Ramadhan se mutalliq baaz ghalat fehmiyon ka izaala

Ramadhan se mutalliq logon mein kayi ghalat fehmiyan paayi jaati hain. Chand ghalat fehmiyon ka izaala is mukhtasar se mazmoon mein kiya jaa raha hai taaki un baton ki haqeeqat hamein pehle se maloom rahe aur apne alawah doosron ko bhi un se aagah karen:
Ramadhan ka isteqbaal karne ki koi makhsoos dua ya koi makhsoos tareeqa nahi hai aur na hi isteqbaal e Ramadhan mein us se ek do din pehle roza rakhna saabit hai balki mumani’at ki Hadees aayi hai.
Ramadhan ka chaand dekhna har ek ko zaroori nahi hai, kuch ne dekh liya to kaafi hai, isi tarah qabil e aitemaad khabron ke zariye Ramadhan ke chaand ka suboot milne par roza rakha jaayega.
Logon ke andar yeh ghalat fehmi hai ke roza rakhne ki koi makhsoos dua hai jabki aisi koi baat nahi balki roza rakhne ke liye sirf niyat ki zaroorat hai jo sehri khaane se pehle pehle kisi bhi waqt kar sakte hain aur sehri khaana masnoon hai.
Kuch log yeh sochte hain ke roze ki haalat mein ihtehlaam hone se roza toot jaata hai. Is wajah se agar kisi ko din mein ihtehlaam ho jaaye to apna roza tod leta hai jo ke bahut badi ghalati hai. Ihtehlaam se roza nahi toot-ta. Ihtehlaam hone par bus ghusl kar le.
Kuch log yeh sochte hain ke janabat yani napaaki ki haalat mein sehri nahi khayi jaati. Yeh bhi ghalat hai. Napaaki ki haalat mein bhi sehri khaa sakte hain albatta Fajr se pehle ghusl kar le taaki jamaat se Fajr ki namaz padh sake.
Roze ki haalat mein biwi se jimaa’ (hambistri) karna mana hai. Hansi mazaaq karna, bosa lena jaaiz hai lekin shart yeh hai ke jimaa’ mein waaqe’ hone ka khatra na ho. Raat mein biwi se jimaa’ kar sakte hain.
Roze ki haalat mein aurat apne bachche ko doodh pila sakti hai is se roza nahi toot-ta hai. Haamla aur doodh pilaane waali aurton ko roza rakhne se bachche ko ya khud ko nuqsan na ho to woh roza bhi rakh sakti hain.
Baghair namaz ada kiye bhook piyaas bardasht karne waale samajhte hain ke hamara bhi roza sahih hai jabki namaz ki adaigi na karne waale ka koi amal qabool nahi hoga. Haan baghair taraweeh padhe roza durust hai magar chunki Ramadhan mein qiyam-ul-lail ka sawaab bahut hi ziyadah hai is liye taraweeh ka bhi khaas ehtimaam karna chahiye.
Ramadhan mein agar koi shadi karna chaahe to koi harj nahi, roze ki halat mein biwi se hambistri mana hai, raat mein ijazat hai.
Roze mein baghair taqat waala injection, kaan aur aankh mein drops istemaal kar sakte hain isi tarah kam asar waala paste bhi istemaal kar sakte hain. Yeh amal raat tak mu’akhkhar kar le to behtar hai albatta naak mein drops daalne ke mutalliq ikhtilaaf hai use bhi raat tak mu’akhkhar kar liya jaaye to ziyadah behtar hai.
Roze ki haalat mein ajnabi ladki se baat kar li ya film dekh liya, gana sun liya, taash khel liya ya cricket waghera mein waqt barbaad kar diya to in baaton se roza nahi toot-ta magar ajnabi ladki se baat karna, film dekhna aur gaana sunna haraam hai aur yeh na sirf Roze ki haalat mein mana hain balki aam dino mein bhi mana hain aur waqt ko barbaad karne waale kaamon masalan taash aur cricket waghera se bachna behtar hai taaki faraiz aur waajibaat ki adaaigi mein kotaahi na ho. Agar yeh kaam shart wala ho to haraam hai.
Roze ki halat mein thook nigalne se roza fasid nahi hota magar balgham bahar nikaal dena chahiye kiunki us mein bemari hai, isi tarah Roze ki halat mein khoon nikalne se ya anjaane mein halaq mein kuch chale jaane se roza nahi toot-ta.
Kuch aurtein yeh tasawwur karti hain ke Roze mein hijaab mein na rehne se Roza toot jaata hai. Yeh bhi ghalat hai. Hum yeh kahenge ke khatoon ke liye hijaab Ramadhan aur ghair Ramadhan dono mein hamesha zaroori hai, be pardagi ka talluq Roza tootne se nahi hai.
Ramadhan mein aam taur se logon ke kirdaar se maloom hota hai ke Islam mein achchaayi ka talluq sirf Ramadhan se hi hai. Halaanki achchaayi hamesha achchaayi hai aur buraayi hamesha buraayi hai. Is liye musalmanon ko Ramadhan ke baad bhi Ramadhan ki tarah hi achchaayi ki taraf raghbat aur buraayi se doori ikhtiyaar karni chahiye.
Cigarette peena haraam ke saath saath Roze ke baatil hone ka bhi sabab hai kiunki is ka asar me’de tak jaata hai.
Sooraj doobne ke baad iftaari mein ehtiyaat karna saraasar Shari’at ki khilaaf warzi hai. Yeh ghalati ahnaaf aur barelwiyon ke yahan paayi jaati hai.
Logon mein yeh baat mashhoor hai ke iftaar ke waqt bande aur Rabb ke darmiyan ka parda utha diya jaata hai. Is baat ki koi haqeeqat nahi hai. Yeh kisi Sahih Hadees mein mazkoor nahi.
Taraweeh ki Namaz mein har do rak’at par buland aawaaz se koi khaas zikr padhne ka koi suboot nahi hai.
Yeh baat bhi kisi Sahih Hadees se saabit nahi hai ke Ramadhan mein faut hone se hisaab o kitaab nahi hota aur woh bina hisaab jannat mein chala jaata hai. Ek Hadees is tarah ki aati hai ke jo Allah ki raza ke liye roza rakhe aur usi haalat mein mar jaaye to jannat mein daakhil hoga. (Ahmed: 23324)
Kuch log Zakat dene ke liye Ramadhan ka intizaar karte hain yeh bhi durust nahi hai. Zakat ka talluq nisaab aur saal poora hone se hai. Nisaab tak pahunchne ke baad jaise hi saal poora ho jaaye Zakat ada kar de is ke liye takheer karna aur Ramadhan ka intizaar karna sahih nahi hai albatta agar Ramadhan mein saal poora hota ho ya Shawwaal mein to kuch peshgi (advance) Zakat di jaa sakti hai. Haan is maheene mein kasrat se sadqa de sakte hain jaisa ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se saabit hai.
➋➊ 27 ki raat sadqa karna kuch logon ke yahan khaas hai. Is ka matlab huwa ke 27 ki raat hi Shab e Qadr hai jabki yeh raat har saal muntaqil hoti rehti hai. Kabhi 21, kabhi 23, kabhi 25, kabhi 27 aur kabhi 29 ki raat hoti hai. In raaton mein neki aur bhalaayi ke kaam karna bade ajr ka kaam hai. Bhalaayi ke kaamon mein sadqa bhi hai lehaza baghair 27 ki raat khaas kiye in sabhi raton mein sadqa aur khairat kare taaki Shab e Qadr paane ka imkaan ho.
➋➋ Ramadhan ke aakhir mein har jagah aur har kisi ki zabaan par yeh jumla (sentence) aam hota hai ke is saal fitraana kitna rupiya hai? Goya logon ne raqm ko hi fitraana samajh rakha hai aur unhein guide karne waale ulama bhi aise hi hain jo pehle se calculator se hisaab kiye baithe hote hain. Fitraane ki asal par head 2.30kg anaaj hai. Fitra dene wala khaane ke kisi bhi anaaj se 2.30kg de sakta hai. Ek rate lagaane waale ulama ko anaaj ke bajaye rupiya nikaalne aur ek makhsoos anaaj ka rate fix karne ka kis ne ikhtiyar diya hai? Ulama ko chahiye ke logon ko Fitraane ki haqeeqat batayen taaki Fitraana lene aur dene waale tamam logon ko aasani ho. Yeh alag baat hai ke zaroorat ke waqt Fitraane ki raqam bhi nikaali ja sakti hai.
