🐇 Khargosh bil-ijmaa halaal hai.

✦ Allamah Qudoori Hanafi farmaate hain :
لا خلاف فيه لأحد من العلماء
"Khargosh ki hillath (halaal hone) mein kisi aalim ka ikhtelaaf nahi."

✦ Allamah Anwar Shaah Kaashmiri Sahab likhte hain:
الأرنب حلال عند الكل ونسب إلى الروافض تحريمه، والله أعلم​
"Khargosh sabke haan halaal hai, iski hurmath (haraam hona) rawaafiz se mansoob hai."

▪ Daleel: ❶

Sayyiduna Anas bin Maalik Raziallahu Anhu bayan karte hain:
مَرَرْنَا فَاسْتَنْفَجْنَا أَرْنَبًا بِمَرِّ الظَّهْرَانِ فَسَعَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَلَغَبُوا ‏.‏ قَالَ فَسَعَيْتُ حَتَّى أَدْرَكْتُهَا فَأَتَيْتُ بِهَا أَبَا طَلْحَةَ فَذَبَحَهَا فَبَعَثَ بِوَرِكِهَا وَفَخِذَيْهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَتَيْتُ بِهَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَبِلَهُ​
"Hum mar-iz-zahraan ke paas se guzar rahe thay, wahan humne ek khargosh ka peecha kiya, log uske peeche bhaage, magar thakk gaye, phir main (Anas bin Maalik) uske peeche bhaaga, bil aakhir maine usse pakad hee liyaa aur Sayyiduna Abu Talha Raziallahu Anha ko dey diyaa, unhone usey zubaah kiya aur uski dono raanein Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmath mein bhej diyen, main inhein lekar Rasoolullah ﷺ ke paas aaya tho Aap ﷺ ne inhein qabool farmaaya."

✦ Iss hadees ke baare mein Imaam Baghawi Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَى صِحَّتِهِ​
"Iss hadees ki sehath par ittefaaq hai."

✦ Iss hadees ke tehat Allamah Ibne Daqeeq al-'Eid Rahimahullah (mutawaffa: 702 hijri) farmaate hain:
الْحَدِيثُ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى جَوَازِ أَكْلِ الْأَرْنَبِ​
"Ye hadees daleel hai ke khargosh ka gosh khaana jaayaz hai."

Mukhzrami Taba'ee, Abu Rajaa'a 'Utaaridi Rahimahullah bayan karte hain:
خَرَجْنَا حُجَّاجًا , فَصَادَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ أَرْنَبًا فَذَبَحَهَا بِظُفْرِهِ فَشَوَاهَا فَأَكَلُوهَا , وَلَمْ آكُلْ مَعَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ، سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فَقَالَ؛ لَعَلَّكَ أَكَلْتَ مَعَهُمْ؟ فَقُلْتُ؛ لَا، قَالَ؛ أَصَبْتَ إِنَّمَا قَتَلَهَا خَنْقًا​
"Hum hajj ki niyyat se safar par nikle, tho (raaste mein) ek shaks ne khargosh ka shikaar kiya aur usey apne nakhoon se zibaah kiyaa, phir usey bhoona, logon ne khaaya, magar maine nahi khaaya, jab hajj ke baad hum madeena waapis aaye tho maine Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas Raziallahu Anhu se sawal kiyaa, tho unhone farmaya : shayad aapne bhi unke saath khaaya?? maine arz kiya: nahi, Aap Raziallahu Anhu ne farmaya: aapne accha kiya, usey (goya) galaa ghont kar maara gaya hai."

✦ Ubaid ibne Umair Rahimahullah se khargosh ke baare mein poocha gaya, toh farmaaya:
لَا بَأْسَ بِهَا​
"Khargosh ko khaane mein koi harj nahi."

✦ Abu Waseem Rahimahuah kehte hain ke maine Hasan bin Hasan bin Ali Rahimahullah se khargosh ke muta'alliq poocha tho farmaya:
أَعَافُهَا، وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهَا عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ​
"Mujhe pasand nahi lekin, main isey musalmaano par haraam nahi karta."

🔸 Abdur Rehman bin Abi Liilaa [Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba: 8/248, Wa Sanadahu Saheeh] aur Ikrimaa Maula Ibne Abbas [Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba: 8/248, Wa Sanadahu Hasan] khargosh ko makrooh khayal karte thay.

▪ B'az zaeef riwayaat mein hai ke khargosh ko haiz aata hai...

✦ Haafiz Ibne Hajar Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
لَوْ صَحَّ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى الْكَرَاهَةِ​
"Ye (haiz aane waali hadees) saabith bhi hojaye, tab bhi iss se karaahath saabith nahi
hoti."

✦ Allamah Ibne Aseer Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
اصْطَادَ صَدِيقٌ لَنَا أَرْنَبًا، فَرَآهُ وَلَهُ أُنْثَيَانِ وَذَكَرٌ وَفَرْجُ أُنْثَى، فَلَمَّا شَقُّوا بَطْنَهَا رَأَوْا فِيهَا حَرِيفَيْنِ، سَمِعْتُ هَذَا مِنْهُ وَمِنْ جَمَاعَةٍ كَانُوا مَعَهُ، وَقَالُوا؛ مَا زِلْنَا نَسْمَعُ أَنَّ الْأَرْنَبَ يَكُونُ سَنَةً ذَكَرًا وَسَنَةً أُنْثَى، وَلَا نُصَدِّقُ ذَلِكَ، فَلَمَّا رَأَيْنَا هَذَا​
"Hamaare ek dost ne khargosh ka shikaar kiya, usey dekha tho uske do (2) hisse, ek aala tanaasul (penis) aur maadah waali sharmgaah bhi thee, ye baath maine apne dost aur kayee doosre logon se suni hai jo ussi ke saath thay, unhone kaha : hum sunte aarahe hain ke khargosh ek saal nar (male) hota hai aur ek saal maadah (female), hum ye baath maan ne ko tayyaar naa thay, lekin jab humne khud ye sab dekha tho hum jaan gaye ke ye jab haamila hota hai tho maadah (female) hota hai aur saal guzarne ke baad ye narr (male) ban jaata hai, ya tho hota hee aisa hai, yaa phir khargoshon mein bhi mukhannas hote hain, jaise insaano mein hote hain - b'az insaano mein mard aur aurat dono ki sharmgaahein hoti hain - khargosh ko bhi haiz aata hai, jaise auraton ko aata hai - main jazeera mein rehta thaa, wahan mera ek padosi thaa uski ek safiyyah naami beti thee jo takreeban pandraah (15) saal tak ladki rahi, phir achaanak usmein mard ki tarah aala tanaasul (penis) namudaar huwa aur uski daadhi bhi nikal aayi, tho uski aurat waali sharamgaah bhi thee aur mard ki tarah aa le tanaasul bhi."
