Baaz logon ka ye mamool ban chuka hai ki awam ko mar'oob karne ke liye aye din har masale par ijma ka dawa karte firte hai , apni aadat se majboor logon ne is masle par bhi ijma ka dawa thonk diya , darasal unke pass masla jer e bahas me daleel ke name par Na Quran hai na Hadees, isliye ijma ke sahare roab dalne ki koshish kar rhe hai halakin nas e sharayi ke begair kisi bhi deeni masle par ijma na-mumkin hai .


Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne آداف زفاف mein badi tafsheel se masla wajeh kiya hai , aur hairat ki bat hai ki is masle me dawa e ijma ka qaul ek aise imam ki taraf mansoob kiya ja rha hai jisne kisi bhi masle par sire se muddayi ijma (ijma ka dawa karne wala) ko hi kazzab karar diya hai.

Chunacha kuch log kahte hai ki Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Rahimahullah ne 3 Din qurbani par ijma nakal kiya hai.

Arz hai ki Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Rahimahullah ki taraf mansoob ye baat qat'an maqzoob hai iske batil wa mardood hone ke liye bas yahi kaafi hai ki Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Rahimahullah ne kisi bhi masle par ijma ka dawa karne wale hi ko kazzab karar diya hai.

Jamhoor Ki Daleel (Yani 4 Din qurbani ke qayleen ki daleel) Jubair Bin Maut'im {Razi Allahu Anhu} ki Hadees hai , Mina ka har rasta qurbani gah hai aur Tashreeq ke tamam din jabah ke din hai , ise imam ahmad ne riwayat kiya hai , lekin iski sanad munqate hai Aur imam daraqutni ne ise mausool riwayat kiya hai aur iske rizaal siqa'a hai .

2] Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah ne kaha

أما أيـام نـخـر الـصـحـايا والهدايا فمختلف فيها على ثلاثة مذاهب : أحدها : وهو مذهب الشافعي وجمهور الصحابة والتابعين والفقهاء أنها أربعة أيام من يوم النحر إلى آخر أيام التشريق الثلاثة حتى تغيب شمسه.

Qurbani ke janwar aur Hadi ke janwar ko jabah karne ke ayyam me 3 tarah ka ikhtelaaf hai .

Jinme Pahla ye hai aur yahi Imam Safayi Rahimahullah aur Zamhoor Sahaba wa Tabeyeen aur fuqaha ka mauquf hai ki qurbani ke 4 din hai. Eid ke din se lekar Tashreeq ke teeno dino tak yaha tak ki Tashreeq ke akhiri din ka suraj guroob ho jaye

Khulasha E Bahas :- Qurani Aayaat , Ahadees e sahiha aur zamhoor salaf saleheen se is baat ka saboot milta hai ki qurbani ke kul 4 din hai .

Asr e Hazir Me Jamat E Hadees ka yahi muttafaqah mauquf hai . Muashareen me kibaar ahle Ilm ne is mauquf ki sharahat ki hai , Maslan Allama Albani Rahimahullah , Shaikh Bin Baaz Rahimahullah, Shaikh Usaimin Rahimahullah wagairah.
