Ek homeopathy medicine k barey me tahqeeq kr rhe they confusion ye hai ki

1) homeopathy k sabhi medicine me alcohol hota hai toh kya ye zayaj hai lena ?

2) koi medicine jisme frog(mendhak) k brain se bana ho ya aisi janwar wagerah se bana ho jo islam me allow na ho aur jo janwar allow ho lekin uske halal(jabah krne) ka ilm na ho toh uspe kya hukm hai.

Ispe confusion hai , thoda wazahat kardey.

Homeopathy Mein Iste’maal Honi Waali Dawaayen

Walaikum Assalam Wa Rehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu!
Homeopathy mein iste’maal honi waali dawaayen kis cheez se banti hain us ki taraf dekha jaayega, aur phir har ek ke baare mein Kitaab-o-Sunnat ki roshni mein faisla hoga.
Misaal ke taur par:
Zehreeli cheezon ke shaamil hone ke baare mein yeh hai ki:
Kuch ulama ne zehreeli cheezein iste’maal karne se mana kiya hai, chaahe us ki miqdaar kam ho ya ziyada, nuqsaan pahunchaane waali hon ya faide ki umeed ho har soorat mein mana kiya hai.
Jabki kuch ulama ne zehreeli cheezein iste’maal karna jaaiz qaraar diya hai, albatta unhon ne is ke liye kuch conditions (usool-o-zawaabit) bayan kiye hain, jaaiz qaraar dene waale ulama ke nazdeek us zehreeli cheez ke asar ko dekha jaayega ke mareez ke badan ke liye kis hadd tak faidemand hai, faide ki miqdaar jaanne ke liye kayi tajurbaat kiye jaayen, taaki zehreeli cheez ke nataaij (results) ke mutalliq dil bilkul mutma’in (satisfied) ho, aur yeh bhi ke us zehreeli cheez ka asar maujood beemari ke asar se ziyada na ho.

Chunanche Ibn-e-Qudamah Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Jin dawaaon mein zehreeli cheez paayi jaati hai, un ke baare mein tafseel yeh hai ki:
Agar use peene ya istemaal karne ki wajah se maut ya dimaghi tawazun kharaab hone ka darr ho to zehreeli cheez peena jaaiz nahi hoga, aur agar ghaalib gumaan yeh ho ke us se nuqsaan nahi hoga, balki faida ki umeed ho, to is wajah se zehreeli cheez peena behtar hai, kiunki us se badi beemari tal jaayegi, yahi soorat doosri dawaaon ki hai.
Albatta yahan is baat ka imkaan bhi hai ke zehreeli cheez nigalna na-jaaiz qarar diya jaaye; kiunki yeh apne aap ko maut ke dahaane par daalne ke jaisa hai, lekin sahih baat pehla mauqif hi hai, kiunki bahut si dawaayen aisi hain jin ke nuqsaan pahunchaane waale asar ka darr rehta hai, us ke bawjood un ko badi beemari se bachne ke liye jaaiz qarar diya jaata hai.

➋ Aisi dawaaon ka iste’maal jin mein alchohol iste’maal kiya jaata hai, un ke baare mein tafseel yeh hai ke alchohol ke baare mein yahan do masle hain:

⓵ Kya alchohol na-paak hai ya paak?
⓶ Kya alchohol ko dawaayi waghera ya kisi aur cheez mein milaane se us ke asraat muntaqil hote hain, ya nahi?

Pehla masla:
Aksar ahl-e-ilm sharaab [alchohol] ko hissi taur par najis kehte hain, jabki kuch doosre ulama sharaab ki najasat ko ma’nawi najasat kehte hain.

Doosra masla:
Alchohol ko jab doosri dawaaon ke saath milaaya jaaye to uska asar ya to bilkul wazeh, qawi aur muassir (asar karne waala) hoga, ya nahi hoga, chunanche agar asar bilkul wazeh hai to alchohol ko milaana haraam hoga, aur un dawaaon ko iste’maal karna bhi haraam hoga.
Aur agar alchohol ka asar un dawaaon mein na ho to unhein iste’maal karna durust hoga, kiunki alchohol ko direct peene aur doosri kisi cheez mein mila kar iste’maal karne mein farq hai, is liye ke khaalis alchohol thodi miqdaar mein ho ya ziyada har haalat mein na-jaaiz hai, aur agar alchohol ko kisi doosri cheez mein mila diya jaaye to upar zikr ki gayi tafseel ke mutabiq hukm hoga.

Khulasa:
Kuch Medical specialist ke nazdeek homeopathy koi mufeed ilaaj ka tareeqa nahi hai, balki kuch to is ilaaj ke tareeqe ke sakht mukhalif hain, aur is se mana bhi karte hain. Is liye is par medically tehqeeq ki zaroorat hai.
Kisi bhi ilaaj ke tareeqe ko apnaane ke liye is baat ko yaqeeni banana zaroori hai ke aam taur par mareez ko is ilaaj ke tareeqe se faida hota hai, aur usey shifaa milti hai, ya kam se kam ghaalib gumaan yahi ho.
Aisi dawaaon se apne aap ko bachaayen jo zehreeli cheezon ya alchohol par mushtamil hon, han agar un ki miqdaar kam se kam ho to baat alag hai. Aise hi un dawaaon ke authentic aur qaabil e aitemaad nataaij (results) ke mutabiq mareezon par musbat asar ho.
Is mauqa’ par hum aap ko shar’ee dam karne ka bhi mashwarah denge, jo ke Quran-e-Majeed, Zikr-o-Azkaar aur shar’ee duaon par mushtamil ho, aap khud padh kar apne aap par dam karen, aur Allah ﷻ se madad maangen ke aap ki beemari ko aap se door kar de. Isi tarah hum aap ko aisi dawaayen iste’maal karne ka mashwarah bhi denge jin ke mutalliq Quran-o-Hadeed mein mufeed hone ka zikr hai, misaal ke taur par: Shahed aur kalonji wagherah, albatta inki miqdaar aur iste’maal ke tareeqe ke liye medical specialist se rujoo’ karne mein koi harj nahi hai.

Aur jahan tak mendak (frog) ke brain se bani hui dawaayen hain to Shari’at ne mendak ko haraam qarar diya hai. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ أَنَّ طَبِيبًا ذَكَرَ ضِفْدَعًا فِي دَوَاءٍ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ​
“Abdur Rahman bin Uthman Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki ek tabeeb (doctor) ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ke saamne kisi dawaayi mein mendak daalne ka zikr kiya to Aap (ﷺ) ne mendak ke qatl se mana farma diya.
(Sunan An-Nasai: 4355)

Maloom huwa ki zaroorat ke waqt bhi Nabi ﷺ ne is ke iste’maal ki ijazat nahi di. Aur Aap (ﷺ) ka ijazat na dena hi is ke haraam hone ki daleel hai.
Is liye mendak ya aise janwar jo Shari’at mein haraam hon un se bani dawaaon ka iste’maal jaaiz nahi. Isi tarah aise janwar jin ko Shar’ee tareeqe ke mutabiq zabah na kiya gaya ho woh bhi jaaiz nahi hain (Chaahe woh halaal janwar hi kiun na hon).
