Sab se pehle yeh jaan len ki Sunnaton ki khaas taur se Sunnat e Mo’akkadah ki badi fazeelat aayi hai. Lihaaza in ka ihtimaam karna chahiye.
Ab rahi yeh baat ke Sunnat e Mo’akkadah ke haisiyat kya hai aur kya inhein chhodne waala gunehgaar hoga ya nahi?
To is talluq se arz yeh hai ki is mein koyi shak nahi ke badi fazeelat aur ajr ke bawjood bahar haal yeh Sunnatein Farz aur Wajib nahi hain is liye in ke chhodne par woh gunah hargiz laazim nahi aate jaise Farz ya Wajib ke chhodne par aate hain.
Is masle ko zara tafseel ke saath bayan karne aur samajhaane ke liye hum isey teen hisson mein taqseem kar sakte hain:
➊ Uzr ya baghair uzr ke in Sunnaton ka kabhi kabhi chhod dena.
➋ Uzr ya baghair uzr ke in Sunnaton ko aksar o beshtar chhod dena.
➌ In Sunnaton ko haqeer ya mamooli samajh kar chhod dena.
① Jahan tak pehli qism ka talluq hai yani kabhi kisi majboori jaise waqt ki kami waghera ya sirf ghaflat ki bina par in Sunnaton ko chhod dena to beshak aisa shakhs ek afzal amal se mahroom to zaroor hoga magar usey gunehgaar qarar dene ke liye hamare paas koyi shar’ee daleel nahi hai.
② Doosri qism un logon ki hai jo uzr ya baghair uzr ke in Sunnaton ko aksar o beshtar chhod dete hain aur bahut kam ada karte hain. Yeh log bahut ziyadah khair aur bhalaayi se mahroom rehte hain aur yeh mehroomi koyi mamooli baat nahi hai. Khaas taur par aisi soorat mein ki Farz Namaz ke ada karne waale ke Farz mein jo nuqs aur kami reh jaati hai usey Sunnaton aur Naflon ke zariye poora kiya jaata hai Sunnaton ko aur Nafl Namazon ko chhod dena bahut khasaare ka baa’is hai kiunki hum mein se kon hai jo yeh dawa kar sake ke us ki Farz Namazein kaamil aur mukammal hain aur nuqs o kami se khaali hain? Hum mein se har ek is kami ko poora karne ka mohtaaj hai aur agar woh Sunan o Nawafil se bhi mahroom ho gaya to phir us ki yeh kami kaise poori hogi? Is liye behtar aur afzal yahi hai ke Sunnaton ka ihtimaam kiya jaaye taaki yeh nuqsaan gunah ke qareeb na le jaaye.
③ Teesri qism un logon ki hai jo in Sunnaton ko haqeer aur mamooli samajh kar chhod dete hain aur kehte hain kya huwa Sunnatein hi to thein. In ki kya haisiyat hai? Sunnat ki tehqeer aur unko halka samajhna bilashuba jurm hai aur aisa shakhs yaqeenan gunehgaar hoga balki Sunnat ko khatir mein na laane waala ya us ka mazaq udaane waala Kufr tak bhi pahunch sakta hai. Is liye jo shakhs Namaz ki in Sunnaton ko haqeer aur mamooli samajh kar in ki naqadri karta hai aur inhein chhod deta hai aisa shakhs Allah ki nafarmani karta hai aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ki narazgi mol leta hai.
