1] Sirf 3 Din Qurbani par Quran E Mazeed se koyi saboot nahi ______

Pichle Article me tafsheel se guzar chuka hai ki 4 Din Qurbani ki Mashruiyat par Quran e Mazeed me 2 Aayate mauzood hai , magar sirf 3 din qurbani ki Mashruiyat par Quran e Mazeed me ek bhi harf mauzood nahi hai. ye ek aisi haqiqat hai jiske taraf khud ahnaaf hazrat bhi hai , hanfi alim ne sirf 3 din qurbani ki Mashruiyat par kisi bhi Qurani Aayat se istedlal nahi kiya hai

2] Sirf 3 Din Qurbani par koyi Hadees E Rasool nahi hai Na Sahih , Na Zaeef , Na Mauzu ______


Qariyen e Kiram Abhi Apne Upar padha ki Ahnaf ke mauquf par Quran e Mazeed se koyi saboot nahi aur apko ye jaan kar hairat hogi ki sirf 3 din qurbani me masle par Ahnaf ke pass Hadees e Rasool bhi nahi hai , Na hi Zaeef balki lutf to ye hai ki is masle par hamare ilm ki had tak koyi mauzu aur manghadat Hadees bhi nahi hai. gaur karne ki bat hai ki jis masle ke mutalliq Quran aur Hadees me ek harf bhi mauzood na ho usko haq samajhna fir us par israr karna kis qadr jalalat wa gumrahi ki bat hai.

Hadees me 3 dino se jyada qurbani ke gost jakheerah karke khane peeni ki mumaniyat ki gayi hai lihaza 3 din se jyada qurbani karna bhi mamnoo huyi.

1] Ajeeb be-jod baat kahan 3 din se jyada gost jama karne ki mumaniyat aur kaha 4 din qurbani karne ka mashruiyat , bhala in dono me kya munasibat hai? Aap ﷺ ne sirf 3 din se jyada qurbani ka gost khane ke mumaniyat ki hai na ki 3 din se jyada qurbani se roka hai fir ye do mukhtalif bate ek doosre se kya wasta rakhti hai?

2] Ahnaaf mante hai ki qurbani ke doosre aur tishre din bhi yani 11 Jil-Hijjah aur 12 Jil-Hijjah ko bhi qurbani kar sakte hai , aisi shoorat me pesh kardah Hadees ke mutabik 2-3 din Mazeed qurbani ka gost rakh aur kha sakte hai. Yani 11 Jil-Hijjah ko qurbani kare to agle 2 din 13 aur 14 Jil-Hijjah tak gost rakh aur kha sakte hai. gaur kijiye ki in soorton me eid ul azha ke baad paanch din aur chathe din bhi Qurbani ka gost rakh aur kha sakte hai , lihaza jab ye bat hai to agar koyi 5 ya 6 din qurbani ka qayel ho to mazkoorah Hadees uske mukhtalif na hogi chahe 4 din qurbani ke qayeleen ke mukhtalif ho

3] Koyi Shaksh qurbani ke liye pahle din yani 10 Jil-Hijjah ke bilkul akhiri waqt me qurbani ka janwar jabah kare jabki din khatam hone wala ho to uske baad 3 din qurbani ke gost rakhne aur khane ka matlab ye hai ki 13 Jil-Hijjah tak qurbani ka gost rakh sakta hai , lihaza Ahnaf ke mazkoorah usool ke roshni me khud pesh kardah Hadees hi se sabit hoti hai ki qurbani ke 4 din hai


4] Pesh Kardah Hadees ka huqm sirf 1 saal ke liye tha , uske baad Rasoolullah ﷺ ke farman se ye huqm mansookh ho gya aur Sahaba E Kiram qurbani ke gost 3 din se jyada dino tak rakhne aur khane lage , hatta ki khud Aap ﷺ ke liye qurbani ka gost jakheerah kiya jata tha , aur Aap ﷺ use maah e Jil-Hijjah ke baad tak khaya karte the.

Agar Ahnaf ke mazkoorah usool ko amal me laya jaye to laazim ayega ki Mah e Muharram tak qurbani mashroo hai balki saal bhar ke har har din qurbani karna mashroo hai.
