SHIRK NAA QAABIL-E-MUAFI JURM

Al-Hamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen Wassalato Wasallamu Ala Rasoolihil Kareem Wa Ala Aalihi Wa As'habihi Ajmayeen, Amma Ba'ad:

SAWAL:
Kya shirk na qabil-e-muafi jurm hai?

JAWAB:
Shirk sab gunaaho se bada gunah hai. ALLAH TA'ALA ne farmaya hai : ”Bila-shubah shirk azeem zulm hai “ Aur shirk ko ahadees mein kabirh gunaaho mein sab se bada kbirh gunah kaha gaya hai. ALLAH TA'ALA ne Quran Hakeem mein irshad farmaya hai:

إِنَّهُ مَن يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّـهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّـهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَأْوَاهُ النَّارُ
"Jis ne ALLAH ke sath shirk kya ALLAH TA'ALA ne is par jannat haraam kar di hai aur is ka thikana aag hai."(Surah al-Maayidah:72)

Lehaza jo shakhs tauba kiye baghair shirk hi ki haalat mein mar gaya woh hamesha hamesha ke liye jahannum mein rahay ga, is ke liye nah bakhshish hai aur nah RASOOLULLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki Shafaat hi naseeb hogi. ALLAH TA'ALA ne Quran Hakeem mein ek aur maqam par farmaya:

مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ وَالَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوْا أَنْ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْا لِلْمُشْرِكِيْنَ وَلَوْ كَانُوْا أُولِي قُرْبَى مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيْمِ
"kisi Nabi aur Ahl-e-emaan ke liye jaaiz nahi ke woh mushrikeen ke liye bakhshish ki dua karen agarche woh qareebi rishta daar hi kyun nah ho is ke baad ke jab yeh baat wazeh ho gayi ke woh jahanumi hain."(Surha al-Taubah:113)

Imam Ibn Jareer Tabri rahumahullah ne

مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ
Ka matlab yeh bayan kya hai ke:
مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا مَاتُوْهَا عَلٰي شِرْكِهِمْ
Yani un ke shirk par mar jane ke baad, moraad yeh hai ke jo shirk ki haalat mein mar jaye is ke liye bakhshish ki dua mangne ki bhi ijazat nahi.(Tafseer Tabri:6/485)

Mazkoorah tozeeh se maloom howa ke shirk akbar-ul-kabbyer hai aur is par marnay walay jahanumi hain un ki bakhshish nahi ho gi, un par jannat haraam hai. Lekin agar ALLAH TA'ALA kisi ko marne se pehle tauba ki tofeeq de-de aur mout se pehle woh shirk chodh kar tawheed par gamzan ho jaye to shirk ka gunah muaaf ho jaye ga aur yeh bhi yaad rahay ke shirkiyyah aqaed o aamaal sab ke liye shirk hotay hain, kafiroon ke liye bhi aur musalmanoon ke liye bhi. Musalman ho kar bhi agar shirkiyyah aqaed o aamaal ikhtiyar kar le to mushrik ho jaye ga aur shirk yeh hai ke aadmi ALLAH ki zaat, sifaat aur ibadat mein kisi bhi makhlooq ko hissa daar bana le. Jaisa ALLAH ki sift "Aalim-ul-Ghaib wa al-Shahadah" hai. Yeh sift is ki makhlooq mein se kisi mein tasleem kere to mushrik ho jaye ga. Is ki mazeed tafseel ke liye mulahiza ho:(Kitab-ut-Tawhee, Tawheed-e-Khaalis, Hadyat-ul-Mustafeed)
