*1. Sub se Phele Allah ka zikar karre*
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Farmate hai:
Jo log imaan laaye unn ke dil Allah Ta'aalaa ke zikr se itminan hasil karte hein. Yaad rakho Allah Ta'aalaa ke zikr se hi dilon ko tasalli hasil hoti hai.

*2 Mayous Nahi hona*

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Farmate hai:
Allah Ta'aalaa ki rehmat se na-umeed na hojao.
Surah Number 12 Aayat Number 87

Hamesha Allah se Khair Ki Ummeed Rakho.

*3 Ap ne Se Niche Ya ap ne se Bure Hal wale ki Taraf nazar rakh na*
Jab bhi ap ne se Kam tar logo ko dekh te ho To ak Ehsas Hota hai ki Allah ne Muje itni Buri Halat mai Nahi Rakha (Alhamdulillah)

*3.Pareshaani per sabar karna*
Jaise Ki Hum sub jante hai Iss duniya mai to Pareshaani Khatam Nahi hone Wali *To Bhetar yeh hai ki Hum sabar karre Or Allah ki Madat Talab karre*

*4Namaz(Salah)*

Namaz (Salah) yeh ak zariya hai Allah se Taaluk Ko Bhetar Banane ka Or ap ni Halat ko Sahi or Thik karne ka. *Jab Hum Salah padte hai To hamara Pura Yakin hota hai ki Allah Madat karenga.

*5 Dua karna*

Dua karne Se Positive Thinking aati Allah meri Dua ko Kabul karenga Or Insha allah Yeh Pareshaani ko Allah dur Karenga.

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Farmate hai:
Aur tumhare Rabb ka farman hai ke mujh se dua karo mein tumhari duaon ko qubool karoon ga

*6 Healthy food Acha Kahana*

Hamesha ap Ne Khane per bhi dhan de Khane per se bhi Negative Or Positive thoughts aate hai iss ka asar hamare Physical Mental health per hota hai *To Healthy Food Refer kare*

*7 Exercise karna*
Stress Tension Or Physical Weakness Dur karta agar per ap ke Body ko fit rakh te ho Exercise karte ho iss bhi madat hongi.

*8 Hamesha Busy Rehna*
Negative Thoughts Tab Jab Jada aate Jab hum Koi Kam nahi karte Or Soch mai hote hai. To Ignore karna bhi Mushkil hota hai isliye hamesha busy Rahe.

*9 Family Ke sath Time spend karna*
Hum Jo kuch bhi karte hai hamare Family ke liye Per aj Hum Family ko Time hi nahi dete Agar hum Family ke sath time spend karre to Ak positive feeling aati hai share karna *Communication masbut karre*

*10 Hamesha Muskurana (smile karte rehna)*
*Smile Is Sunnah*

Smile karne se bhot zada Stress Tension Negative Feelings kam hoti. Hum bhul hi jate hai ki kya pareshaani thi.

*Abhi bhi Smile kardo Paise nahi lagte per acha lagta hai*

Pehli baat: Aapki post mein reference shaamil kar diya gaya hai.
Doosri baat: Post yahan share karne se pehle ek baar recheck zaroor kiya karen. Aur agar aap alim nahi hain to kisi alim se check karwaa liya karen.
Teesri baat: Jab bhi yahn kuch share karen wahtsapp ki formating etc hata diya karen. Posy dekhne mein khoobsurat lagegi.
Chauthi baat: Aap apna introduction bhi den taaki hum aap se aur ziyadah faida haasil kar saken.
