Kya Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba bayan na karna kitmaan-e-haqq (haqq ko chhupaane) hai?

Engineer Muhammed ’Ali Mirza saheb kehte hain ke “Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba ko awaam (logon) ke saamne bayan na karna yeh bhi inkaar-e-Hadees hai.”
Tabsirah (Comment):
Sab se pehle hum apne sami’een se poochna chaahte hain ke engineer saheb jo kehte hain ke Ahl-e-Sunnat Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba ki Hadeeson ko chhupa lete hain un ko bayan nahi karte halaanki Allah ne to bayan karne ka hukm diya hai kitmaan-e-ilm ka to yeh yeh nuqsaan hai aur us par badi sakht wa'eedein hain to hum zail mein 6 aisi Hadeesein bayan karenge ke jin ka talluq sukoot (khamoshi) ke saath hai, kisi masle par kisi waqt Hadees bayan karne se ruka bhi jaa sakta hai, abhi jo riwayaat hum zikr karne waale hain Mirza saheb ne kabhi bhi woh bayan nahi ki hongi aur na hi aap ne kabhi un ki zabaani suni hongi to kya is cheez ko kitmaan-e-haqq (haqq ko chhupaane) ka naam diya jaayega?

Pehli Hadees:
Sahih Bukhari mein hai ki Sayyidah Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
يَا عَائِشَةُ، لَوْلَا قَوْمُكِ حَدِيثٌ عَهْدُهُمْ، قَالَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ: بِكُفْرٍ لَنَقَضْتُ الْكَعْبَةَ، فَجَعَلْتُ لَهَا بَابَيْنِ، بَابٌ يَدْخُلُ النَّاسُ وَبَابٌ يَخْرُجُونَ​
“Agar teri qaum (daur-e-jaahiliyyat ke saath) qareeb na hoti (balki puraani ho gayi hoti) Ibn-e-Zubair Radhiallahu Anhu ne kaha yani zamaana-e-kufr ke saath (qareeb na hoti) to main Ka’ba ko tod deta aur us ke liye do darwaaze bana deta. Ek darwaaze se log daakhil hote aur doosre darwaaze se bahar nikalte.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadees No: 126)

To Nabi ﷺ ne logon ki zehni satah ko dekhte huwe apni khwahish ke jis par Aap amal karte to woh Aap ki Hadees hi honi thi lekin apni sakht khwahish ke bawjood bhi Aap ne us ko rok liya taake log kahein fitne ka shikaar na ho jaayen kiunki un ki itni zehni satah nahi thi.
Ab is Hadees par Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne jo baab qaayim kiya hai woh bhi mulahza farmaayen:
بَابُ مَنْ تَرَكَ بَعْضَ الاِخْتِيَارِ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَقْصُرَ فَهْمُ بَعْضِ النَّاسِ عَنْهُ فَيَقَعُوا فِي أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ​
“Baab hai is baare mein ki koi shakhs kuch baaton ko is darr se chhod de ki kahien log apni kam fehmi ki wajah se us se ziyadah sakht (yani na-jaaiz) baaton mein mubtala na ho jaayen.”
Us ke baad Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne ek aur baab qaayim kiya hai aur us ke tahat Imam saheb Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ka ek qaul bhi le kar aaye hain jo un se sahih sanad se saabit hai aur woh qaul sunne ke baad jo Hazraat Ahl-e-Bait ki mohabbat ke dawedaar hain un ke gubbare se aaj hawa nikal jaayegi:
بَابُ مَنْ خَصَّ بِالْعِلْمِ قَوْمًا دُونَ قَوْمٍ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ لاَ يَفْهَمُوا​
Mafhoom: Is baat ka bayan ke Ahadees bayan karne waala kuch logon ko to Quran-o-Hadees bayan kare aur kuch logon ko bayan na kare is wajah se ke ho sakta hai ke woh us baat ko samajh hi na saken (aur gumraahi ka shikaar ho jaayen.)

Doosri Hadees:
Mafhoom: “Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ke paas baithe huwe the aur saath Abu Bakr aur Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma aur log bhi maujood the, Aap ﷺ uth ke chale gaye, thodi der ke baad hamein darr mehsoos huwa ke kahien Aap ﷺ par koi dushman hamla aawar na ho gaya ho, sab se pehle main utha aur Aap ﷺ ko talaash karne lag gaya, main Ansaar ke ek baagh ke paas jaa pahuncha aur us ka darwaaza dhoondne ke liye us ke aas paas chakkar lagaata raha lekin darwaaza na mila, kehte hain ke main ne ek naala dekha jo baagh ke andar ko jaa raha tha, main ne apne aap ko sameta aur us naale ke zariye naale mein daakhil ho gaya aur wahan Rasool-e-Akram ﷺ ko dekh kar mere dil ko sukoon ho gaya, Aap ne poocha ke Abu Hurairah aaye hain? Main ne arz kiya ke ji Allah ke Rasool ﷺ, to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya:
اذْهَبْ بِنَعْلَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَمَنْ لَقِيتَ مِنْ وَرَاءِ هَذَا الْحَائِطِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مُسْتَيْقِنًا بِهَا قَلْبُهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ​
“Yeh mere do joote le jaao (joote is liye diye kiunki jo paighaam bhej raha hun woh bahut ahem hai aur log us paighaam ko maanne mein pas-o-pesh na karen to joote saath de diye taaki pata chale ke haqeeqat mein hi yeh Rasool-e-Akram ﷺ ka paighaam hai) aur jo bhi aap ko is baagh ke bahar mile aur woh sachche dil se yeh gawaahi deta ho ke Allah ke siwa koi ma’bood nahi hai aap us ko meri taraf se jannat ki khush-khabri de den,
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ke main wahan se nikla aur sab se pehle mujhe Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu mile main ne un ko saara waqi’ah sunaaya aur Aap ﷺ ke hukm ke mutabiq jannat ki bashaarat di to Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne mere seene par haath maara, main neeche gir gaya, main ne apna rona badi mushkil se roka aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmat mein haazir ho gaya, peeche hi Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu pahunch gaye to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne poocha kya huwa hai? Main ne saara mu’aamla bayan kiya to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu se Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ko maarne ki wajah poochi to Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaaya:
Aisa na karen, Mujhe darr hai ke log naye naye Islam mein daakhil ho rahe hain aur un ki zehni satah is qaul ko maanne ke liye tayyar na ho woh isi par aitemaad kar len aur yeh samajh len ke goya hamein amal karne ki koi zaroorat hi nahi hai, Allah ke Rasool ﷺ unhein amal karne dijiye, to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne bhi farmaaya: Un logon ko amal karne do, unhein yeh Hadees na sunaao.”
(Sahih Muslim, Hadees No: 31)

Teesri Hadees:
Mafhoom: “Sayyiduna Anas Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Sayyiduna Mu’aaz Radhiallahu Anhu ki tawajjo apni taraf karne ke liye baar baar mukhatab kar ke farmaaya:
مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صِدْقًا مِنْ قَلْبِهِ، إِلَّا حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى النَّارِ​
“Jo shakhs sachche dil se is baat ki gawaahi de ke Allah ke siwa koi ma’bood nahi hai aur Muhammed ﷺ Allah ke sachche Rasool hain, Allah Ta’ala us ko (dozakh ki) aag par haraam kar deta hai.
To Sayyiduna Mu’aaz Radhiallahu Anhu ne poocha:”
أَفَلَا أُخْبِرُ بِهِ النَّاسَ فَيَسْتَبْشِرُوا​
“Kya is baat se logon ko ba-khabar na kar dun taake woh khush ho jaayen?”
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
إِذًا يَتَّكِلُوا
“(Agar tum yeh khabar sunaaoge) to log is par bharosa kar baithenge (aur amal chor denge)”
Mu’aaz Radhiallahu Anhu ne inteqaal ke waqt yeh Hadees is khayaal se bayan farmaa di ke kahien Hadees-e-Rasool chupane ke gunaah par un se aakhirat mein muakhza na ho.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadees No: 128)

Nabi-e-Kareem ne Sayyiduna Mu’aaz Radhiallahu Anhu ko to yeh Hadees sunaayi lekin aam logon ko yeh bayan karne ki unhein ijazat nahi di, ho sakta hai ke un ke zehan mein yeh baat aa jaaye ke hamein amal ki zaroorat nahi hai bus hum ne Kalimah padh liya hai to yahi kaafi hai.

Chauthi Hadees:
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Sayyiduna Mu'aaz bin Jabal Radhiallahu Anhu se farmaya tha:
مَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ​
“Jo Allah se is kaifiyat ke saath mulaqaat kare ke us ne Allah ke saath kisi ko shareek na kiya ho, woh (yaqeenan) jannat mein daakhil hoga”
Mu’aaz Radhiallahu Anhu bole, ya Rasoolallah! Kya main is baat ki logon ko bashaarat na suna dun? Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya:
لَا إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَتَّكِلُوا​
“Nahi, mujhe khauf hai ke log is par bharosa kar baithenge.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadees No: 129)

Kuch log aisa keh sakte hain ke in Ahadees mein to yeh baat mushtarak hai ke Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne khud rok diya lehaza yeh to Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne rok diya tha aur baaqi Hadeeson ko bayan karne se mana ka suboot yahan se nahi milta, Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba se to Aap ne nahi roka to goya un ke nazdeek yeh hai ke sirf in chaar Hadeeson se hi roka gaya tha baaqi kisi Hadees se nahi roka gaya tha to aise logon ke liye bhi hamaare paas jawab hai.

Paanchwen Hadees:
Hum aap ko pehle yeh bataana chaahte hain ke engineer saheb yeh kehte hain ke koi Imam Hadees zikr karne se pehle koi baab qaayim kare to yeh us ka aqeedah hota hai to hum aap ko bataate hain ke Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ka aqeedah to yeh hai ke ilm ko kuch logon se bayan kar ke kuch logon se chhupaaya jaa sakta hai jaisa ki baab qaayim karne ka baad aur Hadees zikr karne se pehle Imam saheb ne Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ka qaul pesh kiya.
Woh yeh ke Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu farmaate hain:
حَدِّثُوا النَّاسَ بِمَا يَعْرِفُونَ، أَتُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُكَذَّبَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ​
“Logon ko woh hadeesein bayan karo jin ke baare mein un ko ma’rifat hai, kya tum is baat ko pasand karte ho ke Allah aur us ke Rasool ki takzeeb ki jaaye?”
(Sahih Bukhari: 127)

Is qaul ko sunne ke baad hamaare muqaddime mein koi shak-o-shubh nahi reh jaata, hum bhi yahi kehte hain ke agar koi shakhs Salaf ke aqeede ko samajh chuka hai, Quran-o-Sunnat ki raaye Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba ke baare mein woh samajh chuka hai to aap us ke saamne Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba ko bayan kar sakte hain, aap un logon ko Mushaajaraat-e-Sahaba bayan kar sakte hain jinhein is talluq se ma’rifat (jaankaari) hai. Aur jinhein is mu’aamle mein ma’rifat (jaankaari) nahi hai woh is mu’aamle mein kisi ek se tarafdaari rakh kar doosre ke baare mein apne zehan ko kharaab karenge aur woh gumraah ho jaayenge.

Isi tarah ka ek qaul Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma ka bhi hai us ke baare mein Mirza saheb kehte hain ke Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma jo itna bada dawa kar rahe hain woh phenkne waala nahi hai yaqeenan us riwayat ki asal maujood hai.
Tabsirah: Yani Mirza saheb yeh kehna chaahte hain ke koi Sahabi koi bada dawa kare to woh apni taraf se to nahi karega, yaqeenan us ki koi asal maujood zaroor hoti hai aur hum us ko muhaddiseen ki istilaah main “Marfoo’-e-Hukmi” kehte hain. To hum bhi yahi kehte hain ke Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu bhi apni taraf se yeh bayan nahi kar rahe, yaqeenan Sayyiduna ’Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ne yeh baat Quran-o-Sunnat se samjhi hai.

Chhatti Hadees:
Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma ne bayan kiya ke main Abdur Rehman bin ’Awf Radhiallahu Anhu ko (Quran-e-Majeed) padhaaya karta tha. Jab woh aakhiri Hajj aaya jo Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne kiya tha to Abdur Rahman ne Minaa mein mujh se kaha kaash tum Ameer-ul-Momineen ko aaj dekhte jab un ke paas ek shakhs aaya aur kaha ke falaan shakhs kehta hai ke agar Ameer-ul-momineen ka inteqaal ho jaaye to hum falaan se bai’at kar lenge. Yeh sun kar Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne kaha ke main aaj sa-paher ko khade ho kar logon ko khutbah sunaaunga aur un ko daraaunga jo (aam musalmaanon ke haqq ko) ghasab karna chaahte hain aur khud apni raaye se ameer muntakhab karne ka iradah rakhte hain. Main ne arz kiya ke aap aisa na karen kiunki:
فَإِنَّ الْمَوْسِمَ يَجْمَعُ رَعَاعَ النَّاسِ يَغْلِبُونَ عَلَى مَجْلِسِكَ فَأَخَافُ أَنْ لَا يُنْزِلُوهَا عَلَى وَجْهِهَا، فَيُطِيرُ بِهَا كُلُّ مُطِيرٍ، فَأَمْهِلْ حَتَّى تَقْدَمَ الْمَدِينَةَ دَارَ الْهِجْرَةِ وَدَارَ السُّنَّةِ، فَتَخْلُصَ بِأَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، وَالْأَنْصَارِ فَيَحْفَظُوا مَقَالَتَكَ وَيُنْزِلُوهَا عَلَى وَجْهِهَا​
“Mausam-e-Hajj mein har tarah ke na-waqif aur ma’mooli log jama ho jaate hain. Yeh sab kasrat se aap ki majlis mein jama ho jaayenge aur mujhe darr hai ke woh aap ki baat ka sahih matlab na samajh kar kuch aur mana (matlab) na kar len aur use munh dar munh udaate phiren. Is liye abhi tawaqquf kijiye. Jab aap Madine pahunchein jo Daar-ul-Hijrah aur Daar-us-Sunnah hai to wahan aap ke mukhatab Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke Sahaba, Muhaajireen-o-Ansaar khaalis aise hi log milenge woh aap ki baat ko yaad rakhenge aur us ka matlab bhi theek bayan karenge. Is par Ameer-ul-momineen ne kaha ke wallah! Main Madinah pahunch kar jo pehla khutbah dunga us mein is ka bayan karunga. Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma ne bayan kiya ke phir hum Madine aaye to Umar Radhiallahu Anhu Juma’ ke din dopahar dhale baramad huwe aur khutbah sunaaya. Unhon ne kaha: Allah ﷻ ne Muhammed ﷺ ko sachcha Rasool bana kar bheja aur Aap par Quran utaara, us Quran mein Rajam ki Aayat bhi thi.”
(Sahih Bukhari: 7323)

Note: Yahan yeh Hadees mukhtasar hai lekin Sahih Bukhari mein hi deegar maqamaat par is ki tafseel maujood hai. Yeh kitni wazeh Ahadees hain ke jin se yeh baat ma’loom ho rahi hai ki logon ki zehni satah ko dekh kar baat karni chaahiye, bhale woh Quran-o-Hadees ki baat hi kiun na ho.
