313, Sahih ul jaame'; 5114❳
