Khabar aur riwayat ki tehqeeq ka usool

Kisi khabar ya riwayat ki tehqeeq kyun ki jaye is kay liye musalman ulama QURAN ki eik AYAT se istedlal karty hain jo kuch yun hai:

Aye iman walo! Agar koi fasiq tumhary pas koi khabar le kar aaye tu tehqeeq kar liya karo, (mubada) kay kisi quom per nadani se ja paro phir apny kiye per pachtany lago (Al-hujraat 6)


Mashoor muhadis IMAM MUSLIM RAHIMAHULLAH ne is AYAT ko pesh karty hue kaha:
Sabit hua kay fasiq ki khabar saqit aur naqably qabol hai.

Kuch agay aur likhte hain:
Jahan ahl'e ilm kay yahan fasiq ki khabar naqably qabol hai wahan in tamam kay yahan uski gawahi bhi mardood hai.

Imam Al-mufasiren IBN'E KASEER RAHIMAHULLAH ne is AYAT ki tafseer mein likha:
ALLAH TAALA hukum deta hai kay fasiq ki khabar ka itemad na karo.

Hadees nabwi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) mein Phd Shaikh luqman salafi likhtey hain:
Ye AYAT daleel hai kay fasiq ki khabar radd kar di jayegi aur khabar dene wala chahe rawi ho, shahid ho, ya mufti ho, uska siqa aur aadil hona zarori hai aur agar wo siqa aur aadil hai tu uski riwayat qabool ki jaegi, agarche wo akela rawi ho.

Barelwi kay peer karam shah zehri is AYAT ki tafseer mein mashoor mufasir imam abu bakar al-jassas kay hawaly se likhty hain:
Yani is AYAT ka muqtaza ye hai kay fasiq ki khabar ki tehqeeq karna wajib hai fasiq ki shahadat mardood hogi, riwayat hadees mein bhi iska koi aitbar na hoga, kisi qanon kisi shara'e hukum aur kisi insaan kay haq kay sabot kay lye bhi uski khabar gair muatbar aur gair maqbol hogi.

Maulana maudodi is AYAT ki tafseer mein likhty hain:
Isi qaidy ki bina per muhadisen ne ilm hadees mein jarh o ta'deel ka fan ijad kiya aur fuqaha ne qanon'e shahadat mein ye usool qaim kya kay kisi aisy mamly mein jis se koi shara'e hukum sabit hota ho ta kisi insaan per koi haq sabit hota ho, fasiq ki gawahi qably qabol nahi.
