Deen e Islam ek mukammal zaabta e hayaat hai, is mein insaanon ki har qism ki rahnumaayi maujood hai yahi wajah hai ke musalmanon ki zindagi deegar qaumon ke muqable mein behtar aur wazeh hai balke yun kaha jaaye ke jab kisi musalman ko sho’ba e hayaat se mutalliq koi masla darpesh hota hai to us ka hal Quran o Hadees mein mil jaata hai. Aaj zamana kaafi taraqqi kar gaya hai, aaj se sirf 50 saal pehle bahut saari cheezein maujood nahi thein magar science aur technology ki taraqqi ne insaanon ko be shumaar inventions se waaqif karaya, zindagi ke mukhtalif sho’bajaat mein aasaniyan faraham ki, ilaaj o mu’alija ke naye naye darwaaze khole. Bahut saari bemaariyon ko jo kal tak la-ilaaj samjhi jaati thein ya un ka ilaaj mushkil tareen marahil se guzar kar kamyaab huwa karta tha aaj un mein badi sahulat aur taraqqi aa gayi hai. Islam science aur taraqqi ke mukhalif nahi hai, woh jadeed wasaail ko ikhtiyar karne ki ijazat deta hai jo shar’an islam se mutasadim (takraate) na hon. Ilaaj ke mu’amle mein haraam cheezon se ilaaj karna jaaiz nahi hai lekin agar ilaaj haraam cheez ki milawat se paak ho to har qism ke wasail aur dawaaon ka istemaal jaaiz hai.

Ramadhan ul Mubarak ka maheena musalmanon ke liye intehaayi pur-masarrat aur be-panah fuyooz o barkaat ka haamil hai, is wajah se is mubarak maheene mein muslim qaum deeni aitbaar se deegar tamam maheeno ke muqable mein ziyadah mohtaat, chaaq o chauband, deeni ghairat o hamiyyat se labrez, ajr o sawaab ke husool ki khawahishmand, neki ki taraf sabqat (jaldi) karne waali aur Allah ki khushnodi ke liye din mein roza rakhne waali aur raaton ko qiyam ul lail se munawwar karne waali nazar aati hai.

Jab science aur technology ne zamaane ko nai inventions aur barqi ijadat o iktishafaat se waaqif karaya to musalmanon ko un ke mutalliq shar’ee haisiyat janne ki zaroorat padi, is mukhtasar mazmoon mein tibb (medical) se mutalliq jadeed masail ka shar’ee mauqif bayan kiya gaya hai jin se ek musalman ko khusoosan mareez ko dochar hona padta hai.
➊ Miswaak, Tooth Brush aur Tooth Paste:
Rozedaar ke liye raat aur din ke kisi hisse mein miswaak karna sunnat hai. Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha farmaati hain ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
السِّوَاكُ مَطْهَرَةٌ لِلْفَمِ، مَرْضَاةٌ لِلرَّبِّ​
Tarjumah: Miswaak munh ki pakeezgi aur Allah Taala ki razamandi ka zariya hai.
(Sunan Nasai: 5)

Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah farmaate hain ke agar miswaak ka maza aur asar thook mein aa jaaye to rozedaar ko chaahiye ke thook aur zaaiqa na nigle.

Albatta tooth brush aur paste ka istemaal karte waqt hamein yeh dekhna hai ke paste qawi ul asar hai ya ghair qawi ul asar, kiunki bazaar mein maujood paste dono tarah ke hain.
Agar paste qawi ul asar ho yani us ka asar me’de tak pahunchta ho to aisa paste istemaal na kiya jaaye.

Aur agar paste ka asar me’da tak nahi pahunchta ho sirf halaq tak mehdood rehta ho to us ke istemaal mein koi harj nahi.

➋ Qatraat (drops) ka istemaal:
Zaroorat ke tehat aankh aur kaan mein qatraat (drops) daalna koi harj ki baat nahi, is se roza nahi tootta kiunki jo qatraat aankh ya kaan mein daale jaate hain un ka asar me’de tak nahi pahunchta, agar bil-farz yeh baat tasleem bhi kar li jaaye ke qatraat me’de mein hulool karte hain to do teen boond ka asar aankh se beh kar ya kaan se tapak kar me’de tak kis miqdaar mein jaayega? Zahir si baat hai woh mamooli si miqdaar hogi aur is miqdaar ka asar roze ke liye kisi tarah ke nuqsaan ka baa’is nahi hai. Aankh aur kaan ke mutalliq arab ke mashaaikh hazraat bhi is ke jawaaz ka fatwa dete hain lekin naak ke mutalliq adm e jawaaz ka fatwa hai. Is ki bunyaad yeh hadees hai:
وَبَالِغْ فِي الِاسْتِنْشَاقِ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ صَائِمًا​
Tarjumah: Roze ki halat mein wuzu karte waqt naak mein mubalgha ke saath paani mat daalo.
(Abu Dawood: 142)

Baaz ahl e ilm jawaz ka bhi fatwa dete hain taham ehtiyaat karte huwe in tamam qism ke qatraat ko raat tak mu’akhkhar kar liya jaaye to behtar aur afzal hai.

➌ Behoshi:
Kabhi kabhi insaan par behoshi ke halaat taari hote hain is ki kayi soortein ho sakti hain masalan kisi haadse mein shikaar ho kar behosh ho jaaye ya ilaaj ki gharz se behosh kiya jaaye. Is se mutalliq ahkaam neeche bayaan kiye jaa rahe hain:
Naak mein gas sungha kar ya chinese tareeqe se hassas jagah par sue chubha kar baaz hisse ko behosh karne se roza nahi toot-ta hai.

Mareez ki ragg mein saree ul amal injunction laga kar makhsoos muddat ke liye aqal ko maoof karna bhi naaqiz e roza nahi hai.

Mareez ne behoshi se pehle roze ki niyyat kar li aur phir behosh huwa aur ghuroob e shams se pehle pehle ifaaqa ho gaya (yani hosh mein aa gaya) to us ka roza sahih hai magar ghuroob e aftaab ke baad ifaaqa hone par roza nahi durust hoga. Is liye aise roze ke mutalliq behtari isi mein hai ke us ki qaza kar li jaaye.

Behoshi agar lambi muddat maheena do maheena wali ho to use junoon par qiyaas kiya jaayega aur farz roze choot jaane par us ki qaza ka mukallaf nahi thehraya jaayega. Allah Taala ne insaan ko us ki taaqat se ziyadah ka mukallaf nahi banaaya hai.

➍ Pochna, nishtar aur nakseer ka hukm:
Pochna (cupping) ke silsile mein do tarah ki Ahadees waarid hain baaz riwayaat mein zikr hai ke pochna lagaane se roza toot jaata hai jabki doosri riwayaat se saabit hota hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne roze ki halat mein pochna lagwaaya (Sahih Bukhari) aur doosron ke liye seengi lagaane ki rukhsat bhi di. (Tabrani, Daraqutni)

Baaz ulama ne roza tootne waali riwayaat ko mansookh mana hai aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke amal ya ummat ko rukhsat dene waali riwayaat ko nasikh mana hai. Is liye roze ki haalat mein hajamat karne se roza fasid nahi hota. Albatta aksar o beshtar ahl e ilm ki nazar mein seengi naaqiz e roza hai lehaza ikhtilaaf se bachne ke liye main yeh mahswara dunga ke is amal ko raat tak mu’akhkhar kar le.

➎ Jism ke androoni hisse mein aalaat ya pipe daakhil karna:
Mareez ko ilaaj ki gharz se kabhi me’de mein ya zarooratan kabhi maq’ad mein ya sinaf e naazuk ke agli aur pichli sharamgaah mein aalaat ya pipe waghera daakhil kiye jaate hain taaki androoni hisse ka check up kiya jaaye. Is ki mukhtalif shaklen aur tareeqe hain.

In halaat mein ghaur talab baat yeh hai ke agar awzaar ya aalaat ke istemaal mein ghizaayi mawaad ho to roza fasid shumaar hoga, aur yunhi bagarz e mu’aina ya ilaaj ki khatir ghair gizaayi mawaad ka istemaal ho to roza fasid nahi hoga. Darasal yeh amal injunction ke mushabeh hai aur usi tarah ke ahkaam bhi laagu honge.

➏ Teeka lagana (injection):
Teeka chaahe jild (skin) mein lage, chaahe gosht mein lage ya phir nas mein lage. Agar un teekon mein ghizaayi mawaad nahi to roza durust hai warna roza fasid hoga.

Sugar ke mareez ka teeka lagaana bhi jawaaz ke qabeel se hai.

Sharyaan (artery) mein mustaqil lagi rehne waali suiyon ka bhi yahi hukm hai.

➐ Gurdon ki safaayi (dialysis):
Gurdon ke mareez ko dialysis kiya jaata hai aur is ke mukhtalif tareeqe hain magar jitne bhi tareeqe raaij hain un mein ghizaayi dawaaon ka istemaal hota hai is liye shar’ee nuqta e nazar se dialysis ka amal naaqiz e roza hai. Agar baghair ghizaayi dawaaon ke ilaaj mumkin ho to phir roza durust hoga.

➑ Khoon ka atiyah (blood donation):
Zaroorat padne par rozedaar apna khoon checkup kara sakta hai aur kisi doosre mareez ko apna khoon nikaal kar donate bhi kar sakta hai. Yeh amal roze par asar-andaaz nahi hota, yahi Shaikh Ibn e Baz Rahimahullah ki bhi raaye hai.

➒ Tikyon ka istemaal (tablets):
Dil ki baaz beemariyon ke liye doctors tikyon ka nuskha dete hain, yeh tikyan zabaan ke neeche rakhi jaati hain aur fauran munh mein tahleel ho jaati hain (yani ghul jaati hain), aisa karne se mareez ko raahat mehsoos hoti hai.

Aise mareez se mutalliq Shaikh Ibn e Baz Rahimahullah se sawaal kiya gaya ke aisi tikyon ke baare mein kya hukm hai jise dil ke mareez zabaan ke neechae rakhte hain, woh roza bhi doctor ke mashware se rakhte hain lekin basa-auqaat iftaar se chand minute pehle dil mein dard shuru ho jaata hai to apni zabaan ke neeche rakh lete hain taake aaraam mil jaye?
Shaikh ne jawaab diya: Zabaan ke neeche tikya rakhne se roza toot jaata hai is liye ke jaan boojh kar is ka zayeqa halaq ke neeche utarta hai.
(Al-Fatawa Ash-Shar’iyyah Ala-al-Mushkil Min-al-Masaail-it-Tibbiyyah: 54, 55)

Baaz deegar ulama e Arab o Ajam ka mauqif hai chunke yeh tikyan munh hi tak mehdood rehti hain un ka asar andar nufooz nahi karta, is liye in tikyon ka istemaal roze ki halat mein jaaiz hai. Beharhaal yeh masla ikhtilaafi hai, meri nazar mein yeh mauqif durust maloom hota hai ke agar is tikya se asar halaq se neeche utarta hai to bilashuba muftir hoga (yani rozedaar nahi hoga) magar us ka asar zabaan tak hi mehdood rahe halaq se neeche nahi utre to roza fasid nahi hoga, is soorat mein yeh kulli ke misl hoga ke jis tarah kulli se pani ka asar me’de mein hulool nahi karta theek usi tarah tikya ka bhi asar ho to us se roza nahi tootega.

➓ Skin par maadde ka istemaal:
Ilaaj ki gharz se ho ya shauq ke taur par, skin par kisi bhi qism ka tel, marham aur cream ka istemaal kar sakte hain.
“Skin par mali jaane wali koi bhi cheez masaam (skin ke chote chote suraakh jin se paseena nikalta hai) ke zariye skin ke neeche khooni mawaad mein jazb ho jaati hai lekin jazb hone ka yeh amal bahut sust hai. Lehaza skin par mali jaane waali cheez bhi naaqiz e roza nahi”.

⓫ Daanton ki safaayi:
Roze ki halat mein daanton ki safaayi (scanning) ya daant nikalwaana ya daanton ki islaah karna saare umoor jaaiz hain. Ehtiyaat ka taqaza yeh hai ke is amal ko raat ke liye mu’akhkhar kar den ya din mein aisa amal anjaam dene ki soorat mein daanton se behne waala khoon halaq se neeche na utre. Daanton ki safaayi mein istemaal hone waale teeke bhi roze ke liye nuqsaandeh nahi.

⓬ Zakhmon ka ilaaj:
Jism ke kisi hisse mein zakhm ho, rozedaar un zakhmon ka ilaaj kara sakta hai kiunki yeh amal na to khaane peene par qiyaas kiya jaayega aur na hi log ise khaana peena kehte hain.

⓭ Spray ka hukm:
Asthma ke mareezon ke liye spray ki zaroorat padti hai, yeh un ki sakht tareen majboori hai, aur islam mein qaida hai ke aadmi jis cheez ka muztarr hota hai us ke liye us cheez ka istemaal jaaiz hai. Irshad e baari Taala hai:
وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلَّا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ​
Tarjumah: Aur jo cheezein us ne tumaahre liye haraam thehra di hain woh ek ek kar ke bayan kar di hain (be shak in ko nahi khaana chahiye) magar us soorat mein ke in ke (khane ke) liye majboor ho jao.
(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6 Ayat No: 119)

Lehaza asthma ka mareez roza rakhte huwe spray ka istemaal karega aur us ka roza durust hoga. Aur use rakhe gaye roze ki qaza nahi karni padegi.

Allah Taala ne Deen e Islam ko apne bandon ki khatir aasaan bana diya hai, hasb e sahoolat yani baqadr e istita’at deen par amal pera hona hamari awwleen zimmedaari hai. Jahan Allah Taala ne musafiron, mareezon aur ma’zooron ko rukhsat di hai wahan rukhsat par amal karna hi afzal hai aur rukhsat par amal karte huwe dil mein zarra barabar bhi tangi ka ehsas na paida hone paaye jaisa ke baaz makhsoos tabqon mein yeh dekha jaata hai.
