ITTEBA-E-SUNNAT AUR SYIDAH AYISHAH raziallahu-anha

Al-Hamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen Wassalato Wasallamu Ala Rasoolihil Kareem Wa Ala Aalihi Wa As'habihi Ajmayeen, Amma Ba'ad:

Mash'hor Siqqah Tabayee Imam Abdullah Bin Ubaidullah Bin Abi Mulaikha rahimahullah se riwaayat hai ke (Syidina) Abdul Rahmaan Bin Abi Bakr(razillahu-anhu) ka beta paida howa to (Ummol Momineen Syidah) Ayisha raziallahu-anha se kaha gaya: aye Ummol Momineen! Aap is ki taraf se ek ont zabah kardein. To unho ne farmaaya: MA'AZALLAH(ALLAH ki panaah) likin (woh karongi) jo RASOOLULLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaaya hai:

شاتان مکافاتان
"Do baraabar omr ki bakriyan(zabah karongi)."(Al-Sunan Al-Kubra lil-Baihaqi:9/301, aur is ki sanad SAHIH hai)
Isey Imam Tahawi rahimahullah ne(Muskil-ul-Aasaar:3/68, Hadis No.1042. /wa Tahfat-ul-Akhyaar:6/428, Hadis No.4516) mein zikar kiya hai aur Imam Ibn Adi rahimahullah ne (Al-Kaamil:5/1962) mein riwaayat kya hai.

Is Hadis se kayi mas'ale saabit howe:
1)Har waqt RASOOLULLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki sunnat ko sar-buland rakhna chahiye.
2)Sunnat yani Hadis ke muqabile mein har baat mardod hai.
3)Aqiqe mein ladki ki taraf se ek bakri aur ladke ki taraf se do bakriyan zabah karne ka subot hai, likin gaaye ya ont zabah karne ka koi subot nahi. Baaz log ek gaaye mein aqiqe ke saath hisse ya baaz hisse milaate hain, in ka bhi koi saboot nahi.
Agar koi shakhs salaf saliheen ki mukhalifat karte howe aqiqe mein ont ya gaaye hi zabah karna chaahta hai to arz hai ke ladke ki taraf se do gaayen ya do ont aur ladki ki taraf se ek pori gaaye ya ont (yani ek: DAM) zabah karna padega.
4)Itteba-e-sunnat mein Syidah Ayisha raziallahu-anha ka bahut bada moqam hai.
5)na-pasandidah cheez son'ne ya dekhne par MA'AZALLAH(aur ASTAGHFIRULLAH waghairah) padhna bahtar hai.
6)Har waqt hasb-e-isteta'at AMAR BIL MAROF aur NAHIYA ANIL-MUNKAR ka khiyaal rakhna chahiye.
7)Dalaayil sharyiyyah se saabit hai ke Aqiqah Sunnat hai aur usey makroh samajhna ghalat hai.
