Ulama se hi ilm kiun?

Yeh masla aaj kal hamare baaz (salafi) bhaiyon ko bahut ziyadah bechaini aur preshaani mein dalta hai ke “Aakhir ulama se hi ilm haasil karna kiun zaroori hai?”
Is silsile mein pehli baat hamare zehen mein yeh honi chahiye ke hum Quran o Hadees ko Salaf e Saleh ke Manhaj par samajhte hain, sirf aql ki bunyaad par ya kisi makhsoos shakhsiyyat ko le kar deen ko samjhna hamare Manhaj ka hissa nahi hai, lehaza is mauzoo’ ke idraak ke liye chand umoor ko samjhna hamare liye zaroori hai:

Quran mein Allah ne hamein ahl e ilm (ulama) se hi ilm haasil karne ka hukm diya hai, Allah ka farmaan hai:
فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِن كُنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ​
Tarjumah: Agar tumhare paas ilm na ho to ahl e ilm se poocha karo.
(Surah An-Nahl, Surah No: 16 Ayat No: 43)

Yeh baat Manhaj e Salaf ke sakht khilaaf hai ke aadmi ghair aalim se ilm haasil kare, is liye ke Salaf (Sahaba, Taba’een, Taba’ Taba’een) sirf ahl e ilm (ulama) se hi ilm haasil karte the aur isi ki unhon ne takeed ki hai, woh ulama ke alawah kisi ke fatwe ya kalaam ko deeni masle mein hargiz qabool nahi karte the.

Aalim sirf kitaabein padh kar ya internet aur deegar wasail se lectures sun kar aalim nahi ban jaata hai, balki woh Madrasa ya Jamia ki zindagi mein mo’tabar aur har field ke maahir mukhtalif Sahih ul Aqeedah ulama ki shagirdi ikhtiyar karta hai, jin ke paas woh Quran, Hadees, Manhaj, Fiqah, Arabic Adab aur Tafseer o Hadees aur Fiqah ke usool aur deegar uloom (subjects waghera) ko haasil karta hai, jis ki bunyaad par use istimbaat aur istedlaal ka Salafi Manhaj maloom hota hai, ya laa ilmi (ilm na hone) par “main nahi jaanta” (لَا أَدْرِىْ) ke sunehre usool se woh logon ko gumraahi se mehfooz rakhta hai, yeh cheezein ek aam aadmi ke paas nahi hoti hain.

Logon ko jis ilm ki zaroorat hoti hai woh ulama ke paas maujood hai, jab logon ke matlooba masail ka ilm ulama ke paas maujood hai to ab logon ko is baat ki koi zaroorat baqi nahi reh jaati hai ke woh unhein chor kar aam logon (daa’ee, speakers, waghera) se ilm len ya un se sawalaat poochen, balki yeh waazeh gumraahi hai jis se Nabi e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hamein pehle hi khabardaar kar diya tha.

Ulama ki taraf rujoo’ na karna ya un ke hote huwe aam aadmi (da’ee, speakers waghera) se masla poochna aalim ke haq ko barbaad karna hai, aur aalim ke haq ko barbaad karne ki bunyaad par kayi mafaasid aur gumraahiyan paida hoti hain.

Aalim ke paas jitne usool, nusoos aur ikhtilafaat hote hain woh un tamam ko apne saamne rakhte huwe masle ka istimbat karta hai, is ke bar’aks (opposite) ek ghair aalim sirf ek daleel ki bina par hi tamam masail ko us se taulne lagta hai, lehaza is ki bunyaad par khair kam aur sharr (buraayi) ziyadah haasil hota hai.

➠Note: Is silsile mein kibaar ulama ka kalaam bhi maujood hai, lehaza hamein chahiye ke mazeed us kalaam ko padhein ya kibaar ulama ki taraf rujoo’ karen, yahi hamare liye ziyadah faidemand hai.
