• TAMAAM HAMD O SONA RABB AL ALAMEEN KE LIYE HAI AUR SALAT O WASSALAM HO SAYYIDINA MUHAMMAD RASULALLAH IMAAM AL MURSALEEN WA QAATIM AMBIYA SALLALLAHU ALAI WASALLAM PAR. ALLAH RAAZI TAMAM SAHABA KIRAAM RAZIALLAHU AJMA’EEN SE AUR USKE RAHMATE HO TAMAAM SAHEEH AL AQEEDAH TABA’EEN, TABA TABA’EEN AUR SALAF SALIHEEN PAR. AMMA’BAAD : Shariat Islam me yeh Bidaat aur Ahle bidat ke Muzammat me bahuth se dalail hai.

Maslan :

• 1). Irshaad e Baari Taala hai :“ Aur usdin kuch chahre Kaale Siyaah honge “ [ Surah Al Imraan # 102 ].

• Iski Tashreeh me Nabi E kareem Salallalhu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya : “ Wo Khawarij hai “ [ Musnad Ahmad # 5/262 – Sanad Saheeh ]

• 2) Rasulallah Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaay : “ Aur Har Bidaat Gumrahi hai “ [ Sahih Al Muslim # 867 : Darussalam 2005 ]

• Sayyidina Abdullah Bin Umar Raziallahu Anhu ne Farmaya : “ Har Bidaat Gumhari hai agarche [baaz] log usey accha samajte ho “ [ Al Sunnah Al Maraij # 70 – Sanad Saheeh ]

• 3) Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ki ek Aur Mashoor Mutawaatir Khulaasa yeh hai ke “ Aap Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ki Ummat me [72] firqe hojaayenge jine sirf ek Firqa jannat hoga aur baaki sab jahannum me jayenge.

• 4) Rasullallah Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya : “ Jisne kisi Bidaati ki Izzat Wa Takreem ki tho usne Islam ko Gharaaneme Madad ki. “ 5) Sayyidina Abdullah bin Umar Raziallahu Anhu ne un mubtareen se Bidaat ka Elaan farmaya jinhone Taqdeer ka Inkaar kiya. [Sahih Al Muslim # 93 ]

• Aap Raziallahu anhu ne ek Bidaati Shaks ke Salaam ka jawab nahi diya tha. [ Sunan At Tirmizi # 2152 ; Hasa Saheeh ]

• 6) Sayyidina Abdullah bin Masood Raziallah Anhu ne Bidaati ko Masjid se Nikaal diya tha. [ Sunan Ad Daarimi # 210 – Sanad Saheeh ]

• 7) Mash’hoor Taba’ee Siqah Al Jamah Abu Khalabi Al Hajrami Al Shaami Rahmatullah ne farmaya : “ Beshak Bidaati log Gumrah hai aur mai Samajta hu ke wo Dozaq me hi jaayenge “ [ Sunan Ad-Daarimi 101 – Sanad Saheeh ]

• 8) Siqah Tabai Imaam Abu Idris Al Khaulaani Rahmatullah Alai ne Farmaya “ Agar mai dekhu ke Masjid me aag lagi huwi hai jisey mai bujaa nahi sakta. Tho yeh cheez mere nazdeek isse bahtar hai ke mai masjid me koi Bidaat dekhu jise Mitaa na saku. [Al Sunna Al Marwazi : 88 – Wa Sanad Hasan ; Doosra Nuskha # 99 ]

• 9) Sagheera Tabai Ibrahim bin Yazeed Al Kufi Rahmatullah Alai Muhammad bin Saabit se Farmate hai k : “ Jabtak tu apne is Rayy par hai tho hamare Khareeb bhi na aana “” [ An Nazar Musnad Ali bin al Jayid 430/1 Hadeeth # 663; Wal Nasqat Al Saaniya 644 ]

• 10) Ek Shaks Bidaati tha fir usne apne Rayy se Ruju karliya. Jab Imaam Ayyub ne Imaam Mohammad Ibn Sireen ko bataya tho unhone farmaya :“ Dekho wo kidar jata hai ? kyunki [ Ahle Bidat ke khilaaf ] hadees ke aakhri alfaaz bahuth saqt hai. Wo Islam me nikal jaayega fir isme wapis nahi aayega “ [Al Ba’di Wa Al Na’hai Anh’aa 147 – Wa Sanad Saheeh/ Hasan Lizaatihi ]

*Bidaat ke 2 bade Khisme hai : *

• 1). Bidaat e Saqheera : Maslan [ Sayyidina Ali Raziallahu Anhu ko Sayyidina Usman Raziallahu Anhu se Afzal samajna ] 2). Bidaat e Kabeerah : Maslan : Munkareen e Taqdeer, Jahmi, Raafzi, Mutazali aur Munkareen e Hadees wagairah isey Bidaat e Magfaru’ bhi kahte hai. [ Dekhiye : Meezan al Ittedal 2/1, Doosra Nuskha : 1/118 ; Ikhtesaal al Uloom al hadees La ibn Kaseer, Safa # 83, 23; Fatah ul Baari # 10/466;Badi Al Saari, Safa # 385, 459 ]

• Doosri Kism ke baareme Sahih Tahqeeq yeh hai ke is kism wali bidaati ke peeche Namaz nahi hothi. Ek Shaks ne Khible ke taraf Thuka tha tho Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne usey Imaamat se Hatadiya aur farmaya : “ Yeh Tumhe Namaz na padaye “. [ Sunan Abu Dawud : 471 – Wa Sanad Hasan; Sahih Ibn Hibbaan # 334]

• Jab ek Khata par Imaamat se hatadiya gaya hai tho maalum huwa ke Ghaali bidaati ke peeche namaz nahi padna chahiye. Is Sil sileme Salaf us Saliheen aur Saheeh Ul Aqeedah Ulaama ke 30 hawaale Pesh e Khidmat hai.

• 1). Imaam Maalik Rahmatullah Alai ne Farmaya : “ [ Qaadriyah ] Munkireen e Taqdeer ke peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye “ [ Al Kifaayah Al Khateeb, Safa # 124 – Sanad Saheeh ]

• 2) Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahmatullah alai se poocha gaya ke “ Jise yeh darr ho ke wo Aise Shaks ke peeche namaz padta hai jisey wo nahi jaanta ? Tho Unhone faramaya : “ Namaz padlen, Fir jab usey maalum hojaaye ke wo [Imaam] bidaati tha tho wo Namaz dubaara paddle” [ Masail Saleh bin Ahmad bin Hanbal 25/2, 562 ]

• Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal ne farmaya : “ Quraan Maqlood kahne waale ke peeche namaz nahi pada jaaye “ [ Masail Ahmad bin Hanbal Ravaayat Ibn Hani ; 1/20 , 295 ] Is Tarah ke Mazeed Aqwaal k liye dekhiye : Al Sunnah Al Abdullah bin Ahmad [4], Sharh Mazaahib Ahle Sunnah Laa bin Shaheen [20], Seerat Al Imaam Ahmad Al Saaleh bin ahmad 1/68, Masail Ibn Haani 296, 309, Al Sunnah al Khilaal 137, 785 aur Taariq Al Islam Al Zahabi 18/84 wagairah.

• 3) Siqah Imaam Salaam bin Abi Matia Al Basri Rahmatullah Alai ne farmaya :“ Jahmi ke peeche namaz na padi jaaye “ [ Masail e Ahmad Rivayat Abu Dawud, Safa # 267 – Wa Sanad Saheeh, Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad : 9 ] 4) Siqah Imaam Waki Rahmatullah Alai [ Mutawaffi # 197 H ] ne farmaya : “ Jahmi ke peeche namaz nahi padi jaaye “ [ Al Sunnah Al Abdullah bin Ahmad # 33 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 5) Siqah Imaam Yazeed bin Haroom Rahmatullah Alai [ Mutawaffi 206 H ] ne farmaya ke Jahmi ke peeche namaz na padi jaaye. Unse Murjiah ke peeche namaz padne ke baareme poochayga ahto aapne farmaya : “ Beshq wo Khabees hai “ [ Al Sunnah : 55 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 6) Imaam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alai ne farmaya : “ Muje koi Parwah nahi ke mai Jahmi ya Rafzi ke peeche namaz padu Ya Yahood wa Nasara ke peeche namaz padu “ [ Khalk Afwaal Al Abaad, Safa # 22 ] Malum huwa ke Imaam Bukhari Rahmatullah ke nazdeek Jahmi aur Raafzi ke peeche namaz nahi hothi Jis tarah ke Yahood wa nasaara ke peeche namaz nahi hothi.

• 7) Ek Aadmi ne Imaam Sufiyan suri Rahmatullah alai ko poocha ke : “ Mere ghar ke darwaaze par [ Bilkul kareeb Saamne ] ek Masjid hai jiska Imaam sahab Bidaati hai. Unohne farmaay : “ Tu uske peeche namaz na pad. Usne kaha : “ Baarish waali raat bhi hothi hai aur mai Boodha aadmi hu. Unhone faramaya : “ Tu uske peeche namaz na pad “ [ Haaliyat al Auwliya 7/28 – Wa Sanad Hasan ]

• 8) Imaam Abu Zumarah Anas bin Ayyaz al Madani Rahmatullah Alai [ Mutawaffi 200 H ] ne farmaya : “ Jahmi ke peeche namaz na pado “[ Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad, Safa # 72 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 9) Siqah Aabid Zuhri bin Naeem Albani Rahmatullah alai ne farmaya : “ Agar tumhe Yakeen hojaaye ke wo Imaam [ Jahmi ] hai tho namaz dobaara pado, Chaahe Jahmi ho ya doosra koi Namazi ho. [ Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad, Safa # 1/73 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 10) Imaam Abu Obaid Al Khasim bin Salaam Rahmatulalh Alai ke nazdeek bidaati ke peeche padi huwi namaz dobaara padni chahiye. [ Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad, 76 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 11) Jab Quraan e Majeed ko Maqlooq kaha jaane laga tho fir Imaam Yahya bin Ma’een apni Namaz e Jumah dubaara padte the “ [ Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad, 76 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 12) Siqah Imaam Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Younus ne farmaya : “ jo shaks Quraan ko Makhlookh kahe tho uske peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye “ [ Masaail Abu Dawud :: 267 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 13) Imaam Abu Al Hasan Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Saabit bin Usmaan Al Ghazaayi al marwazi Rahmatullah alai ne kalaami baari Taala Ya ALLAH ke Ilm ko Maqlooq kahne waale ke bareme farmaya :“ Na uska Janaza pada jaaya aur na uske peeche namaz padi jaaye “ [ Al Sunnah Abdullah bin Ahmad, 179 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 14) Imaam Abu Jafar Muhammad Ali bin Al Husain Al Baaqir Rahmatullah alai ne Munkireen e Taqdeer ke baareme Farmaya : “ Iske peeche namaz na pado……..jisne aise logonke peeche namaz padi tho usey apni namaz dobaara padni chahiye “ [ Al Shariah lil Jaraa # 224, Hadees 495 – Sanad Hasan ]

• 15) Imaam Lais bin saeed Al masri ne Munkir e Taqdeer ke baareme Farmaya : “ Wo Uska Mustahaq nahi ke uski Bimaari Pursi ki jaaye. Uske janaze me Haazri ko napasand kiya jaata hai aur uski Dawat ko Khubul nahi kiyaa jaata. [ Al Shariah lil Jaraa # 227, Hadees 509 – wa Sanad Hasan ]

• 16) Imaam Abu backr Muhammad bin Al Hasain Rahmatullah alai [ Mutawaffi # 360 H ] ne Khawarij, Qaadiriyah, Murjiah, Jahmi, Mutazila Tamaam Raafzi aur Tamaam Nawasib aur Gumrah Mubtareen [ ka Aqeedah Rakhne waale ] ke baareme farmate hai ke : “ isey Salam nahi kahna chahiye aur uske peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye. “ [ Al Shariah tabah Muhaqqiq, Safa # 960 Qabl Hadees # 2039 ]

• 17) Imaam Al Sunnah Ismail bin Muhammad al fazl Al Asbahaani Rahimatullah alai [ Mutawaffi # 535 H ] ne farmaya : “ Aur Ashaab e Hadees ke Rayy me Ahle Bidaat ke peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye taake Awaam isey dekh kar kharab na hojaaye “ [ al hujjah fi bayan al muhujjah wa sharah aqeedah ahle sunnah 2/508 ]

• 18) Abu Isaaq Ibraahim bin Al Haaris bin Mus’ab Al Abaadi Rahmatullah alai [ Imaam Ahmad ke nazdeek Pasandeedah ] ne farmaya : “ Agar wo Ahle Bidaat me se ho tho usey Salam na kiya jaaye uske peeche namaz na pada jaaye aur na uska Janaza pada jaaye “ [ Al Sunnah lil Khilaal 947 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ]

• 19) Jo Shaks Sifaate Baari Taala ka Iqraar na kare tho uske Baareme Imaam Abu Al Abbas Muhammad Isaaq bin Ibraahim Al Siraah Al Sakhfi Rahmatullah lai [ Mutawaffi 313 H ] ne farmaya : “ uska Janaza na pada jaaye “ [ Al Uloo Al Alil al Ghaffaar Tasneef Al Hafiz Zahabi, Safa # 156 ; Nuskhah Muhaqqiq 1231/2, Faqrah # 492 – Wa Sanad Saheeh, Mukhtasar Uloo al alee al Ghaffaar ; Safa # 232, Faqrah 282 ; ]

• 20) Shaikh Abdur Qaadir Jilaani Rahmatullah Alai [ Mutawaffi # 561 H ] ne Quran ko Maqlooq ya Lafzi Ba Al quran Maqlooq kahne waale Bidaati ke baareme farmaya :“ Aur iske peeche Namaz nahi padni chahiye “

• Ghuniya Al Talibain Tarjumah : Mahboob Ahmad 1/104 ] Iske alawa aur bhi bahut se Hawale hai masalan Imaam Zaahira bin Khudaama al sakhfi Rahmatullah alai [ Mutawaffi : 160 H ] kisi Munkare Taqdeer aur kisi Bidaati ko Malum hojaane ke baad hadees nahi padate the. [ Al Jamia La aqlaaq Al Ravi Wa Aadaab Al Saami 1/331; Hadees 750 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ] Imaam Ibn Khuzaimah Rahmatullah Alai ne Farmaya : “ Jo shaks Quran ko maqlooq kahe tho uska Janaza nahi padna chahiye aur musalmanonke Qabristaan me Dafan nahi karna chahiye “ [ Aqeedah As-sahaab al Hadees Al Sabooni : 7 – Wa Sanad Saheeh ] AB ASR HAAZIR KE AHLE HADEES ULAMA KE HAWALE PESH E KHIDMAT HAI :

• 21) Ustaaz e Mohtaram shaikh Badi' ud-Din Shah al-Rashidi rahmatullah Alai ke nazdeek bidaati ke peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye. Dekhiye unki kitaab [ Imaam Sahih ul Aqeedah hona chahiye ].

• 22) Hafiz Abdullah Bahawalpuri bhi Ghair Ahle Hadees ke peeche Namaz padne ke khayal nahi the, Dekhiye unki ktiaab “ AHLE HADEES KI NAMAZ GHAIR AHLE HADEES KE PEECHE “. [ Rasail e Bahawalpuri, Safa # 591, - 622 ]

• 23) Shaikh Saaleh Bin Fauzaan se poocha gaya ke “ Kya aise Imaam ke peeche Namaz padna jayaz hai Jiska yeh Aqidah ho ke Allah Har jagah Maujood hai ?? Tho Unhone Jawab diya : “ Isey Naseehat ki jaaye hosakta ho ke wo Taubah karle, agar wo Taubah karliya tho uskey Peeche namaz padni chahiye aur agar wo Taubah na kare aur Ddata rahe tho uskey peeche namaz nahi padni chahiye kyunki yeh Jahmi aur Hulooli [ Firqonka ] aqeedah hai aur yeh ALLAH ke saath Kufr hai. “ [ Aqeedah Al Haaj fi Zau’aa al kitaab wa al Sunnah, Safa # 33 ] 24) Saudi Shaikh Abdul Azeez bin Abdullah Al Raajih ne faramaya : “ Agar Bidaati Ya Faasiq Kufr Akbar yaa Shirk Akbar ki Taraf le jaate ho tho [Uske peeche] namaz sahih nahi hai aur agar Padliye tho Aadah waajib hai.

• Unhone farmaya : “ Bidaati Makfoorah waale ke peeche Namaz ke Sahih na hone par Musalmaanonka Ijma hai. [ Sharh Risaalah Kitaab al Imaan 1/253 – Shamela ]

• 25) Jaamia Islam me Saadiq Aabaad ke Mohtamam aur Shaikh al Hadees aur Usool ke Imaam aur Mashoor Salafi Aalim Haafiz Sanaullah Zehri Hafizullah ke nazdeek bhi Ahle Bidaat ke peeche Namaz nahi hothi.

• 26) Abu Al Hasan Mubashir Ahmad Rabbani Saheb ka bhi yahi Mauquf hai. [ Dekhiye Apke Masail aur unka Hal Jild # 1, Safa # 151 ]

• Akir me arz yeh hai ke Barelviyon aur Deobandiyon ka Hanafi aur Sahih ul Aqeedah hona saabit nahi balke yeh log Maturudi, Jahmi Wajoodi Sufi aur Ghaali Bidaati hai.

• Namaz e Jumah ke Haalath me Fauth hojaane wale hafiz Muhammad Khasim Khwajah Abdul Aziz Rahamtullah Alai [ Mutawaffi # 1998 ] ne farmaya :

• “ Saabit huwa ke Deobandi aur Barelvi Usool me dono ek hai. Inki Ladai Apas me Shareekonki Ladai hai. “ [ Markae Haq wa Batil, Safa # 7 ]

• Is sil sileme baaz Ahle hadees Ulama Hafiz Abdullah, Mashoor Munazara Shaikh Sana Ullah Amrut Sari, Shaikh Abdul Gaffar Hasan Rahmatullah alai aur Haafiz Abu Muhammad Abdul Sattar al Hammaad [ Fatawa As-Sahaba Al Hadees 2/115 ] wagairah Anhum ke fatwaa Zaat khaziya ke Mazkoorah se Urm e ilm aur Shaaz ke Hukm me hai. Deobandiyonke “ Haakim al Ummat “ Thanvi sahab ne Ahle Hadees ko “ Ahl e Hadees “ ke napasandida laqab se Malqab karke fatwa jaari kiya.

• “ Ahl e Hadees Bahuth tarah ke hai Baaz aise hai unke peeche namaz padna Khilaaf Ahtiyaat ya Makruh ya Baatil hai, Kyunki Pairon Haal Maalum hona Fi Al faur Mushkil hai isliye Ahtiyaat yahi hai ke unke peeche namaz na padi jaaye “

• Ahle Hadees ko chahiye ke wo sirf Sahih ul Aqeedah Imaam ke peeche Namaz pade aur apni namazonko Faasir, Ghair Makhloob aur baatil honese bachaaye.

• Ghaali Ahle Bidaat se Bughz rakhna Imaan ki nishaani hai aur unke peeche namaz padna uskey Munaafi hai. Nez Arz hai ke Agar Ghaali Mubtareen aur Zaalin mazloon ke peeche namaz hojaati hai tho fir Ahle Hadeesonko apni Alaidah masjide’n banane ki kya Zaroorat hai ?? Subhan ALLAH.
