Shawwaal ke Roze aur us ke masail

Ramadhan ul Mubarak ka Roza khatm hone ke baad shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ki Sahih Ahadees se targheeb milti hai. In 6 Rozon ki badi fazeelat aayi hai. Tazkiya e nafs, amal pe mudawamat (hameshgi) aur musalsal ibadaat momin ki meeras hai. Musalsal koshish ke zariye banda mamooli amal se Rabb ko paa leta hai aur us ki raza haasil kar ke rehmat o maghfirat ka mustahiq ban jaata hai. Shawwaal ke 6 Roze bhi unhien ghanemat ke aamaal mein se hain ise hamein lazim pakadna chaahiye.
Shawwaal ke 6 Roze ki daleel dekhen:
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ، كَانَ كَصِيَامِ الدَّهْرِ​
Tarjumah: Abu Ayyub Ansari Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai unhon ne bayan kiya ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jis ne Ramadhan ke Roze rakhe phir us ke baad Shawwaal ke 6 Roze rakhe to yeh hamesha Roze rakhne (ke sawab) ki tarah hai.
(Sahih Muslim: 1164)

Quran ke is farmaan:
مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا ۖ وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجْزَىٰ إِلَّا مِثْلَهَا وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ​
Tarjumah: Jo shakhs nek kaam karega us ko us ke 10 guna milenge aur jo shakhs bura kaam karega us ko us ke barabar hi saza milegi aur in logon par zulm na hoga.
(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6 Ayat No: 160)
Ki roshni mein pata chalta hai ke ek neki ka badla kam se kam 10 nekiyan hain is tarah ek maheene ke Roze ka ajr 10 maheeno ke barabar huwa. Aur Shawwaal ke har Roze ke badle 10 din ka sawaab, 6 Rozon ka badla 60 din yani do maheeno ka sawaab banta hai. Is tarah Shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ko Ramadhan ke saath milaane se saal bhar ka sawaab milta hai.
Ek doosri hadees mein is baat ki Sarahat bhi milti hai. Chunancha Hazrat So’ban Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
صِيامُ شهْرِ رمضانَ بِعشْرَةِ أشْهُرٍ، وصِيامُ سِتَّةِ أيَّامٍ بَعدَهُ بِشهْرَيْنِ، فذلِكَ صِيامُ السَّنةِ​
Tarjumah: Ramadhan ke maheene ke Roze 10 maheeno ke barabar hain us ke baad 6 Roze 2 maheeno ke barabar hain, is tarah se pooore saal ke Roze bante hain.
(Sahih ul Jami’: 3851)

Is liye ise rakhne ki koshish karen fazeelat bhi milegi aur bade faaide bhi haasil honge. Yeh gunaahon ki maghfirat, tazkiya e nafs, Ramadhan ki kotahi ka tadaruk, shukr e ilaahi ki ghanemat, mudawamat e aamaal ka shauq aur Allah ka pasandeeda amal hai jis par dawaam kiya gaya.

✵Kya Shawwaal ke Roze Makrooh hain?✵
Is silsile mein Imam Shafa’ee aur imam Ahmad bin Hambal Rahimahumallah ne Hadees ki roshni mein Shawwaal ke 6 Roze rakhna sahih qarar diya hai magar Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah ne ise Makrooh kaha hai. Fatawa Alamgeeri urdu, Kitaab-us-Saum ke tehat mazkoor hai:
Shawwaal ke 6 Roze rakhna Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah ke nazdeek Makrooh hai chaahe alag alag rakhe ya lagataar rakhe.
Imam Malik Rahimahullah ki taraf bhi karahat ka qaul mansoob kiya jaata hai.
In dono imamon ka maslak sahih Hadees ke khilaaf hai, is wajah se yeh baat radd kar di jaayegi aur aisi koi bhi baat chaahe us ka kehne waala koi bhi ho sunnat ke khilaaf hone par deewar pe maar di jaayegi jaisa ke Imam Malik Rahimahullah ne kaha bhi hai:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke siwa baaqi har insaan ki baat qubool bhi ki jaa sakti hai aur radd bhi.

✵Shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ke masail:✵
Yeh Roze Shawwaal ke maheene mein hi rakhne honge chaahe lagataar rakhe jaayen ya alag alag kar ke, dono sooratein jaaiz hain kiunki is silsile ki Hadees aam hai.
Jin ke upar Ramadhan ke Rozon ki qaza bemari, safar ya haiz o nifaas ki wajah se ho unhein pehle qaza Roze ada karne honge kiunki qaza fareeza hai aur Shawwaal ke Roze nafli. Farz ko nafl par taqaddum haasil hai.
(Shawwal ka) Roza nafli hai is ke liye biwi ko shauhar ki ijazat lene ki zaroorat hai, agar shauhar mana kare to ruk jaaye. Isi tarah haamla ya murzi’ah (doodh pilaane waali) ke liye nuqsaan pahunchne ka darr ho to na rakhna behtar hai.
Kuch logon ne Eid ke fauran baad Roza rakhna likha hai halaanki is mein wus’at (kushaadgi) hai, kuch baad bhi rakh sakte hain taham Mustahab yahi hai ke Ramadhan se mila kar rakhe.
Kuch log ek do Roza rakh ke chor dete hain, is se Shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ki fazeelat nahi mil paayegi. Haan agar kisi ne ek do Roza rakha aur bemaar pad gaya, mazeed Roza rakhne ki taaqat nahi rahi to aise bandon ko Allah Taala mukammal ajr dega. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
إِذَا مَرِضَ الْعَبْدُ أَوْ سَافَرَ، كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلُ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ مُقِيمًا صَحِيحًا​
Tarjumah: Jab banda beemaar hota hai ya safar karta hai to us ke liye un tamaam Ibadaat ka sawab likha jaata hai jinhein iqamat ya sihat ke waqt yeh kiya karta tha.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2996)

Rozon ke silsile mein ek baat yeh bhi yaad rakhni hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne sirf hafte ya sirf jume’ ka Roza rakhne se mana kiya hai albatta ek Roza aage ya peeche kar ke rakha jaa sakta hai. Monday aur thursday ka akela akela Roza Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se saabit hai balki bahut behtar hai kiunki is din aamaal Allah ke huzoor pesh kiye jaate hain.
Eid ke din bhi Roza rakhna mana hai is liye Eid ke baad se Roza rakha jaaye.
Baaz ulama ne likha hai ke jinhone Ramadhan ka mukammal Roza nahi rakha chaahe shar’ee uzr kiun na ho use Shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ka sawaab nahi milega. Yeh raaye durust nahi hai kiunki Hadees mein Ramadhan ka mukammal Roza rakhne ki baat hai chaahe qaza kar ke mukammal ho. Allah Taala bandon par aasani karne waala hai woh uzr par muakhza nahi karta aur uzr ki wajah se sehatmandi mein kiye jaane waale amal ke barabar sawaab deta hai, is liye Allah se rehmat ki hi umeed karni chaahiye.
Agar Ramadhan ke baaz Rozon ki qaza baqi ho to ek hi niyat se qaza aur Shawwaal ke 6 Rozon ko jama karna sahih nahi hai kiunki Shawwaal ke Rozon ki fazeelat un ke liye hai jo Ramadhan ka mukammal Roza rakhen. Is tarah pehle woh qaza rakh kar Ramadhan ka Roza mukammal kare phir Shawwaal ke 6 Roze rakhe.
Ayyaam e beez ke saath ek niyat se yeh Roza rakha jaa sakta hai jaisa ke ahl e ilm ne likha hai.
6 Roze agar Shawwaal mein na rakh sake to us ki qaza doosre maheeno mein nahi hai kiunki yeh Roza Shawwaal se hi mutalliq hai albatta kisi ne baaz Roze rakhe masalan 5 aur ek Roza kisi shar’ee uzr ki wajah se choot gaya to baad waale maheene mein ek mukammal kar le aur Allah Taala se rehmat ki umeed rakhe.
