Namaz e Fajr ka waqt

عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُمْ تَسَحَّرُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ قَامُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، قُلْتُ : كَمْ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ قَالَ : قَدْرُ خَمْسِينَ أَوْ سِتِّينَ، يَعْنِي آيَةً​
Tarjumah: Anas Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Zaid bin Sabit Radhiallahu Anhu ne un se bayan kiya ke un logon ne (ek martaba) Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke saath Sehri khaayi, phir Namaz ke liye khade ho gaye. Main ne daryaaft kiya ke un dono ke darmiyaan kis qadar faasla raha hoga. Farmaaya ke jitna 50 ya 60 Aayat padhne mein lagta hai utna faasla tha.

Is Hadees se maloom huwa ke Fajr ki Namaz jaldi aur andhere mein padhni chahiye.
Sahih Bukhari (1/82 Hadees no: 578) aur Sahih Muslim (1/230 Hadees no: 645) ki Hadees e Aisha Radhiallahu Anha mein likha huwa hai ke hum Nabi ﷺ ke sath Fajr ki Namaz padti thien, jab Namaz khatm ho jaati to apne gharon ko chali jatein aur andhere ki wajah se koi shakhs bhi hamein aur Nisa ul Momineen (Momineen ki aurton) ko pehchan nahi sakta tha.

Tirmizi ki jis riwayat mein aaya hai:
أَسْفِرُوا بِالْفَجْرِ فَإِنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ لِلْأَجْرِ​
Tarjumah: Fajr ki Namaz isfaar (jab roshni hone lage) mein padho kiunki is mein bada ajr hai. (Trimizi: 154)
Woh us Hadees se Mansookh hai jis mein aaya hai ke:
Nabi ﷺ wafaat tak Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padhte rahe hain. Hadees mein aaya hai:
ثُمَّ كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ التَّغْلِيسَ حَتَّى مَاتَ، وَلَمْ يَعُدْ إِلَى أَنْ يُسْفِرَ​
Tarjumah: Phir Aap ﷺ ki Namaz (Fajr) wafaat tak andhere mein thi aur Aap ne (us din ke baad) kabhi roshni mein Namaz nahi padhi.

❗Ise Ibn e Khuzaima (1/181 Hadees no: 352), Ibn e Hibban (Al-Ehsaan: 3/5 Hadees No: 1446), Al-Hakim (1/192,193) aur Khataabi ne sahih qarar diya hai, Usama bin Zaid Al-Laithi ki Hadees Hasan darje ki hoti hai. Dekhiye Siyar A’laam An-Nubala (6/343) waghera, yani Usama mazkoor Hasan ul Hadees Rawi hai.

Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya:
وَصَلِّ الصُّبْحَ وَالنُّجُومُ بَادِيَةٌ مُشْتَبِكَةٌ​
Tarjumah: Aur subah ki Namaz us waqt padho jab sitaare saaf zahir aur baaham uljhe huwe hon.
(Mo’atta Imam Malik: 1/7 Hadees no: 6, is ki Sanad Sahih hai)

Ek riwayat mein aaya hai ke Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya:
والصبح بغلس​
Tarjumah: Aur subah ki Namaz andhere mein padho.
(As-Sunan Al-Kubra Lil-Baihaqi: 1/456, is ki Sanad Hasan hai. Haris bin Amr Al-Huzali ki Hadees Hasan darje se kam nahi hoti)

Is Farooqi hukm ke bar’aks (opposite) deobandi aur barelwi hazraat sakht roshni mein subah ki Namaz padhte hain aur phir yeh dawa bhi karte hain ke “Hum Khulafa e Rashideen ki Sunnat par amal karte hain.” Sub-Hanallah!

Imam Tirmizi Rahimahullah farmate hain:
وَهُوَ الَّذِي اخْتَارَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِنْهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ، وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الشَّافِعِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ، يَسْتَحِبُّونَ التَّغْلِيسَ بِصَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ​
Tarjumah: Nabi ﷺ ke Ashaab mein se kayi ne isey ikhtiyar kiya hai, un mein Abu Bakr aur Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma aur un ke baad ke Tabi’een hain. Shafi’ee, Ahmed aur Ishaq (bin Raahwiyah) ka yahi qaul hai. Yeh Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padhna pasand karte hain.

⚠ Tambeeh: Is silsile mein Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu ka sareeh amal sahih sanad se nahi mila. Neez dekhiye Sharah Ma’ani Al-Asaar Lit-Tahawi (1/181,182) Wallahu A’lam.

Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari aur Abdullah bin Az-Zubair Radhiallahu Anhuma subah ki Namaz andhere mein padhte they.
Dekhiye Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaibah (1/320 Hadees no: 3239 aur 3240, in dono ki Sanad Sahih hai)

Khalifa Umar bin Abdul Aziz Rahimahullah ne hukm jaari kiya ke Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padho.

Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu ko hukm diya ke subah ki Namaz andhere mein padho aur lambi qirat karo.

Behtar yahi hai ke subah ki Namaz andhere mein shuru ki jaaye aur us mein lambi qirat ki jaaye.
Hamaare yahan deobandi hazraat subah ki Namaz Ramadhan mein sakht andhere mein padhte hain, aur baqi maheeno mein khoob roshni kar ke padhte hain, pata nahi fiqah ka woh kon sa kulliya ya chuziyya hai jis se woh is tafreeq par amal karte hain, chunki Sehri ke baad sona hota hai is liye woh fareeza e Namaz jaldi ada karte hain. Yeh amal woh itebaa’ e Sunnat ke jazbe se nahi karte kiunki bid’ati shakhs ko Allah Taala apne pyare Habeeb Muhammed ﷺ ki sunnat par amal karne ki taufeeq hi nahi deta.
Note: Yeh mazmoon Maahnama Isha’at ul Hadees, Shumara No: 28 (September: 2006) se liya gaya hai.
