❒SOOD KHAANA❒

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم​

Allah ta'ala ne apni kitaab Quraan e kareem mein siwaaye sood khoron ke kisi se 'ailaan e jang nahin kiya. Allah ta'ala ka irshaad hai:

◈يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا اتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ وَذَرُوۡا مَا بَقِىَ مِنَ الرِّبٰٓوا اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَ۝ فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا۟ فَأْذَنُوا۟ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ۝​
“Moninon! Allah se daro aur agar emaan rakhtey ho toh jitna sood baaqi rah gaya hai uss ko chhor do. agar aisa naa karogey toh khabardaar ho jaao (ke tum) Allah aur Rasool se jang karney ke liye taiyaar ho jaao".

Allah ta'ala ke nazdeek iss jurm ke bhayaanak hone ka pataa isi baat se chal raha hai ke sood khoron ke saath 'ailaan e jang kiya gaya hai. afraad aur mulkon ke cities wa muqaam par nazar rakhney waala har shakhs iss ssod khori ki barbaadi aur kharaabi ko dekhta hai ke sood khor apney kharz bhi adaa nahin kar saktey aur mulk ki iqtisaadyaat mein jumudaata hai. berozgaari aur bekaari aur kasaad baazaari bahut ziyada ho jaati hai, bahut si companies aur institutes nuqsaan uthaatey hain aur saarey din ki mehnat mazdoori ke paisey sood khaaney waaley ke khaatey mein daaley jaatey hain jo ke naa khatam hone waala silsila bana huwa hai, mu'ashrey mein ameer aur ghareeb ki zindagi mein tabqaati imtiyaaz paida ho raha hai jis mein maal o daulaat ba'z balke mahez chand logon ke haaton mein hoti hai, aur shayed yahi jang yaa ladaayi ki soortein hain jin ka wa'da Allah ne in logon ke saath kiya hai jo sood letey aur detey hain.

Aur har woh shakhs jo sood mein shirkat karta hai chahey woh asal jaanib ka sood khaaney yaa khilaaney waala ho yaa sifaarish yaa zamaanat dene waala yaa unki madad karney waala, Nabi kareemﷺ ki zubaan se sab mal'oon hain, aur un par la'nat bheji gayi hai.

Hazrat Jaber (Razi Allahu 'Anhu) ka irshaad hai:
لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم آكل الربا ومؤكله وكاتبه وشاهديه وقال؛‌‌‌‏ هم سواء​
"Nabi e kareemﷺ ne sood khaaney waaley, khilaaney waaley, likhne waaley aur uske dono gawahon parr la'nat farmaayi hai." aur farmaaya: yeh sab baraabar ke shareek-e-gunah hain." (Sahih Muslim Hadees: 1598)

Gharz sood likhney[clerk] ka kaam jaayez nahin, naa hi uski tasheeh wa tarteeb uss ka manager hona, aur naa hi sood ka indiraaj karna, aur naa soodi paise ki usooli wa supurdgi karna aur sambhaal kar rakhna, aur naa nigraani wa chauki daari karna, 'aam taur par uss mein kisi bhi tarah shirkat karna aur uss mein koi bhi madad karna chaahe kisi bhi tarah se ho haraam hai.
❲Agar koi majboori ho toh mehez hifazat ki niyyat se lockers yaa current account mein paise rakhey jaa sakte hain aur agar majboori naa ho, doosra islaami wa ghair-soodi bank maujood ho toh soodi bank ke current account mein paise jamaa' karwaana bhi in se ta'oon wa gunah hai.❨Abu Adnan❩❳

Nabiﷺ iss sood jaisey kabeerah gunah ki qabahat(kharaabi) ko bayaan karney ke bahut harees wa fikar mand they, chunaancheh Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood (Razi Allahu 'Anhu) se marwi marfoo' hadees mein irshaad e Nabawi hai:

◉الربا ثلاثة وسبعون بابًا، أيسرها مثل أن ينكح الرجلُ أُمَّه، وإنَّ أربَي الرِبا عِرْض الرجلِ المسلمِ​
"Sood ke tehattar(73) darje hain jin mein se sabse kam tar darje aisey hai ke koi aadmi apney maa ke saath nikah karley aur sabse badaa sood kisi musalmaan ki 'izzat par hamla aur zubaan daraazi karna hai."
(al-Mustadrak Haakim 2/37, Sahih ul Jaame' 3533)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Hanzala(Razi Allahu 'Anhu) se marwi ek marfoo' hadees mein irshaad e Nabawi hai:
◉درهم ربا يأكله الرجل وهو يعلم أشد من ستةٍ وثلاثين زنيةً.​
"Admi jaan boojh ke agar sood ka ek dirham bhi khaata hai toh woh chettis[36] martaba zinakaari karney se ziyada saqt gunah hai".

◉Sood ki hurmat kisi ameer yaa ghareeb ke liye khaas nahin jaisa ke ba'z log samajhte hain balke ye sab ke liye 'aam hai, ye har shakhs ke liye haraam aur har haal mein haraam hai.
❲Ba'z log samajhtey hain ke ameer wa faqeer ke maa-bain sood ka lain dain ho toh haraam aur agar ameeron ka baaham lain dain ho toh ye haraam nahin. yahan isi nazarye ka rad kiya gaya hai.❨Abu Adnan❩❳ Aur isi sood ki wajah se kitney maal daar log aur badey badey taajir muflis ho gaye aur haqaayeq iss baat ke gawah hain. Yeh sood kam az kam maal o daulat ki barkat khatam kar deta hai chaahe kitna bhi maal ho, Nabiﷺ ka irshaad hai:
◉الربا وإن كثر فإن عاقبته تصير إلى قلٍّ​
"Sood se maal baa-zaahir chaahe kitna hi badh jaaye magar uska anjaam qillat wa kami ki taraf hi aata hai".

Isi tarah sood ki hurmat uss ki sharah feesad ke saath bhi khaas nahin ke uski nisbat bahut oonchi hai yaa neechi, kam hai yaa ziyaada balke ye har soorat mein hi haraam hai:

"Sood khor qayaamat ke din jab qabar se nikla jaaega toh woh iss tarah khada hoga jaisa ke uss par shaitaan ka saaya ho yaa usey junoon wa khabti-pan[bad hawaas] ka daura padaa ho"

Iss gunah aur jurm ke faahish wa khatarnaak hone ke baa wajood Allah ta'ala ne iss se tawba karney ko bataaya aur iss ka darwaaza khula rakha hai aur iski kaifiyat bhi bayaan ki hai. Allah ta'ala ne sood khoron se mukhatib hokar farmaaya hai:
◈وَاِنۡ تُبۡتُمۡ فَلَـكُمۡ رُءُوۡسُ اَمۡوَالِكُمۡ‌ۚ لَا تَظۡلِمُوۡنَ وَلَا تُظۡلَمُوۡنَ‏​
"Aur agar tawba kar logey (aur sood chhor do ge)toh tum ko apni asal raqam leney ka haq hai jis mein naa auron ka nuqsaan naa tumhaara nuqsaan".

Aur ye saraa sar 'adl o insaaf hai. har momin wa musalmaan ko chaahiye ke woh iss kabeerah gunah se nafrat wa parhez karey aur iss se door rahey, aur iss kabeerah gunah ki qabahat[buraayi] ko mehsoos kiya jaaye hatta ke woh log jo majbooran gum ho jaane yaa chori ke dar se sood waaley banks mein apna maal rakhtey hain, unhein bhi chaahiye ke woh iss baat ka ehsaas karein aur iss ka koi mutbaadil wa halaal hal talaash karein aur woh soodi banks mein paisa rakhney ko aise hi samjhein jaise kisi majboori ke tehet murdey ka gosht khaaya jaaye balke uska gunah wa qabahat uss se bhi ziyaada hai. Allah ta'la se maghfirat talab karein uske badley doosra raasta dhoondein. bank se sood ka mutaleba karna bilkul jaayez nahin balke sood agar unke hisaab[account] mein daal bhi diya jaaye toh woh usey sadqa samjh kar nahin balke uss se peecha chudaaney ke liye kisi jaayez rah mein kharch karein, kyunke “Allah ta'ala pakeezah hai aur sirf paak cheezein hi qubool karta hai”. Aur uss se kisi tarah ka bhi faaidah uthaana jaayez nahin naa khaaney peeney mein naa libaas wa poshaak mein, naa sawaari yaa ghar ke liye, naa hi biwi bacchon yaa maa baap par waajib kharchey mein naa zakaat tax adaa karney mein aur naa hi apney oopar se kisi museebat ko hataaney mein balke Allah ta'ala ke 'azaab ke dar se iss se peecha chudaaney ki koshish karein.
