KYA IBN ABBAAS KI TARAF MANSOOB QAUL "KUFR DOONA KUFR" GHAIR ALLAAH KI SHAREE'AT KE BAARE MEIN HAI ?

بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Ghair Islaami Qawaaneen ke farmaabardaar khud saakhtah nizaamon ke himaayat kaaron (ya'ni Taraf Daari, Taayeed karne waalon) ke Islaami Qawaaneen se dilchaspi na rakhne waalon aur Deen e Islaam ke haqaaeq se naa waaqif ba'z Naam Nihaad Musalmaanon ne Islaami Qawaaneen ki paaki ko tabaah wa barbaad karne aur unko bey qeemat karne, Islaam ke andar daraar daalne aur Musalmaanon ke ittehaad (unity) ko tukde tukde karne ke liye baghair soche samjhe aur tehqeeq kiye baghair Insaani Waza'ee (Insaanon ke banaaye hue) Ghair Islaami Qawaaneen ke nifaaz ki himaayat mein Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) ki taraf nisbat Kufr Doona Kufr waali riwaayat ki ek naakaam, bey bunyaad aur naa qaabil e tasleem da'waa baandha hai ke Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) ne "Al-Hukm Bimaa Anzala Allaah" Allaah ke Hukm ke mutaabiq faislah karne ke khilaaf Ghair Islaami Qawaaneen ke nifaaz ko Islaam se khaarij kardene waala Kufr qaraar nahin diya hai jisko inhone "Kufr Doona Kufr" ya'ni ye aisa Kufr nahin hai jo Millat e Islaam ke khaarij kardene waala hai qaraar diya hai.

Is Baatil da'wey ka radd aur Da'waa e ILaahi ke khilaaf hone ko kayi etebaar se khoob samjha jaa sakta hai.

▪︎Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ke tafseer ka ye rukh mujmal (ghair waazeh) hai jis ki tafseel matloob hai, lihaazaa tafseel ko jaane baghair is par Sau Feesad (100%) amal nahin kiya jaa sakta kyunke is tafseer par bey shumaar sawaalaat paida hote hain. Maslan

▪︎Kya Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas "Kufr Doona Kufr" ko umoomi satah par kaha hai jis ke tehet har shakhs aur har inkaari pehlu uske tehet aa sakta hai ?

▪︎Kya Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ne "Kufr Doona Kufr" ko khusoosi satah par kaha hai jiske tehet sirf wohi log aa sakte hain jo Allaah ki Sharee'at ko Kulli (poori) ya Juzawi (kuch) taur par rakhi Insaani Waza' (Insaanon ke banaaye hue) Qawaaneen ko fauqiyat (afzaliyat, tarjeeh) dene ya Allaah ki Sharee'at ko Kulli aur Juzawi taur par radd karke Ghair Islaami Sharee'at ko apnaane ke murtakib hue hain ?

▪︎Kya Ibn Abbaas (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) ne "Kufr Doona Kufr" sirf un logon ke baare mein kaha hai jo Allaah ki Sharee'at se apne Jhagde wa Ikhtelaaf ko nahin mitaate balke Insaani Waza' ke (Insaanon ke banaaye hue) Qawaaneen se rujoo' karte hain ya'ni inki taraf apne ikhtelaaf ke hal ke liye jaate hain ?

▪︎Oopar zikr kiye gaye sawaalaat ka koi bhi tasalli bakhsh jawaab nahin hai kyunke Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ki tafseer ka rukh Ghair Waazeh hai aur Ghair Waazeh cheez Naa Qaabil e amal hai aur khud Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ki taraf se kisi qism ki wazaahat nahin hai.

Aur ek sawaal: Kya Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ke zamaane mein Islaami Qawaaneen ke muqaable mein Ghair Islaami Shirkiyah wa Kufriyah Qawaaneen maujood the. Jin ke nifaaz par Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ne "Kufr Doona Kufr" kehkar un Qawaaneen aur unke nifaaz mein shareek Hukmaraanon ka ye amal millat se khaarij nahin hai keh diya ho ?

Is sawaal ka jawaab bilkul waazeh hai ke Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ke ibtedaayi daur se lekar unki wafaat tak koi bhi aisa Nizaam e Hukoomat murattab nahin tha jo Sharee'at e Allaah ke muqaable mein ghadhaa (ya'ni banaaya) gaya tha jis ke apnaane waalon ke baare mein Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ne ye alfaaz bataur nishaan dahi kahi ho ?

Haan Nuzool e Qur'aan ke zamaane mein Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ki maujoodgi mein Yahood wa Nasaaraa ke Tauraat wa Injeel ke khilaaf Faislon ko "Al-Hukm Bimaa Anzala Allaah" ke khilaaf qaraar dekar Allaah ne Soorah Al-Maa'idah ke aayaat utaari hai jinse toh saaf saaf patah chalta hai ke Aasmaani Ta'leemaat khud Tauraat mein ho ya Injeel mein ho ya Qur'aan wa Hadees mein ho inke barkhilaaf kisi bhi khilaaf e amal ko Allaah (تعالى) ne "Al-Hukm Bimaa Anzala Allaah" ke khilaaf qaraar diya hai. Jiske tehet Ghair Islaami Nazariyaat, Qawaaneen wa Zawaabit aate hain jinka jawaaz Aasmaani Ta'leemaat se saabit na ho toh is se bhi "Kufr Doona Kufr" saabit nahin hota lihaazaa Dunya mein is waqt jo dastoor naafiz aur jaari e amal hai jaise American wa British law aur Jam'hoori Qawaaneen (Democracy) sab ke sab "Al-Hukm Bimaa Anzala Allaah" ke khilaaf hain.

Haafiz Ibn Kaseer aur Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahumallaah) ke aqwaal ki raushni mein Ghair Islaami Qawaaneen (khwaah Juzawi ho ya Kulli) ke Kaafiraanah Qawaaneen hone par Ijmaa' e Ummat saabit kiya gaya hai (1) toh phir Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ka "Al-Hukm Bimaa Anzala Allaah" ke khilaaf kirdaar ko "Kufr Doona Kufr" kehne ka sawaal kahaan raha ?

Hum ye kehte hai ke Sayyidnaa Ibn 'Abbaas is ilzaam se paak aur baree hai ke woh Deen ke usoolon mein kisi qism ki milaawat ya bey parwaayi ya mukhaalifat ka irtekaab karenge.

Magar ye baat yaad rakhni chaahiye ke kisi Sahaabi ka qaul Deen ki bunyaad nahin ban sakta. Deen ke bunyaadi 'aqaayed mein ikhtelaaf ke waqt hujjat nahin ban sakta, haalaanke kisi Sahaabi e Rasool ka qaul hargiz Deen ke bunyaadi aqaayed ke khilaaf nahin jaa sakta lekin Ikhtelaaf ke waqt khaas kar jab ye farz kar liya jaaye ke Sahaabi ka qaul Allaah ke hukm ke mukhaalif hai ya Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ke farmaan ke mukhaalif hai toh hujjat nahin hai. Jaisa ke khud Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ne is baare mein wazaahat kee hai.

Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahullaah) ne farmaaya:

" كَانَ بَعْضُ النَّاسِ يُنَاظِرُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْمُتْعَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " يُوشِكُ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حِجَارَةٌ مِنْ السَّمَاءِ! أَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَقُولُونَ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ؟ "

"Kuch logon ne Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas se Hajj e Tamattu' ke silsile mein munaazarah kiya aur daleel ke taur par Abu Bakr aur 'Umar (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) ka qaul peysh kiya toh Sayyidnaa Ibn Abbaas ne kaha: "Qareeb hai ke tum logon par Aasmaan se pattharon ki baarish hojaaye (bataur e 'azaab ke) ke Main tumhen Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ka hukm suna raha hoon aur tum kehte ho ke Abu Bakr aur 'Umar (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) ne yoon kaha hai."

Chunaanche Allaah aur uske Rasool ki itaa'at har kisi ki itaa'at se muqaddam (aagey) hai, chaahe woh is Ummat ke afzal tareen fard Abu Bakr wa 'Umar (Raziyallaahu 'Anhumaa) hi kyun na ho, jaisa ke Sayyidnaa Ibn 'Abbaas ne kaha.

Is silsile mein Imaam Ahmad Bin Hanbal (Rahimahullaah) ka bhi qaul hai ke unhone kaha:

عجبتُ لقومٍ عرفوا الإسناد وصحته يذهبون إلى رأي سفيان ، والله تعالى يقول : ( فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ ) ، أتدري ما الفتنة؟ الفتنة: الشرك، لعله إذا رد بعض قوله أن يقع في قلبه شيء من الزيغ فيهلك.


"Mujhe aisi Qaum par ta'jjub hota hai ke woh saheeh sanad jaante boojhte hue bhi Sufyaan ki raaye ko tarjeeh dete hain, haalaanke Allaah (تعالى) ka farmaan hai: "Nabi ke Ahkaamaat ki mukhaalifat karne waalon ko darna chaahiye ke kahin unhen koi Fitnah ya dardnaak 'azaab hi na pakardley." (3) tum jaante ho ke FITNAH se kya muraad hai ? FITNAH se muraad SHIRK hai, ho sakta hai ke jab koi Nabi (ﷺ) ki choti si baat radd (wa inkaar) karey toh dil mein gumraahi bas jaaye aur Bandey ko halaak kardey." (4)

Isi tarah ek riwaayat Imaam Shaafi'ee ki bhi hai.

قال البخاري سمعت الحميدي يقول: كنا عند الشافعي، فأتاه رجل، فسأله عن مسألة؛ فقال: قضى رسول الله (ﷺ) كذا وكذا. فقال رجل للشافعي: (أنت) ما تقول ؟ قال: سبحانك ! تراني في كنيسة ؟ ! تراني في بيعة ؟ ! ترى على وسطي زنارا ؟ أقول لك: قضى رسول الله، وأنت تقول لي: ما تقول أنت؟!


Imaam Bukhaari (Rahimahullaah) ne kaha: Maine Humaydi (Rahimahullaah) ko kehte hue suna: Hum Imaam Shaafi'ee (Rahimahullaah) ke paas the, ek aadmi aaya aur unse ek mas'aley ke baare mein sawaal kiya;

Imaam Shaafi'ee ne jawaab diya: Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ne is baare mein aisa aisa hukm diya.

Us aadmi ne Imaam Shaafi'ee se poocha: Aur aap kya kehte hain?

Unhone kaha: Subhaanaka ! Kya tu mujhe girjey mein dekh raha hai ? Kya tu mujhe Yahoodiyon ke ibaadat gaah mein dekh raha hai ? Kya tu mere kammar par zunnaar ko pehna hua dekh raha hai ?

Maine tujhse kaha: Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ne aisa hukm diya hai, aur tu mujhse poochraha hai ke Main kya kehta hoon us mas'aley ke baare mein ? ! (5)
