Rozey Ko Barbaad Karne Waale Amaal!

بسم اللّه الرحمن الرحيم

Rozah ek azeem ibaadat hai khawah nafli ho ya farz, iska ajr o sawaab kitna hai? sirf ek jumle se andaza laga len, Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya: "(Allah Ta'ala farmaata hai):
الصِّيَامُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهٖ​
"Rozah mere liye hai aur main hi iska badla don ga."
(Sahih Bukhari: Hadees 1894)

Rozey ke andar ek badi ajeeb khususiyat hai jo digar ibaadaat mein nahi wo yeh ke rozah dikhlaawey aur riyakaari se koson door aur chashme aghyaar se poshidah, goya Khaliq aur uske bandey ke darmiyaan ek raaz hai jis ka ilm rozah daar aur Allah Ta'ala ke ilaawah kisi doosrey ko nahi shaayad isi liye iske ajr o sawaab ke muta'alliq yeh farmaaya ke rozah mere liye aur main hi iski jazaa don ga.

Kitaab o Sunnat mein kuch aise amaal bayaan huwe hain jo is azeem ibaadat ke ajr o sawaab par asr andaaz hote hain, zail mein inhi amaal ka zikr kiya jaa raha hai.

1) Rozey Ki Niyat Na Karna:

Ummul Momineen Sayyidah Hafsah (Razi Allahu Anha) farmaati hain:
لَا صِيَامَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يُجْمِعْ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ​
"Jis ne fajr se pehle rozey ki niyat na ki uska rozah nahi."
(Sunan Nasaai: Hadees 2338, Albani Rahimahullah ne isey maqoofan "Sahih" kaha)

Is riwayat se pata chala ke rozey ke liye niyat karna zaroori hai iske baghair rozah qubool na hoga, farz rozey ki niyat raat hi se kar leyni chahiye, agar raat ko na kar sakey tou subh saadiq se pehle kar ley, albattah nafli rozey ki niyat kisi bhi waqt ki jaa sakti hai.

Yaad rahe ke niyat qasd, iraadah aur azm ka naam hai jis ka mahal dil hai zabaan ke sath iska koi ta'alluq nahi aur na hi koi aisi makhsoos dua hai jo rozey ki niyat ke silsiley mein saabit ho.

Hamare haan jonhi ramazan ka mahinah aata hai tou sehri wa iftaar ke awqaat ke tijaraati calander shaayi ho kar taqseem hone lagtey hain jin par awqaat namah aur rozah rakhne ki niyat ke silsiley mein yeh dua likhi jaati hai:
وبصوم غدٍ نويت من شهر رمضان​
"Maine mah e ramazan ke kal ke rozey ki niyat ki."

Yeh dua bilkul manghadat aur ghair saabit hai, lagta hai ke isey ghadney waala arabi zabaan se na-waaqif hai kiyun ke "غد" ka lafz "aane waali kal" ke liye bola jaata hai, guzishtah kal ke liye "امس" aur aaj ke liye "اليوم" ka lafz hai, ghaur karen rozah aaj ka rakha jaa raha hai lekin niyat kal ke rozey ki ho raahi hai "انا للّه وانا اليه راجعون" tou kya jis din teeswan(30) rozah hoga us din kal (eid) ke rozey ki niyat ki jaayegi? bahar-haal yeh dua ghair saabit shudah aur manghadat hai, niyat dil ka fe'al hai pas dil mein azm e musammam karey zabaan se adaa karne ki zaroorat nahi.

2) Jhoot Bolna:

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) farmaate hain ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:
مَنْ لَمْ يَدعْ قَوْلَ الزُّورِ والعمَلَ بِه،ِ فلَيْسَ لِلَّهِ حَاجَةٌ فِي أَنْ يَّدَعَ طَعامَهُ وشَرَابَهُ​
"Jis aadmi ne rozah rakh kar bhi jhoot aur fareab kaari tark na ki tou Allah Ta'ala ko uski zaroorat nahi ke wo (rozey ke naam se) khana peena chhor dey."
(Sahih Bukhari: Hadees 1903)

Jhoot bolna kabeerah gunaah hai, ek musalmaan ko hama-waqt is se kinarah kashi rehna chahiye magar rozey ki haalat mein tou is se bachna nihaayat zaroori hai kiyun ke jagah o halaat ke hisaab se gunaah mein shiddat paidaa hoti rehti hai, lehaza rozey ki haalat mein jhoot ki sangeeni badh jaati hai aur rozey ke ajr o sawaab par asr andaaz hoti hai go mumkin hai ke rozey ki farziyat tou adaa ho jaaye magar sawaab zaroor jaata rahey ga. Wallahu A'alam

3) Qasdan Qay Karna:

Sayyiduna Ibne Umar (Razi Allahu Anhuma) farmaate hain:
مَنْ ذَرَعَهُ الْقَيْءُ فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنِ اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ​
"Jis shakhs par qay gaalib aagayi us par rozey ki koi qazaa nahi aur jisne iraadatan qay ki us par is ki qazaa hai."
(Sunan Kubraa Lil Baihaqi: Hadees 8026, Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai Rahimahullah ne isey (Anwar us Sahifah, Safah: 88) par Sahih kaha)

Sayyiduna Ibne Umar (Razi Allahu Anhuma) ke is farmaan ka matlab yeh hai ke jis rozey daar par qay gaalib aajaye yani az khudh qay aaye tou uska rozah durust hai usey qazaayi deyne ki zaroorat nahi, lekin jisne jaan bojh kar apne ikhtiyaar aur iraaday se qay ki uska rozah toot jaayega, farz ho ya nafli, taaham farz rozey ki qazaa deyna zaroori hoga.

Abu Marzooq (Rahimahullah) kehte hain ke maine Sayyiduna Fazaalah bin Ubaid al-Ansari (Razi Allahu Anhu) ko yeh bayaan karte huwe suna ke Nabi ﷺ unke paas us din tashreef laaye jis din Aap ﷺ rozah rakha karte thhey, Aap ne paani ka bartan mangga phir paani pee liya, hum ne arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Aap tou is din (ba-qaaidgi se) rozah rakha karte thhey? Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: "haan, lekin aaj maine qay ki thi."
(Sunan Ibne Majah: Hadees 1675, Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai Rahimahullah ne isey Sahih kaha)

Sayyiduna Abu Dardaa (Razi Allahu Anhu) ne bayaan kiya ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne qay ki aur rozah toad diya (Ma'daan Rahimahullah kehte hain) phir Rasoolullah ﷺ ke azaad kardah ghulaam Sayyiduna Sawbaan (Razi Allahu Anhu) se damishq ki masjid mein meri mulaqaat huwi, tou maine unse kaha ke Abu Dardaa (Razi Allahu Anhu) ne mujhe bataaya ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne qay ki aur rozah toad diya tha? unhon ne kaha: usne sach kaha hai aur maine hi Aap ﷺ ke liye wuzu ka paani undiyaala tha."
(Sunan Abu Dawood: Hadees 2381, Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai Rahimahullah ne iski sanad ko Hasan kaha)

Bahar-haal qasdan qay karne se rozah toot jaata hai jis ki shariat ne muaafi ki yeh surat rakhi hai ke is ki qazaa dey, lekin agar qay khudh ba-khudh aajaye jaisa ke umooman hota hai tou us se na rozah tootta hai aur na qazaa laazim aati hai, yaad rahe ke qazaa farz rozey mein hai, nafli rozey ki qazaa agarche durust hai magar laazim nahi.

4) Jimaa' Karna:

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayaan karte hain ke hum Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ki khidmat mein thhey ke ek shakhs ne haazir ho kar kaha: Allah ke Rasool! main tou tabah ho gaya, Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: kya baat huwi? unse kaha ke maine rozah ki haalat mein apni biwi se jimaa' kar liya, is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne dariyaaft farmaaya: kya tumhaare paas koi ghulaam hai jise tum aazaad kar sako? unse kaha: nahi, Aap ﷺ ne dariyaaft farmaaya: kya pay dar pay do mahine ke rozey rakh sakte ho? usne arz kiya ke nahi, Aap ﷺ ne poucha: kya saath(60) miskeeno ko khana khila sakte ho? usne iska jawaab bhi inkaar mein diya, rawi ne bayaan kiya ke phir wo Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ke paas thodi dear tehraa raha, hum bhi apni isi haalat mein baithay huwe thhey ke Aap ﷺ ki khidmat mein khajooron se bhara huwa 'arq laaya gaya, 'arq baday tokrey ko kehte hain, Aap ﷺ ne poucha: "yeh ley lo aur sadqa kar do" yeh sun kar us shakhs ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool! kya main apne se ziyadah mohtaaj par sadqa karon? Wallah! madine ke phatreeley maidaano ke darmiyaan mein koi ghar mere ghar se ziyadah mohtaaj nahi, is par Nabi ﷺ itna hansey ke Aap ﷺ ke anyaab (nok daar daant) tak zaahir ho gaye, phir Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: "yeh apne ghar waalon hi ko khila do."
(Sahih Bukhari: Hadees 1936)

Is hadees se pata chala ke rozey ki haalat mein biwi se jimaa' karna rozey ko khatam kar deyta hai, rozah toot jaata hai, ramazan ka rozah baghair kisi sharayi uzr ke 'amdan toadna bahut badaa sangeen museebat hai jis ka taqaaza dozakh ka azaab hai, lekin is silsiley mein Allah Ta'ala ne meharbaani farmaate huwe kaffaarey ka hukm diya hai jo darj zail hai:

* Apne is fe'al ki Allah Ta'ala se muaafi mangge tawbah wa istighfaar karey.

* Is rozey ki jagah rozah rakhe.

* Bataur e kaffaarah gardan aazaad karey.

* Gardan aazaad nahi kar sakta tou do mah (2 months) ke mutawatir rozey rakhe.

* Rozey bhi nahi rakh saktey tou saath(60) miskeeno ko khana khilaaye.

Rozey ki haalat mein jimaa' karney waale shaksh ko yeh kaffaarah laaziman adaa karna paday ga, haan agar koi shakhs is qadr faqeer aur mohtaaj ho ke mu-akh-kharuz zikr teeno kaamo mein se kisi ki bhi taaqat na rakhta ho tou wo hisaab e istetaa'at sadqa karey aur jab mazkoorah teeno kaamo mein se kisi par qudrat paa ley tou kaffaarah adaa kar dey.

5) Aurat Ko Haiz Ya Nifaas Aana:

Agar haalat e rozah mein kisi aurat ko haiz ya nifaas shuru ho jaaye tou uska rozah toot jaayega, lekin yeh cheez chunke ghair ikhtiyaari hai is liye aurat par koi gunaah na hogi shariat ne qazaa rakhi hai jo in ayyaam ke guzarne par aurat adaa karey gi.

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'eed Khudri (Razi Allahu Anhu) farmaate hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
أَلَيْسَ إِذَا حَاضَتْ لَمْ تُصَلِّ وَلَمْ تَصُمْ؟ فَذَلِكَ نُقْصَانُ دِينِهَا​
"Kya aisa nahi hai ke jab aurat haizah ho jaati hai tou wo na namaz padh sakti hai na rozah rakh sakti hai? pas auraton ke deen mein kami ki yehi wajah hai."
(Sahih Bukhari: Hadees 1951)

6) Jaan Bojh Kar Khaana Peena:

Allah Ta'ala ka farmaan hai:
وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ​
"Aur tum khaatey peetey raho yahaan tak ke fajr ka safeed dhagah siyaah dhage se khoob zaahir ho jaaye phir rozey ko raat tak poora karo."
(Surah Baqarah: Ayat 187)

Is aayat se maloom huwa ke dauraan e rozah khaana peena mana' hai, agar koi shakhs dauraan e rozah kuch kha pee ley tou uski mukhtalif suraaten hain:

* Bhool kar kha pee liya tou Allah ki taraf se muaafi hai rozah nahi tootayga, hadees mein hai ke "Jab koi bhool kar kha pee ley tou usey chahiye ke apna rozah poora karey kiyun ke Allah Ta'ala hi ne usey khilaaya pilaaya hai." (Sahih Bukhari: 1933)

* Jaan bojh kar kha pee liya hai tou masle ki do suraaten hain:

1) Kis sharayi uzr ki buniyaad par aisa kiya hai tou Allah ke haan mujrim nahi taaham qazaa laazim hogi, Sayyiduna Ibne Abbas (Razi Allahu Anhuma) ka bayaan hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ramazan mein (fateh makkah ke liye) makkah ki taraf nikley tou Aap rozey se thhey lekin jab Aap maqaam e kadeed par pohnchey tou rozah chhor diya (Aap ko dekh kar) Sahabah ne bhi rozah chhor diya tha." (Sahih Bukhari: 1944)

2) Agar bila uzr jaan bojh kar kha pee liya tou sakht gunaah hoga aur Allah ke haan mujrim hoga, Sayyiduna Abu Umaamah Bahili (Razi Allahu Anhu) se marwi ek lambi hadees mein hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ko kuch aise log dikhaaye gaye jinhen ultha latkaaya huwa tha aur unke jabday phatay huwe thhey jin se khoon beh raha tha, Aap ﷺ ke dariyaaft karne par bataaya gaya ke yeh wo log hain jo waqt se pehle hi rozah khol letey thhey. (Sahih Ibne Khuzaimah: 1986, Mustadrak Haakim: 1/430, yeh hadees Muslim ki shart par "Sahih" hai, aur Bukhari wa Muslim ne isey apni Sahih mein nahi nikaala)
