Walaikum Assalam Warehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne Sahih Bukhari mein ek riwayat zikr ki hai:
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ne bayan kiya ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya ke Hazrat Musa Alaihissalam bade hi sharm waale aur badan dhaanpne waale the. Un ki haya ki wajah se un ke badan ka koi hissah bhi nahi dekha jaa sakta tha. Bani Israel ke jo log unhein aziyyat (takleef) pahunchane ke dar pe the. Woh kiun baaz reh sakte the, un logon ne kehna shuru kiya ke is qadar badan chupane ka ihtimaam sirf is liye hai ke in ke jism mein aib hai ya koodh hai ya in ke khusyatain badhe huwe hain ya phir koi aur beemari hai. Idhar Allah Taala ko yeh manzoor huwa ke Musa Alaihissalam ki un ki hafwaat (bakwaas) se paaki dikhlaaye. Ek din Hazrat Musa Alaihissalam akele ghusl karne ke liye aaye ek paththar par apne kapde (utaar kar) rakh diye. Phir ghusl shuru kiya. Jab faarigh huwe to kapde uthaane ke liye badhe lekin paththar un ke kapdon samet bhaagne laga. Hazrat Musa Alaihissalam ne apna asaa (laathi) uthaaya aur paththar ke peeche daude. Yeh kehte huwe ke paththar! Mera kapda de de. Aakhir Bani Israel ki ek jamaat tak pahunch gaye aur un sab ne aap ko nanga dekh liya, Allah ki makhlooq mein sab se behtar haalat mein aur is tarah Allah Taala ne un ki tohmat se un ki baraat kar di. Ab paththar bhi ruk gaya aur Aap ne kapda utha kar pehna. Phir paththar ko apni laathi se maarne lage. Khuda ki qasam us paththar par Hazrat Musa Alaihissalam ke maarne ki wajah se teen ya chaar ya paanch jagah nishaan pad gaye the. Allah Taala ke is farmaan “Tum un ki tarah na ho jaana jinhon ne Musa Alaihissalam ko aziyyat di thi, phir un ki tohmat se Allah Taala ne unhein bari qaraar diya aur woh Allah ki baargaah mein badi shaan waale aur izzat waale the” mein isi waqiya ki taraf ishaara hai.

Is Hadees se ulama e kiraam ne istedlaal kiya hai ki agar tanhaayi mein ho to nanga hona jaaiz hai, khaas kar jab koi zaroorat ho masalan ghusl waghera ki halat. Is jawaaz ke aksar ulama e kiraam qaail hain, jaisa ki Hafiz Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah ne Fatah ul Baari mein Zikr kiya hai.

Aur Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne is Hadees par baab bandhte huwe likha hai:
“Tanhaayi mein akele nange ho kar ghusl karne, aur parda karne waale ke mutalliq bayan, aur parde mein rehna afzal hai ke mutalliq baab”

Parde ki afzaliyyat Sunan Tirmizi ki Hadees se saabit hai, Imam Tirmizi Rahimahullah ne use Hasan aur Imam Hakim ne use Sahih qarar diya hai, woh riwayat yeh hai:
Muawiya bin Haidah Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ke main ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Hum apni sharamghaahein kis qadar khol sakte hain aur kis qadar chupana zaroori? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Tum apni sharamgaah apni biwi aur apni laundi ke siwa har ek se chupaao, main ne fir kaha: Jab log mil jul kar reh rahe hon (to hum kya aur kaise karen) Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Tab bhi tumhari har mumkin koshish yahi honi chahiye ke tumhari sharamgaah koi na dekh sake, main ne phir kaha: Allah ke Nabi! Jab aadmi akela ho? Aap ne farmaya: Logon ke maqabil Allah to aur ziyadah mustahiq hai ke us se sharam ki jaye.
