Masturbation (Mushtzani) ka hukm aur uska ilaaj

Alhamdulillah:
Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke dalaail ke mutabiq mushtzani (khud lazzati, masturbation) haraam hai.
Quran-e-Majeed se dalaail:
Ibn-e-Kaseer Rahimahullah farmate hain:
Imam Shafa’ee Rahimahullah aur un ki muwafaqat karne waale ulama-e-kiraam ne haath se mani khaarij karne ke amal ko is Aayat se haraam qaraar diya hai:
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ¤ إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ​
“Aur woh log jo apni sharamgaahon ki hifaazat karte hain. Siwaaye apni biwiyon ke ya laundiyon ke jin ke woh Malik hain.”
[Surah Al-Muminoon, Ayat No: 5, 6]

Imam Shafa’ee Rahimahullah likhte hain:
Jab mominon ki sifat yeh bayan kar di gayi ke woh apni sharamgaahon ko apni biwiyon aur laundiyon ke siwa kahein iste’maal nahi karte, is se un ke alawah kahein bhi sharmgaah ka iste’maal haraam hoga... Phir Allah ﷻ ne isi baat ki mazeed takeed karte huwe farmaaya:
فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ​
“Chunanche jo log in ke alawah koi aur raasta talaash karenge to wahi log ziyaadti karne waale hain.”
[Surah Al-Muminoon, Ayat No: 7]

Is liye mardaana uzw-e-khaas (sharamgaah) ko sirf biwi aur laundi ke liye hi iste’maal kiya jaa sakta hai, is liye mushtzani halaal nahi hai, Wallahu A’lam.

Kuch ahl-e-ilm ne Allah ﷻ ke is farman se bhi mushtzani ko haraam qaraar diya:
وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ​
“Aur jo log nikah ki istita’at (taqat) nahi rakhte to woh us waqt tak iffat (paakdaamni) ikhtiyaar karen jab tak Allah ﷻ unhein apne fazl se be-niyaaz na kar de.”
[Surah An-Noor, Ayat No: 33]

Lehaza iffat (paakdaamni) ikhtiyaar karne ka matlab yeh hai ke shaadi ke alawah har tarah ki jinsi taskeen se sabr karen.

Ahadees-e-Nabawiyyah se mushtzani ke haraam hone ke dalaail:
Ulama-e-kiraam ne Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ood Radhiallahu Anhu ki riwayat ko daleel banaya hai jis mein hai ki:
عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ مَعَ عَلْقَمَةَ وَالْأَسْوَدِ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَابًا، لَا نَجِدُ شَيْئًا، فَقَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ، مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ؛ فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ ؛ فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ​
“Abdur Rehman bin Yazeed ne bayan kiya ki main Alqamah aur Aswad (Rahimahumullah) ke saath Abdullah bin Mas’ood Radhiallahu Anhu ki khidmat mein haazir huwa, unhon ne hum se kaha ke hum Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke zamaane mein naujawaan the aur hamein koi cheez muyassar nahi thi. Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne hum se farmaya ke naujawaano ki jama’at! Tum mein jise bhi nikah karne ke liye taaqat (shaadi ke kharch aur jima’ ki quwwat) ho use nikah kar lena chahiye kiunki yeh nazar ko neeche rakhne waala aur sharmgaah ki hifaazat karne waala amal hai aur jo koi nikah ki ghurbat (ghareebi) ki wajah se taaqat na rakhta ho use chaahiye ke Roza rakhe kiunki Roza us ki khwahishaat-e-nafsaani ko tod dega.
[Sahih Bukhari: 5066]

To Nabi ﷺ ne shaadi ki taqat na rakhne ki soorat mein Roza rakhne ki talqeen farmaayi hai halaanki Roza rakhna mushkil kaam hai, lekin Aap ﷺ ne mushtzani ki ijazat nahi di, jab ki mushtzani Roze ke comparison mein aasaan hal (solution) hai aur aisi soorat mein fauri hal (solution) bhi hai, lekin phir bhi Aap ﷺ ne us ki ijazat nahi di.
Is masle ke baare mein mazeed dalaail bhi hain lekin hum inhien par iktifaa (bus) karte hain. Wallahu A’lam.

Raha yeh masla ke jo shakhs is gunaah mein mubtala ho jaaye to us ke liye is beemari se bachne ke liye kayi mashware aur amali aqdamaat hain:
Is gunaah se bachne ka muharrik yeh ho ke mujhe Allah ﷻ ke hukm ki paasdaari karni hai aur Allah ﷻ ki naaraazgi se bachna hai.
Is beemari ko jad se ukhaad phenkne ke liye Rasoolullah ﷺ ki wasiyyat pe amal karen aur shaadi kar len.
Mushtzani aur masturbation ki taraf le jaane waale khayalaat aur waswason se door rahen, apne zehan aur fikr ko deeni aur dunyawi mufeed kaamon mein mashghool rakhen; kiunki waswason mein pad kar unhien mein ghirte chale jaane se waswason ka insaan par tasallut aur ghalba qaayim ho jaata hai aur phir beemari aadat ban jaati hai aur us se najaat paana mushkil ho jaata hai.
Nazron ki hifaazat karen; kiunki haijaan angez (jazbaat ko bhadkaane waali) photos ya videos dekhne se shehwat bhadakti hai aur insaan haraam kaam par lag jaata hai, isi liye Allah ﷻ ka farmaan hai:
قُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ​
“Aap keh den mominon ko ki woh apni nazrein jhuka kar rakhen.”
[Surah An-Noor, Ayat No: 30]

Isi tarah Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
يَا عَلِيُّ، لَا تُتْبِعِ النَّظْرَةَ النَّظْرَةَ فَإِنَّ لَكَ الْأُولَى وَلَيْسَتْ لَكَ الْآخِرَةُ​
“Aye Ali! (Ek) nazar ke baad (doosri martaba) nazar mat uthaao, kiunki tumhare liye pehli nazar (mu’aaf) hai aur doosri (mu’aaf) nahi hai.”
[Sunan Tirmizi: 2777, Sahih-ul-Jami’ (7953) mein Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isey “Hasan” qaraar diya hai]

Lehaza pehli nazar woh hai jo achaanak pad jaaye, to achaanak padne waali nazar mein koi gunaah nahi hai; lekin doosri nazar haraam hai, isi tarah aisi jaghon (places) se bhi door rahen jahan par haijaan angez soorat-e-haal (situation) paida hone ka khatra ho.
Mukhtalif qism ki Ibadaat mein masroof rahen aur gunaah ke liye fursat hi na chhoden.
Mushtzani se jismaani sihat par hone waale medically nuqsanaat ko zehan mein rakhen ke us se nazar kamzor hoti hai, a’saab dheele padte hain aur uzw-e-khaas (sharmgaah) bhi kamzor ho jaata hai, isi tarah kamar ka dard shuru ho jaata hai, ya isi tarah ke deegar nuqsanaat jo doctors bayan karte hain un sab ko zehan nasheen rakhen. Aise hi nafsiyaati nuqsanaat masalan: Zehni tanaao aur zameer ki malamat, in sab nuqsanaat mein se sab se badh kar yeh ke namazein barbaad ho jaayengi kiunki baar baar ghusl karna padega ya ghusl karne ko dil nahi chaahega khaas taur se jab sardiyon ka mausam ho, isi tarah Roza kharaab ho jaayega.
Apne aap ko di gayi ghalat tasalliyon se door karen; kiunki kuch naujawaan yeh samjhte hain ke apne aap ko zina ya liwatat (gay sex) se bachaane ke liye mushtzani jaaiz hai, halaanki aisa bhi ho sakta hai ke insaan zina ya homosexuality ke qareeb jaa hi na sakta ho.
Iraadi quwwat aur azm-e-musammam (pukhta iraada) har waqt saath ho, aur yeh ke apne aap ko shaitaan ke saamne dher mat karen, tanhaayi se bachen, masalan raat ko akele mat soyen.
Nabi ﷺ ka bataya huwa ilaaj apnaayen, yani Roze rakhen, kiunki Roza shehwaaniyat ko halka kar deta hai aur jinsi khwahish ko mo’tadil bana deta hai, albatta ghair munasib tareeqe mat apnaayen ke qasam utha len ki aaindah (next time) aisa nahi karunga, ya nazar maan len; kiunki agar aap ne dobarah yahi kaam kar liya to yeh qasam todne ki bina par imaan mein kami ka baa’is hoga, isi tarah aisi medicines mat iste’maal karen jo shehwat ko thanda kar den; kiunki un se medically aur jismaani nuqsanaat ho sakte hain, kiunki Sahih Ahadees mein yeh bhi mana hai ke insaan aisi cheezein khaaye jin se shehwat mukammal taur par khatm ho jaaye.
Sote waqt sone ke azkaar ki paabandi karen, daayen karwat par soyen aur munh ke bal ondha mat leten; kiunki Nabi ﷺ ne us tarah letne se mana farmaya hai.
Gunaahon se doori ikhtiyaar karen aur paakdaamni ka daaman kabhi na chhoden; kiunki haraam kaamon se ruke rehna hamaare liye laazmi hai; agarche nafs chaahta hai ke gunaah kare. Aur hamein yeh bhi ma’loom hona chaahiye ke jab nafs iffat aur paakdaamni ka aadi ho jaaye to phir yeh insaan ki fitrat-e-saaniyah ban jaati hai; kiunki Rasoolullah ﷺ ka farman hai:
مَنْ يَسْتَعْفِفْ يُعِفَّهُ اللَّهُ​
“Jo shakhs paakdaamni chaahe Allah ﷻ use paakdaamni ata kar deta hai.”
[Sahih Bukhari: 1469]

Agar insaan is (mushtzani) gunaah mein mubtala ho bhi jaaye to fauran taubah aur istighfaar kar len, neki karen, maayusi aur udaasi ka shikaar na hon; kiunki yeh kabeerah gunaahon mein se hai.
Aakhir mein yeh hai ke Allah ﷻ se sachche dil ke saath gidgida kar dua karen ke is buri aadat se najaat dila de, ho sakta hai ki sab se mu’assir ilaaj yahi ho; kiunki Allah ﷻ dua karne waale ki dua sunta hai jab bhi woh Allah ko pukaarta hai.
