Hazrat ’Ali Ya Maula ’Ali (Radhi Allahu Anhu)?

Mirza saheb se ilmi aur tehqeeqi majlis number 10 mein ek sawaal kiya gaya ke Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ka ek naya clip aaya hai jis mein unhon ne farmaaya hai ke “Maula ’Ali kehna chaahiye, Hazrat ’Ali nahi kehna chaahiye” to Mirza saheb ne us ka jawab diya ke “Is mu’aamle mein Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne jitni bhi baatein ki hain woh bilkul theek hain.”

Aaiye Hum aap ko bataate hain ke Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne kaun kaun si baatein ki hain aur woh kaise durust ho sakti hain? Maulana Tariq jameel saheb ne kaha ke “Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke hawaale se Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne jo farmaaya:
مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلاَهُ​
“Jis ka main maula hun us ka ’Ali bhi maula hai.”
(Sunan Tirmizi: 3713)
Kehte hain ke yeh Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki khusoosiyat hai, Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein to nahi farmaaya ke jis ka main maula hun Abu Bakr bhi us ke maula hain, maula ’Ali kehna chaahiye kiunki yeh Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki khusoosiyat hai.”
To sab se pehli baat yeh ki yeh bilkul aam feham baat yeh hai ke Maulana saheb ki kitni badi khata hai. Agar sirf aql se hi thoda sa kaam liya jaata to yahi Hadees unhein bata deti ke un ka mauqif bilkul ghalat hai ke Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ko “Maula ’Ali kehna chaahiye, Hazrat ’Ali nahi kehna chaahiye” to pehle hum Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb se poochhte hain aur phir Mirza saheb se ke aap ne yeh jo maan liya ke yeh Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki khusoosiyat hai to yeh khusoosiyat kaise hui janab? Is Hadees ka pehla tukda hai:
مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ​
“Jis ka main (Muhammed ﷺ) maula hun.”
Is tukde ko thukra diya aur is par amal nahi kiya, agar Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ko maula kehne ka matlab yeh hai ke yeh un ki khusoosiyat hai aur un ke naam ke saath yahi lafz bolna chaahiye to phir Rasool-e-Akram ﷺ ke saath yeh lafz bil-awla bolna chaahiye aur Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se pehle yeh to Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khusoosiyat hui kiunki Aap to farma rahe hain ke “Jis ka main maula hun” matlab yeh hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ bhi maula hain aur Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu bhi mominon ke maula hain. To is ka matlab yeh huwa ke Tariq Jameel saheb ko Hazrat Muhammed ﷺ nahi kehna chaahiye balki Maula Muhammed ﷺ kehna chaahiye aur yeh kehna chaahiye ke Maula sirf Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki khusoosiyat nahi hai balki yeh to Rasoolullah ﷺ ki bhi khusoosiyat hai. Dono ke saath maula ka lafz bolna chaahiye.
Doosri baat yeh hai ke Sahih Bukhari ki Hadees (2699) mein Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu, Sayyiduna Ja’far Radhiallahu Anhu aur Sayyiduna Zaid Radhiallahu Anhu teeno ke baare mein Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne kuch farmaaya hai; Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein farmaaya;
أنْتَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْكَ​
“Aap mujh se hain aur main aap se hun.” (Mohabbat aur qarabat daari ka yeh izhaar farmaaya)

Sayyiduna Ja’far Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein farmaaya;
أَشْبَهْتَ خَلْقِي وَخُلُقِ​
“Aap shakl-o-soorat aur akhlaaq mein mere mushabeh hain.”

Sayyiduna Zaid Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein farmaaya;
أَنْتَ أَخُونَا وَمَوْلاَنَا​
“Aap hamaare bhai aur hamaare maula hain.”

To maula ka lafz Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Sayyiduna Zaid bin Harisah Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein bhi farmaaya to phir kya khayaal hai ke yeh list thodi si lambi nahi kar leni chaahiye ki yeh maula ka lafz Rasool-e-Akram ﷺ ke saath bhi khaas hai, Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke saath bhi khaas hai aur Sayyiduna Zaid bin Harisah Radhiallahu Anhu ke saath bhi maula ka lafz khaas hai. Kya Ulama e Deoband mein se Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ko hi yeh Hadees samajh aayi hai ke “Maula ’Ali kehna chaahiye, Hazrat ’Ali nahi kehna chaahiye aur yeh Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki hi khusoosiyat hai?” Ahl e Sunnat mein se kisi ne kaha hai ke yeh Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki khusoosiyat hai? To yeh Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ki ek ilmi ghalati hai.
Engineer saheb kehte hain ke “Is mu’aamle mein Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne jitni bhi baatein ki hain woh bilkul theek hain.“
Halaanki Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne maula ka jo matlab liya hai woh bhi ghalat hai, kehte hain ke yahan maula ka matlab “dost” ya “dili mehboob” nahi hai balki is ka matlab “Aaqa aur sardaar“ hai aur yeh woh matlab hai jo Rawafiz lete hain aur is se Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ko Khalifa bila fasl (Nabi ﷺ ke baad khilaafat ka pehla haqdaar) saabit karne ki koshish karte hain aur Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb bade khule alfaaz mein kehte hain ke:
“Shia jo maula ’Ali kehte hain woh sahih kehte hain.”
Sab ko ma’loom hai ke shia to Khalifa bila fasl samajh kar maula ’Ali keh rahe hote hain to Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb aur Mirza saheb se yeh sawaal hai ke woh sahih kaise ho gaye? Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne yeh matlab hi bilkul ghalat liya hai aur Salaf-e-Saliheen maula ka jo matlab lete rahe hain us ke mutalliq Maulana saheb kehte hain ke yeh matlab to hai hi nahi. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raa’jioon.
Imaam e lughat, Imam Ibn e Aseer Rahimahullah (An-Nihayah Fi ghareeb Al-Hadees Wal-Asar: 5/229) mein farmaate hain ke;
وَقَدْ تَكَرَّرَ ذِكْرُ «المَوْلَى» فِي الْحَدِيثِ، وَهُوَ اسْمٌ يقَع عَلَى جَماعةٍ كَثيِرَة، فَهُوَ الرَّبُّ، والمَالكُ، والسَّيِّد، والمُنْعِم، والمُعْتِقُ، والنَّاصر، والمُحِبّ، والتَّابِع، والجارُ، وابنُ العَمّ، والحَلِيفُ، والعَقيد، والصِّهْر، والعبْد، والمُعْتَقُ، والمُنْعَم عَلَيه​
“Hadees mein maula ka lafz bahut baar aaya hai aur yeh lafz bahut saare ma’ani mein iste’maal kiya jaata hai, misaal ke taur par; Maula ka matlab Rabb, Malik, Sardaar, kisi par ehsaan karne waala, kisi ghulam ko aazad karne waala, kisi ki madad karne waala, mohabbat karne waala farmanbardaari karne waala, chacha ka beta, jis se mu’aahadah ho aur isi tarah rishtedaaron, ghulam aur jis par koi ehsaan kiya jaaye us ko bhi Maula kehte hain.”
والمُوَالاةُ مِن وَالَى القَوْمَ
وَمِنْهُ الْحَدِيثُ «مَن كُنْتُ مَوْلاه فَعَليٌّ مَوْلاه» يُحْمَل عَلَى أكْثر الأسْمَاء المذْكورة​
Maula ka lafz “Al-Muwalaah” se mushtaq hai to us ka matlab hota hai kisi qaum se mohabbat rakhna aur yeh matlab is Hadees mein hai;
مَن كُنْتُ مَوْلاه فَعَليٌّ مَوْلاه​
“Yani jis ka main mehboob hun us ke dili mehboob Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu bhi hone chaahiye.”
Yeh tha asal matlab jis ka Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb ne inkaar kar diya.

Imam Baihaqi Rahimahullah (Al-Aiteqaad: 1/354) mein likhte hain;
فَأَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَذْكُرَ اخْتِصَاصَهُ بِهِ وَمَحبَّتَهُ إِيَّاهُ وَيَحُثُّهُمْ بِذَلِكَ عَلَى مَحَبَّتِهِ وَمُوَالِاتِهِ وَتَرْكِ مُعَادَاتِهِ​
“Nabi ﷺ ki muraad yeh thi ke Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ka apne saath khusoosi talluq aur apni mohabbat Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke saath jo thi woh zikr karte aur logon ko bhi targheeb dete ke woh bhi Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se mohabbat rakhen. To Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya;
مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ​
Is ke aage alfaaz hain ke;
اللَّهُمْ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاهُ وَعَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ​
“Aye Allah! Jo ’Ali se mohabbat rakhe tu us se bhi mohabbat rakh aur jo ’Ali se nafrat rakhe tu us se nafrat kar.” (Musnad Ahmed: 950)
Woh farmaate hain ke is Hadees mein yahi matlab bayan kiya gaya hai ke jis ko mujh se mohabbat hai us ko Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se bhi mohabbat honi chaahiye aur yahi matlab doosri Hadees mein in alfaaz ke saath aaya hai; (Yahan is ki sanad par behas nahi hai)
لَا يُحِبُّنِي إِلَامُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يُبْغِضُنِي إِلَّا مُنَافِقٌ​
“Mujh se mohabbat nahi rakhega magar momin, mujh se nafrat nahi rakhega magar munafiq.”
(Sahih Muslim: 78)

Yeh thi asal baat ke Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb jo kehte hain ke dost aur mehboob waala matlab durust nahi hai, hum ne Salaf-e-Saliheen aur Hadees se yeh saabit kar diya ke yahan Maula ka matlab “Aaqa aur sardaar” nahi hai balki us ka matlab “dost” aur “mehboob” hai.
