khoon nikalne se wuju tootta hai ya nahi aur khoon haram hai ya halal yani body par lag jaye to kya body napak ho jayegi ?

Jism se khoon nikalne se Wuzu nahi toot-ta, is ke kayi dalaail hain:
➊ Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne «كِتَابٌ الْوُضُوءُ، بَابُ مَنْ لَمْ يَرَ الْوُضُوءَ إِلَّا مِنَ الْمَخْرَجَيْنِ» ke tahat Gazwa e Zaat-ur-Riqaa’ ke ek waqi’ah ko mukhtasar taur par zikr kiya hai, jo doosri Ahadith ki kitaabon mein tafseel se maujood hai. Us ka khulasa yeh hai:
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke hum Rasoolullah ﷺ ke saath Gazwa e Zaat-ur-Riqaa’ mein nikle, ek aadmi ne mushrikeen ki ek aurat ko paa liya. Jab Rasoolullah ﷺ waapas palte to us ka shauhar jo us waqt maujood nahi tha, waapas aaya aur usey us waqi’ah ki khabar hui to us ne qasam khaayi ke woh us waqt tak nahi rukega jab tak Muhammed (ﷺ) ke saathiyon ka khoon na baha de. Woh Rasoolullah ﷺ ki talaash mein nikla. Jab Rasoolullah ﷺ ek maqam par utre to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: “Aaj raat kaun pehra dega?” Aap ﷺ ki us baat par ek Muhajir aur ek Ansaari Sahabi ne Labbaik kaha: Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: “Us ghaati ke dahaane par tum dono pehre ke liye chale jaao kiunki wahan se dushman ke aane ka raasta ho sakta hai.” Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ aur Aap ke saathi ghaati ke neeche waale hisse ki taraf chale gaye. Jab pehra dene waale saathi ghaati ke dahaane ki taraf gaye to Ansaari saathi ne Muhajir se kaha: “Aap raat ke pehle hisse mein pehra dena pasand karenge ya aakhiri hisse mein?” Ansaari ke liye raat ka pehla hissah qaraar paaya. Muhajir saathi so gaya aur Ansaari Namaz ke liye khada ho gaya. Itne mein woh aadmi bhi aa pahuncha. Us ne ghaati ke dahaane par ek shakhs dekha to woh jaan gaya ke yeh pehredaar hai. Us ne ek teer maara. Ansaari ne woh teer nikaal kar phenk diya aur seedhe khade ho kar Namaz padhte rahe. Us shakhs ne doosra, phir teesra teer maara. Unhon ne ek ke baad doosre har teer apne jism se nikaal phenke aur barabar Namaz padhte rahe, Ruku’ aur sujood mukammal kiye aur phir baad mein apne saathi ko uthaaya, jab us aadmi ne ek ke bajaaye do (pehredaar) dekhe to bhaag gaya. Muhajir ne jab apne ansaari saathi ko dekha ke us ke jism se khoon hi khoon beh raha hai to farmaaya: “Subhanallah! Tum ne mujhe uthaaya kiun nahi?” Ansaari Sahabi ne kaha: “Main jo surat padh raha tha mere dil ne na chaaha ke main use khatam karne se pehle Ruku’ karun. Jab mujh par ek ke baad ek teer barsaaye gaye to mujhe khatra mehsoos huwa ke kahien mujhe maut aane ki wajah se Rasoolullah ﷺ ne mere zimme jo khidmat lagaayi thi woh faut na ho jaaye. Agar yeh darr na hota to main mar jaata magar surah khatam hone se pehle Ruku’ na karta.”

Is riwayat ko Imam Hakim, Imam Zahabi, Imam Ibn-e-Hibban aur Imam Ibn-e-Khuzaimah Rahimahumullah ne sahih kaha hai.

➤ Is waqi’ah se ma’loom hota hai ke jism se khoon ke nikalne se Wuzu nahi toot-ta. Agar khoon ke nikalne se Wuzu toot jaata to yeh Sahabi apni Namaz tod dete lekin unhon ne aisa nahi kiya. Yaqeenan is waqi’ah ki khabar Rasoolullah ﷺ ko hui hogi kiunki yeh to na-mumkin hai ke itna bada waqi’ah ho aur Aap ﷺ us waqi’ah se be-khabar hon. Agar Aap ko khabar hui to ab khoon se Wuzu tootne ki soorat mein zaroori tha ke Aap ﷺ us ki wazahat karte aur Namaz ke faasid hone ka zikr karte lekin Aap ﷺ ne aisa nahi kiya jis se ma’loom hota hai ke khoon nikalne se Wuzu nahi toot-ta hai. Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne apni “Sahih” mein Tarjumat-ul-Baab mein “Ta’leeqan” laa kar bhi bhi masla samjhaaya hai. Is Hadith ke zikr se Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne Ahnaaf ka radd kiya hai, jo kehte hain ke khoon nikalne se Wuzu toot jaata hai.
Hafiz Ibn-e-Hajar Asqalaani Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
و أراد المصنف بهذا الحديث الرد على الحنفية فى أن الدم السائل ينقض الوضوء​
“Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne yeh Hadith laa kar Ahnaaf ka radd kiya hai, jo yeh kehte hain ke behne waala khoon naqiz-e-Wuzu hai. ”

Faidah: Us ansaari Sahabi ka naam ’Abbad bin Bishr Radhiallahu Anhu tha aur Muhajir Sahabi Ammar bin Yasir Radhiallahu Anhu the. Ansaari Sahabi Surah Al-Kahf ki tilaawat kar rahe the. Yeh baat Imam Baihaqi Rahimahullah ne doosri sanad se apni kitaab “Dalaail-un-Nubuwwah” mein zikr ki hai.

➋ Hazrat Miswar bin Makhramah Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain:
ان عمر رضى الله عنه صلى وجرحه يثعب دما​
“Umar Radhiallahu Anhu is haalat mein Namaz padhte rahe ke un ke jism se khoon nikal raha tha.”
[Fath-ul-Baari: 1/280. Baihaqi aur Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah mein Sahih Sanad ke saath “Mausoolan marwi” hai. Dekhen, At-Talkhees-ul-Habeer: 1/114. Al-Muhalla: 1/260]

➌ Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ke baare mein marwi hai:
عصر ابن عمر بثرة فخرج منها الدم ولم يتوضا​
“Ibn-e-Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ne phunsi ko nichoda, us mein se khoon nikla magar unhon ne Wuzu nahi kiya.”
[Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah: 1/128, Hadith No: 1479]

Ek riwayat mein yeh alfaaz hain:
ثم صلى و لم يتوضاً​
“Phir Ibn-e-Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma ne Namaz ada ki lekin Wuzu nahi kiya.”
[Fath-ul-Baari: 1/280. Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah 1/128, Hadith No: 1473]

➍ Imam Taaus Rahimahullah se marwi hai:
انه كان لايري فى الدم السائل وضوءا يغسل عنه الدم ثم خسبه​
“Woh khoon nikalne se Wuzu karna zaroori nahi samajhte the, khoon ko apne aap se dho dete aur bas.”
[Fath-ul-Baari: 1/280]

➎ Imam Hasan Basari Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
ما زال المسلمون يصلون فى جراحاتهم​
“Musalmaan hamesha apne zakhmon ki haalat mein Namaz padhte rahe.”
[Fath-ul-Baari: 1/281]

In dalail se wazeh huwa ki khoon naqiz-e-Wuzu nahi hai.
Wuzu ke tootne ke mutalliq jo riwayatein pesh ki jaati hain, woh qaabil-e-hujjat nahi.

Agar khoon body par lag jaaye to insaan napaak nahi hoga. Agarche is masle mein ulama ka ikhtilaaf hai lekin sahih raaye yahi hai kiunki upar dalail zikr kiye gaye ki khoon nikalne ki halat mein bhi Sahaba Namaz padh rahe they, zahir si baat hai ki agar khoon niklega to body par bhi lagega. Lekin body par khoone lagne ke bawjood Namaz padhte rehna is baat ko bataata hai ki khoone lagne se insaan napaak nahi hota.
