Me jis masjid .e namaz padta hu waha pr jumme ka khutwa awwal waqt se pahle shuru ho jata yai
Jese ki dhor ki azan ka waqt 12:31 ka tha or jumme ka khutwa jo hai wo 12:17 pr shuru ho gya
To is shurut me mere ko kiya krna chahiye
Kya is shurat me jumme ki namaz ho jayegi ya me masjid change kr lu
Aap is ka jawab jarur de aap ki badi mahar bahlni hogi

Hanafi, Shafaee aur Maliki Fuqahaa-e-Kiraam par mushtamil Jumhoor ahl-e-ilm ka mauqif yeh hai ke Namaz-e-Juma’ suraj dhalne ke baad hi ada ki jaaye, yahi waqt Zohr ka awwal waqt hai. Dekhen: "Al-Umm" (1/223), "Al-Majmoo" (4/377-381), "Al-Masoo’ah Al-Fiqhiyyah" (27/197-198).
Un ki daleel Sahih Muslim: (860) mein Salma bin Akwa’ Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke:
"Jab suraj dhal jaata to hum Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath Juma’ ki Namaz ada karte aur jab waapas hote to zawaal ka saaya hamaare aage aage hota."
Isi tarah Sahih Bukhari: (904) mein Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke:
(Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Juma’ ki Namaz us waqt padhte jab suraj dhal jaata)

Jabki Hambali Fuqahaa-e-Kiraam is baat ke qaail hain ke Namaz-e-Juma’ suraj dhalne se pehle bhi jaaiz hai, unhon ne kuch Ahadith aur Salaf se manqool kuch aasaar ko daleel banaaya hai, jin ke zaahiri mafhoom se ma’loom hota hai ke Namaz-e-Juma’ zawaal se pehle bhi jaaiz hai.
Sahih Muslim: (858) mein Abu Ja’far Baqir Rahimahullah ne Jabir bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhuma se poocha ke:
"Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kis waqt Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karte the?" To unhon ne kaha: "Aap Namaz-e-Juma’ padhaate us ke baad hum apne charne waale oonton ko suraj ke dhalne ke waqt waapas le kar aate."
Is se ma’loom hota hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Namaz-e-Juma’ zawaal se pehle padhaayi.
Isi tarah Bukhari: (939) aur Muslim: (859) main Sahl bin Sa’d Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke: "Hum Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke zamaane mein qayloolah [din ke waqt ka aaraam] aur dopaher ka khaana Juma’ ke baad hi khaate the."
Shawkaani Rahimahullah is baare mein kehte hain:
"Is Hadith mein suraj dhalne se pehle Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karne ki daleel hai, aur isi ke Ahmad bin Hambal qaail hain.
Daleel is tarah banti hai ke: "Ghad" aur "qayloolah" Arabic language mein hota hi zawaal se pehle hai."

Albattah Ibn-ul-Arabi ne ajeeb baat ki hai ke Juma’ suraj dhalne ke baad hi waajib hota hai aur is par Imam Ahmad ke siwa sab ka ijmaa’ bhi naql kiya, lekin yeh baat tawajjoh ke qaabil nahi hai, kiunki Ibn-e-Qudamah waghera ne kayi Salaf-e-Saliheen se Imam Ahmad jaisa mauqif naqal kiya hai.
"Nayl-ul-Awtaar" (3/319)

Neez Ibn-e-Abi Shaybah ne "Musannaf Ibn-e-Abi Shaybah" (5140) mein Bilal Absi Rahimahullah se naqal kiya hai ke:
"Ammar Radhiallahu Anhu ne logon ko Juma’ ki Namaz padhaayi to kuch kehne lage suraj dhal chuka hai, aur kuch kehne lage ke suraj abhi tak nahi dhala."

Isi tarah daaimi fatwa committee ke ulama-e-kiraam se poochha gaya:
"Zawaal se ek ghanta pehle Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karna jaaiz hai? -Kiunki France mein duty usi waqt shuru hoti hai- Yeh wazeh rahe ke agar hum ne kaam ke waqt ke shuru hone se pehle Juma’ ada na kiya to phir hum Juma’ bilkul bhi ada nahi kar sakte, to kya aisi zaroorat mein koi jawaaz ki shakl nikalti hai?"
To unhon ne jawaab diya:
"Namaz-e-Juma’ ke awwal waqt ki ta’een ke baare mein ulama-e-kiraam ka ikhtilaaf hai, chunanche aksar ahl-e-ilm is baat ke qaail hain ke Juma’ ka awwal waqt wahi hai jo Zohr ka awwal waqt hai yani zawaal-e-shams, lehaza zawaal se chaahe thodi der pehle ya ziyadah der pehle Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karna jaaiz nahi hai, aur agar koi padh le to ada nahi hogi, kiunki Salma bin Akwa’ Radhiallahu Anhu ki Hadith hai ke:
"Jab suraj dhal jaata to hum Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath Juma’ ki Namaz ada karte aur jab waapas hote to zawaal ka saaya talaash karte."
Isey Bukhari aur Muslim ne riwayat kiya hai.

Isi tarah Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke: (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Juma’ ki Namaz us waqt padhte jab suraj dhal jaata). Sahih Bukhari.
Jab ki kuch ahl-e-ilm ka kehna hai ke:
Suraj nikalne ke paanch ya chhe ghante guzarne ke baad ada karna jaaiz nahi hai [Yani: Zohr ki Namaz se taqreeban ek ya do ghante pehle]
Aur Imam Ahmad samet deegar ahl-e-ilm ka yeh kehna hai ke Namaz-e-Juma’ ka awwal waqt woh hai jo Namaz-e-Eid ka awwal waqt hai, jabki suraj dhalne par Juma’ ke liye jaana waajib ho jaata hai, un ahl-e-ilm ne suraj dhalne se pehle Namaz-e-Juma’ padhne ke liye Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu ki is baat ko daleel banaaya hai:
"Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Namaz-e-Juma’ padhaate us ke baad hum apne charne waale oonton ko suraj ke dhalne ke waqt waapas le kar aate."

Isi tarah Salma bin Akwa’ Radhiallahu Anhu ka kehna hai ke:
"Hum Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath Namaz-e-Juma’ ada kar ke waapas hote to dewaaron ka saaya bilkul nahi hota tha."

In Ahadith mein tatbeeq ki soorat yeh hogi ke Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aksar auqaat zawaal ke baad Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karte the, lekin kabhi kabhaar zawaal se kuch pehle bhi ada kar lete the. Lehaza behtar yahi hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke aksar amal ko saamne rakhte huwe hum zawaal ke baad Namaz-e-Juma’ ada karen, is tarah ikhtilaaf bhi paida nahi hoga, neez is se yeh bhi ma’loom hota hai ke yeh ek ijtihaadi masla hai, aur is mein wus’at bhi hai, lehaza agar koi shakhs zawaal se kuch pehle Namaz-e-Juma’ ada kar le to In Sha Allah us ki Namaz sahih hogi."
