Tarjumah:Tu Apni Lathi Daal De Moosa Ne Jab Use Halta Dekha Us Tarah Ke Goya Woh Ek Sanp Hai To Munh Mode Hue Pith Phair Kar Bhage Aur Palat Kar Bhi Na Dekha,Ay Moosa! Khauf Na Kha,Mere Huzur Me Paigambar Dara Nahi Karte.

واما من خاف مقام ربه ونهى النفس عن الهوى فإن الجنة هي الماوى.(النازعات:40-41)

Jawab: Beauty parlour mai gair shar'ye umoor se bachna boht mushki hai maslan abro tarashna, sar k baal chota krna, bila zrorat aurton ki muqamat-e-satr ko dekhna mehaz zebayesh k liye, kisi aurat ka haraam kaam ganay bjanay, ya shohar k ilawa dosray ajnabi mardon k liye singhar krna wgera. In k ilawa khen par mardon se ikhtlat hai to kisi khatoon ko is nokri k liye tanha ghr se bahir aamd-o-raft karni parti hai. In taam mufasid-o-na'jayez kaamo se bach kr aur shra'ye hudood mai reh kr agr koi aurat beauty parlour ka job kr skti hai to phir koi haraj nhe hai lekin agr gair shar'ye umoor se nhe bach skti hai to is surat mai ye job krna jayez nhe hoga. Shrabi ki namaz-e-janazah aur us mai shirkat ka ky hukum hai?

Jawab: Shrab peena haram aur gunah-e-kabeera hai, is ka murtakib baray saza ka mustahiq hai al'bata wo daeera-e-islam se kharij nhe hai. Gunah-e-kabeera ka murtakib honay ki wjah se fasiq o fajir khain gai. Aisy muslman ki namaz-e-janazah parhi jayai gi aur aam log is k janazah mai shareek hongay ta'hum dosron ki naseehat k liye ulma aur saleeh afraad is mai shirkat na krain.

Ikhri azaan dai kar dohari aqaamat keh saktay hain k nahi?

Jawab: Azaan ikhri nhe hoti aqaamat ikhri hoti hai, aur yehe asal hai jesa k hukme Rasool ﷺ moujod hai.

عن أنسٍ قال: أُمِرَ بلالٌ أن يَشْفَعَ الأذانَ، وأن يُوتِرَ الإقامةَ، إلَّا الإقامةَ. (صحيح البخاري:605)

Tarjumah: Hazrat Anas Radi ALLAH'hu Anh se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya: Hazrat Bilal Radi ALLAH'hu Anh ko ye hukum dia gaya tha k azaan mai juft (2, 2 martaba) kalimat kahay or takbeer mai qad qa'ma'tis'sallah k ilawa deegar kalimaat taaq (1, 1 martaba) kahay.

Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki yehe sunnat Aap ﷺ k zamanay mai mamool bhi the jesa k Sayedina Ibn Umar Radi ALLAH'hu Anhuma bayan krty hain:

إنما كان الأذانُ على عهدِ رسولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مرتين مرتين والإقامةُ مرةً مرةً غيرَ أنه يقولُ قد قامتِ الصلاةُ قد قامتِ الصلاةُ فإذا سمِعنا الإقامةَ توضأنا ثم خرجنا إلى الصلاةِ.(صحيح أبي داود:510)

Tarjumah: Rasool ALLAH ﷺ k zamanay mai azaan k kalimaat 2, 2 baar kahay jatay thay aur aqaamat (takbeer) k 1, 1 baar. Siwaye is k k muazin «قد قامت الصلاة قد قامت الصلاة» kaha karta tha (yani 2 baar) to jab hum aqamat suntay to wuzu kar k namaz k liye nikal partay.

Chun'k Abu Mahzoora wali riwayat jo k Sunan Ibn Majah, Sunan Nisaee, Sunan Abi Dawud aur Sahih Ibn Habban wgera mai hai aur Sahih darja ki hai is wjah se koi dohri aqaamat kahay to is mai bhi muzaeqa nhe hai.

Jawab: Namaz mai aq'aa ki 2 surtain hain, aik surat ki mumaniyt aaye hai or dusri surat masnoon hai. Aq'aa ki jo surat mamnoo hai wo ye hai k aadmi dono pindliaan aur raan khari rkhay aur sareen zameen par rkhay neez dono haath bhi zameen par hon. Aur aq'aa ki jo surat jayez hai wo ye hai k admi dono qadmon ko zameen par khara kar k airi pr sareen rkhay.

Jawab: Haqeeqat k etbar se wilayat ki tarteeb hai. Pehlay Baap phir Dada, phir Beta, phir sagay Bhai,, is tarhan sotela Bhai (baap ki janib se), phir sagay or sotaily Bhai ki aulad, phir haqeeqi Chacha, phir baap ki taraf se sotela chacha. Is tarteeb k saath in mai se jo zinda ho us ki wilayat mai larki ki shadi hogi aur nan'hayal se koi wali nhe banay ga.

Jawab: Qabristan ko usi halat mai chor dia jayai jis halat mai hai al'batta is k hifazti umoor jin se qabristan or mayyat ki be'hurmati na ho jayez hai maslan ghaira'bndi karna, matti barabar karna, gair'zrori ashiyaa ghaas'phoos or darakhat ukherna wgera jayez hain. Eesaye apnay qabristan ko bageecha ki tarhan ba'ronaq bnaty hain is wjah se ulma e islam ne qabristan mai shajar'kari se mana kia hai, ye koi zeenat ki jagah nhe hai k isay qumqamo or podon se ba'ronaq bnaya jayai. Ye ibrat ki jgah hai isay apni hay'et pr rehnay dia jayai. Agr mehaz saya hasil karnay ki garaz se chand aik darakht munasib jaghon par laga dia jayai to is mai koi haraj nhe hai. Yah Sunnat E Muakkidah Hai Yani Aysi Sunnat Hai Jis Ki Ziyada Taakid Aai Hai Is Liye Us Musalmaan Ko Jise Qurbaani Ke Waqt Janwar Kharidne Ki Taaqat Ho Use Qurbaani Dena Chaahiye Lekin Qurbaani Ke Waqt Kisi Ke Paas Waqti Taur Par Rupees Nahi To Udhaar Wagairah Kar Ke Bhi Qurbaani De Sakta Hai Bashart Yah Ke Qarz Ada Karne Ki Taaqat Rakhta Ho. Aur Woh Musalmaan Jis Ke Paas Janwar Kharidne Ki Taaqat Nahi Hai Magar Us Ke Paas Zameen Hai To Use Zameen Bech Kar Qurbaani Dene Ki Zaroorat Nahi Hai,Na Hi Qurbaani Dene Ke Liye Ghar Ka Saamaan Beche Kun Ke Yah Chize Zarooriyaat E Zindagi Hai Unki Insaan Ko Apne Zarooriyaat Ki Takmeel Ke Liye Zaroorat Hai. Hadees mai qiblah rukh thookna mana hai mgr kisi masjid mai qiblah ki janib he wuzu'khana ho to is ka kya hukum hai?

Jawab: Bila'shubah qibla ki janib thookna mana hai mgr qiblah ki janib wuzu karna mana nhe hai. Wuzu k aml mai thookna paya nhe jata hai, aik aml kulli aur aik aml naak ki sfayee bhi hai, qiblah rukh in amloon ki anjaam'dahi mai koi kharaj nhe hai. Agr kisi ko wuzu k waqat thooknay ki zarurat par jayai to dayain bayain thook sakta hai.
